What should have been a quick adjustment turned into an uncomfortable experience where it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Customer service shouldn't stop after the sale. Unfortunately, this location shows very little care once they already have your money. I would not recommend this store if you expect support after purchasing your glasses.

Early Monday morning, because they don't answer the phones until 9am, I called to reschedule because we wouldn't be able to make the appointments. This would give them about 7 hours notice. The receptionist rescheduled us for later in the week and then informed me that since I hadn't called 24 hours in advance, we would be charged $30 per appointment. First of all they are not open on Sunday so I called as soon as I was able to get them on the phone and second I didn't even cancel, I rescheduled. I said "Just cancel everything please because that is ridiculous". If this is their level of Customer Service I do not want them as my provider and they obviously don't need my business.

Especially when they were supposed to be in after waiting another 2 weeks and I was notified they would not be in till Aug 3. 4 months- I had insurance for my vision which covered 1 pr of lenses, 1 pr of frames and 1 visit. I went back to this location for nostalgia reasons-well I'm cured of that. This was a 35-45 minute drive one way for me. I took the first prescription from my May 6 visit-to another optical location. In 2 weeks I had my glasses and they worked fine. I wanted a computer pr and trifocals. After 5 phone calls (I left at least 3 messages-if you have no intention of calling someone back, don't have an answering machine.) Someone from accounting did call. They were going to call me back to let me know about my credit-? Seemed nice enough-? Or if there would be one? I never took possession of the glasses-I could not use them they are useless- I let them know the doctor visit was legit-keep those funds. But I will get another pair of glasses if/as needed elsewhere- please Credit. I'm done with going back and forth. So I called twice today-once again no answer and no one retuned my call. When I waited in the office for one of my multiple visits-someone else came in to pick up. Both of her children's glasses were cut wrong. Another person came in because she got a call that her glasses were ready- but they weren't. I actually wrote this review while I was waiting in the office that day. I figured I would wait to post maybe all this is just a glitch. And when the accounting person was so nice and said she'd get back with me... Well - I see they don't seem to care- I'm out $255 ( waiting for them to credit my card or mail me a check). Approximately 10 hours of my life I will never get back. Nostalgia sucks sometimes- Update Called again after speaking with 4 people They credited my card....minus the restocking fee... hilarious-she pointed out on the bottom of the receipt it mentions it. Wow- it should read restocking fee applied regardless of how many times it takes us to get it right and how long it takes to get your glasses. 4 months-never again
