    Brined chicken pappardelle
    Linda T.

Great, small Italian restaurant in the heart of ocean park. We enjoyed the great service by the staff. Very welcoming and kid friendly. They have daily specials and their usual menu. We ordered pappardelle with brined chicken, ribeye steak, cioppino, and the raw oysters they had on special. The steak was a bit on the salty side, but had good flavor. We will definitely be back when in the area.

Very cute restaurant! We started with bread, Olive oil and balsamic- the bread was light and crusty. Then a sliced beef bruschetta which was also tasty... I had a mushroom pasta- mushrooms were hand picked... so good! My mom's lasagna was excellent as well- so many beautiful layers. We will def be back!

What a fantastic dining experience! We were absolutely thrilled to find such a wonderful spot in Ocean Park. The restaurant is very small and cozy (definitely recommend making a reservation), with an open kitchen concept that adds a fun, personal touch to the evening. We ordered the chef's special -- a perfectly cooked piece of fish served over creamy risotto with a fresh, dressed arugula salad -- and it was outstanding. We also shared the boar pasta dish and the sliced beef bruschetta, both of which were full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The fresh baked bread with a delicious balsamic vinegar and olive oil for the table was a great start to the meal, and we enjoyed a bottle of Pinot Noir that paired perfectly with everything. Service was excellent -- friendly, attentive, and welcoming -- and the chef even joked around with us a bit, which made the experience even more memorable. Our total bill was around $150, and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend this place! We're so excited to finally have a dining experience of this caliber in Ocean Park. We'll definitely be back!

Small intimate space. Definitely get a reservation. Maybe 10 table dining room. This is our second time there. We had the same server as last time. Stellar and I mean stellar personal service. Food was over the top delicious, huge depth of flavor and you can tell there is an attention to detail that doesn't rival anything else on the peninsula. We asked for a glass of Sangiovese wine to share but the server suggested a better red and boy was he right! We also got to have a great one on one conversation with the chef. He knows what he is doing and if it's the special, just order it. It will be amazing. Every time we come back to Long Beach we will be going here no matter what. It's a must try for this little ocean town.

Tiny restaurant in a tiny town with incredible Italian food! Reservations are pretty important because of the limited seating.

Your info on this page stated you were open Monday. However the message. Center indicated you are only open Thursday thru Sunday? My kids will be here for Monday and love Mycovios . I would love to bring them

Lori, I’m sorry but we are closed Mondays during the winter months, Thursday-Sunday 4.30-8pm, and we are open both Xmas Eve and new years Eve and Day. Thank you

Hello, do you serve non-alcoholic beer? My husband enjoys beer but cannot have alcohol due to medications he is taking. We have reservations for this week and I know he would enjoy having one or two with his dinner.

We don’t, but I’ll see if I can grab a six pack at the local thrift way for you.

We lucked out that we were seated without much of a wait and there was live music provided by a talented trio. Efficient wait person covering all the tables in the dining room. We both started with the house salads and the chicken parmesan entrees with garlic bread. Talk about flying under the radar in Seaview. The salads were fresh, chicken cutlets were succulent, and pasta perfectly al dente. Props to the kitchen crew! The Homie was able to indulge in an icy Coke and a slice of Nutella Cheesecake garnished with hazelnuts. The refrigerated pastry case selections looked enticing, but I was pleasantly full. Great find but without the crazy busy lines at other spots.

Loved this place!…read more We will be returning soon! We were greeted right away. Wait staff was great. Our waiter, Cheryl, was knowledgeable when asked about the food and was kind. It was busy, and she still made rounds to make sure she knew when our appetizer, food, and drinks were coming. This was our first time, and the food was the best we have had in a long time. You can just tell the quality in the authentic Italian food. Recommend 100%! Things to know: Call to reserve. Don't just walk in. This place is small and popularity is known all over and especially by the locals and you don't want to miss this. Parking is scarce, but additional parking behind the coffee shop just past the restaurant. Kid friendly. This restaurant has wonderful choices of wine, favorite bar drinks, a variety of beers, and berry lemonade. They have happy hour specials. Can't wait to come back again. This is one of our new favorite spots for dinner.

Our server was very friendly and shared many delicious sounding specials. The four of us shared a nice bottle of Chianti to start the leisurely meal. They also give out free focaccia bread to start which is very good. For appetizers we ordered the calamari, fried potato cakes, and the heirloom tomato burrata appetizer special. Everything was delicious. I especially loved the calamari, which was served as tender strips instead of the usual rings. Two people in our group ordered the scallop linguini and said it was incredibly flavorful, with delicious homemade pasta. My friend and I both had the Spinach and Ricotta Rotoli, with one made vegetarian. It was rich, satisfying, and tasted like it was made with homemade ricotta, just like the pasta. For dessert, we shared the pistachio cake and tiramisu. The tiramisu was excellent, but the pistachio cake was the standout. I'd never had pistachio cake before, and it was so good that my friend ordered another slice to take home. The ambiance was lovely, with a live piano player on Saturday evening (I'm not sure if that's offered every night). While the atmosphere is relaxed--as you'd expect in a beach town like Ocean Shores--it still feels like a wonderful spot for a special dinner. We will definitely be back.

I didn't get anyone's name, but when we put my name in and came back at our call time, we walked in and the woman, walking through the restaurant, said, "Hey, Mindy." A nice touch. Our server was also just right. I got the Negroni melone because I'm a sucker for Negronis. It was decent, though it would have been much better with a gentleman's cube. The hubs got a blood orange cocktail that was really yummy. We started with the ricotta and preserved tomato crostini, which was excellent! Hubs ordered the sablefish and I ordered the ravioli with chard. Both were fantastic! The sablefish was exactly, perfectly cooked. It had skin on, but easy to eat without if you're not into that. Ah, so good! The ravioli was so delish! The only thing missing was a sip of limoncello at the end of the meal, which you'd receive in Italy, but otherwise deliziosa!
