Chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potato
    Jerry F.

First time trying this spot. Food was delicious. Chicken Marsala had a very good sauce. My daughter had the filet mignon and she enjoyed it. Nice glass of wine with the meal. We enjoyed the tiramisu for dessert. Will be coming back to try more of the offerings. Service was excellent. We came just as it opened for the evening so not many patrons in the restaurant.

What a fabulous restaurant, and a real Astoria gem this is! I knew of, and had eaten at Fulio's years ago. My wife and I both were visiting overnight in town this weekend and chose Fulio's for dinner. We had the most wonderful meals of Chicken Marsala (incredibly delicious) and Squash Ravioli (equally delicious as well), and a Seafood Antipasti as a starter. The food, the wine, the ambiance, and the service were all top shelf, and at times were even attended Alan, by the owner. High praise, high marks!

Sat us quickly. Server efficient and humorless. Great, inexpensive mocktails. HUUUUGE portions. Caesar salad was great but needed anchovy option. They had these odd red tomato looking garnishes that turned out to be Sweety Drop Peppers, also known as Biquinho peppers or Incan Red Drops. These small, tear-shaped peppers originated in the Peruvian Amazon. And they are delish and apparently easy to grow! Crab pesto - again huge portion. Rich. Good. I had the chicken piccata- always my go to - and usually has a ton of capers and is on a bed of angel hair. They do it as a single breast, on top of asparagus, with scant capers, and a side of pasta with red or white sauce. I chose white/alfredo. It was tender and moist but I missed the capers and felt the side of pasta didn't play well with the chicken. And a red sauce version IMO wouldn't have either. We will definitely be back when in the area.

We've been going to Fulio's for years and it's still a favorite. Great service, good wine selection, consistently good food, sparkly lights, etc. What's not to like? It is the only time I eat fettuccini Alfredo and it's delicious. Salads are balanced and fresh. Meats are good quality. Prices are reasonable. Grateful to have this establishment as a dining option here.

Only been here once but we all had a really good experience. Loved the food and service, another good eating option in downtown Astoria. We will be sure to return to this place on our next visit.

When traveling through Oregon, we decided to spend some time in Astoria. We had dinner at Fulio's one night. The restaurant was packed and also had a large party going on. The service was friendly when first entering the restraint, but once seated, the waitress seemed bothered. She had no recommendations on anything on the menu. Not that she was saying anything wrong about the food, but she just had no suggestions or guidance on what stood out. She seemed put out with helping customers. We all ordered something different, and everything was good but not outstanding! The best part was the sausage I ordered on the side. We had a Ceaser salad, a bowl of milestone soup (which we didn't care for), fettuccine alfredo, lasagna with a side of meatballs, and Penne Arrabiata, a Garlic and chili flake infused marinara sauce (it want spicy at all). The food was tasty, with large portions. I would recommend Fulio's.

Squash Ravioli- A favourite of ours for 13+ years! Just a hint of curry compliments this dish perfectly.

Another 10/10 visit! The staff were wonderful, and the food and drinks superb as always!

You can watch the bar pilots head out to navigate the ships to the Pacific. It was my birthday and somehow we got one of these special tables. Service was perfect. I didn't get anyone's name, but when we put my name in and came back at our call time, we walked in and the woman, walking through the restaurant, said, "Hey, Mindy." A nice touch. Our server was also just right. I got the Negroni melone because I'm a sucker for Negronis. It was decent, though it would have been much better with a gentleman's cube. The hubs got a blood orange cocktail that was really yummy. We started with the ricotta and preserved tomato crostini, which was excellent! Hubs ordered the sablefish and I ordered the ravioli with chard. Both were fantastic! The sablefish was exactly, perfectly cooked. It had skin on, but easy to eat without if you're not into that. Ah, so good! The ravioli was so delish! The only thing missing was a sip of limoncello at the end of the meal, which you'd receive in Italy, but otherwise deliziosa!

We heard that the place usually is very crowded and the wait can be long. So we tried to get there earlier for dinner. Positives: -the food was once again amazing. I can see why it's crowded and for good reason. The spot is a little smaller and probably the best Italian spot in town. We had meatballs last time, I remember it and it was hard to order something else this time. I got the lamb and my wife got beef ragu. We also ordered lasagna and the deviled eggs. -the prices were reasonable which is why we ordered so much. -the food was so good that we surprisingly finished everything we ordered. My lamb wasn't too gamey and the meat was extra tender. My pasta was a little undercooked. The lasagna was very meaty and it had an herby seasoning to it. I would say it's the best lasagna I've ever had. The deviled eggs were very good too and at a great price. You also get free bread which was also good. Negatives: -the wait might be long, but it's definitely worth the wait Overall 5/5 We will definitely be back on our next Astoria trip. It's a must for us.

I was thrilled that he thought this was just as good. I don't do mushrooms but can maneuver my way around them (which means picking them out at putting them on my boyfriends plate). The restaurant is charming and intimate and decor very much takes you from Seaside, OR to any small town in Italy (or Little Italy in NYC). Maria was our server (according to the receipt) and she was awesome! She was personable, and spent time visiting with us and telling us the history of the restaurant. She also helped me be sneaky and hid the little birthday cake I snuck in my bag and hid it in back, then had brought it out later; adding a bunch of ice cream to it - and got the other restaurant guests to suing Happy Birthday to him. My boyfriend is fairly private so this intimate setting and delicious food, was exactly what he wanted and a wonderful surprise for him.

Because we were driving through on our road trip, we decided to make a stop here for a late lunch this last Tuesday afternoon, around 2:15 pm. After we parked, we walked inside and headed towards the salad bar/ hot bar food area. After looking around (there is also a counter that you can order made to order sandwiches and burritos), I ended up deciding to purchase the following: Peanut Chicken Sesame Noodle Salad, $8.99- This was quite a massive portion so I only ended up eating about 1/3 of it and then had the rest over the next few days (I ended up mixing it with some chopped cucumbers and tomatoes that I had to make a large salad). I loved the peanut sesame dressing and noodles in this salad but wished there was more chicken. Mayak Egg Noodle Bowl, $8.99- My husband picked this salad for himself but I didn't have any. He thought it was good and appreciated something fresh, as his bowl had shredded cabbage, like my salad, and cucumbers and shredded carrots. Pumpkin Pie, $6.99- My husband saw this small pumpkin pie and decided to get it because he is such a big fan of it. I actually don't like pumpkin as much as when I was much younger. But I did like this pie and thought the flavors were well balanced, not too overly sweet. ---------------------------------------- (Total= $24.97) I really appreciated that the little dining area (there is also an outdoor dining area as well but because it had rained previously, we opted to sit inside) had plastic bowls and plates available for you to put your food in. This was helpful for me to be able to thoroughly mix my noodle salad since the dressing was mostly on the bottom. Then after I mixed it, I just put it back in the plastic container and only left about 1/3 of the salad in my bowl to eat.
