I damaged my rim and was mortified because it is black chrome in color which I figured would be difficult or impossible to fix. I contacted My Wheel Guy by text which made it very easy and received a quick response. No problems scheduling the appointment. I took my car to their shop which is in a nice location and the staff members were friendly. The price was fair and is definitely much cheaper than replacing the rim. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend their services.

MY wheel guy great place to do business with, the first person I got in touch was with Bryan the owner of this shop, explained everything and gave me some options to make my wheels all black out and the right finish, I made the appointment and was finish on the same day. Great costumer service from all the stuff of this place. Definitely will come back in the future.

This is my second corvette that I have had them do the wheels. It is a 2 tone wheel with a powder clear coat. Also high temp paint on the calipers. Awesome work both times. Responsive communication and whoever is answering my texts seems very "lively", positive and excited about the work. I highly recommend and will return in the future.

The Wheel Guy was amazing! Texted them to schedule my appointment and had to reschedule one time, but they were super flexible and patient with me. When I arrived, they were extremely courteous, got my car in immediately, and had it done within a reasonable amount of time. Fixing this curb damage cost me $150, and was well worth it! The rim looks like new. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about getting new rims. Save yourself a boatload of cash and have these guys try and fix your damaged ones for a fraction of the cost.

Brought in my car to get the rims powder coated and calipers painted a couple days ago and My Wheel Guy did an awesome job. It was such a great experience from the start and Alyssa was super helpful. I loved their work so much that I went the next day to get chrome delete and that turned out way nice. I don't have a pic of the chrome delete but here's a pic of how the wheels turned out.

I hit a curb at the ATM and scraped my rim. I was mortified and wanted it fixed asap. I contacted My Wheel Guy and was able to set up an appointment for the following week. I brought it in, went to dunkin donuts and port of subs, talked on the phone a bit and my car was ready. It took 1 hour! It looks so much better and I'm glad they were able to fix it. Highly recommend!

I brought my car in today because all four wheels had pretty bad curb rash. I didn't do it, lol. It came that way. They are really nice, so I wanted to get them looking new again. I had just finished registering it and happened to be in the area, so I called right when they opened to see if I could stop by for them to take a look and hopefully repair them. They told me to come by, and when I got there, they checked out the wheels and said they could take care of it. The woman let me know there were a few people ahead of me with appointments, but it should be done in about 3 hours. No problem I'll wait. 45 mins later, they were done. The wheels looked better than new. I wish I had taken before photos to show the difference. Just imagine the entire rim of each wheel was jagged and scraped. Now they look flawless! Excellent service, super fast, amazing work. I highly and will recommend people to them.

Wish these guys never touched my car. Listen to your gut and forget the upsell. Little pieces of masking tape they forgot to peel. Then they had to touch up 3 areas on the corners which was completely not done. Tons of bubbles under the lettering. Only leaving this post too cuz I don't want them to touch the car any more. Just gets worse. No adult in sight. Just kids running the store. Where's the owner? Obviously don't want you touching my car ever again that's why I'm posting this... and I barely raised my voice on the phone... act like I did that at your store lol. Will keep posting how overpriced and bad you are.. I'm getting comments on how I didn't know lol and btw it was multiple spots and multiple touch ups.. I had to return twice and waste my time... don't cut out facts lol

Was parallel parking and in a rush, I thought I swiped up to go forward and it was still in reverse....BOOM! Fuuuuuuuu!!!! Never had rim damage in my 40 years alive. Sh*t happens and I was sick to my stomach on my brand new wheels! I knew it would be ok but not to this extent! Dropped the car off and got a ride from mt sister to my Mom who I'm visiting in Henderson and I kid you not, I got a text in 15 minutes saying the car was done! I lost my breath in shock! Sure enough, I showed up and look at the results! This is some next-level sorcery! Nobody will ever know except me and have to look close! 5 stars all day everyday! Made my wheels perfect again and saved my trip!

I won a IG giveaway May of last year. Fast forward Aug 12, 2023. I knew I wasn't going to keep the 2021 Tacoma. I wasn't sure if Mywheelguy would honor the powder coating giveaway the year after. So I asked and they said of course they would honor it. The Crv won over our hearts and the crv had regular bland wheels. I choose the gloss black and it came out perfect! I dropped it off at 9:36 and they texted me at 3:40. They said it would be ready at 4:30-5:00. When I got there, the CRV was parked outside and I was shocked. What a difference in the look of factory wheels vs gloss black powder coating. Service: super friendly and answered all my questions. Value: I liked the look of the factory wheels but silver was so bland to me. I'm glad I chose the gloss black cuz it matches the paint and my raiders ‍! I can't even tell it's powder coated. It looks straight from the factory. Thank you Mywheelguy for the awesome service and great work.

I began with blacking out my emblems, tail lights and black accents all around with black interior. I decided to get my wheels blacked out as well. I contacted my wheel guy via text. He gave me a quote and said I can drop it off in the morning and pick up in the evening. Mine took an extra day. Everyone was very nice and polite. I'm my wheels are black now and my car looks pretty slick now. Thank you my wheel guy! read more

Make an appointment, drop your car off and 8 hours later you have everything handled in a professional manner. The powder coat is perfect. They even paint the plastic center caps to match. I wouldn't recommend this place unless I really thought the service was good. Their service was GREAT. read more

Amazing experience working with Bryan, Jamie, and the team. From start to finish, their communication was prompt, clear, and friendly. We had a few unique challenges with the vehicle but were able to navigate through them smoothly. Not to mention, the work came out much better than I expected. The powder coated wheels and painted calibers are so fresh!! The chrome delete just takes it over the top. My wheel guy was easy to communicate with and was very helpful prior to even starting the job. Their prices are very fair and their work is top notch compared to a few other places I've dealt with. Also, their turn around time is faster than any place I've dealt with in town. I highly recommend using them! The color I went with is one they have on hand, it is called Highland bronze. My decals didn't arrive until a week after they finished the powder coat and caliper paint, but I had no issues dropping it off for installation and clear coat over the decals. read more

Wow!! MY OH MY. Don't look anywhere else for wheels. THIS IS YOUR PLACE. they are diligent, kind, attentive, and Thorough. Weather full rim powder coating, or simple curb rash fix, these guys get it done and get it don right, and if your not satisfied. Speak up! They make sure you walk away happy. I've serviced 3 cars here, each have came out beautifully and they will surprise you with how good a damaged wheel can look again. I had my wheels refinished in a certain OEM color code. My Wheel Guy was able to paint, not only just powder coat. Unfortunately the clear powder coat applied over the paint tinted the silver. The guys were able to paint and apply clear coat for the center cap which turned out the expected color. The quality of the work is great being in the shape the wheels were prior. I gave them 4 stars because customer service could have been a little better. Based off previous customer reviews, I expected similar service. There were no updates to the progress as others have mentioned in their reviews; I had to text to get updates and ask if the wheels were finished. The guys in the back were cool. read more

Found this shop on Yelp due to the reviews, and gave them a call for a quote. Very responsive with a quote, and Brian kept in touched and answered all my questions on their options, etc. They managed to fit me in the following week with a full day for the job. Overall the results were impressive! Completely changed the look of the car. I had my wheels powdercoated in satin black and also had my brake calipers done in a bronze color. Great combination to the blue color of the car IMO. The staff was also very friendly and the customer service was great. They also mentioned that they offer a lifetime guarantee short of physical abuse and road rash. If the paint starts chipping or peeling, you can bring it back and they'll take care of it for you. That's sets a good peace of mind to my investment. A few notes: - When I was ready to leave the shop and got into my car, the tire pressure warnings blipped all over my screen. I checked and said there were two tires that were very low on pressure, while I also notice that the other two tires were over-inflated. I went back into the store and mentioned it to them, and they told me that the computer will take a little bit to recalibrate itself once the car runs for a while, and reassured me that there is air in the tires. So I went ahead and took my 28 mile journey home. As I was close to home though, I noticed that the tire pressure did indeed change, but it was still inaccurately filled. One tired remained at 25psi, one was correct, and remaining two was over flared by 8-9 PSI. I stopped by an air fill station to correct the pressure, and the warning messages automatically went away. I also checked the pressure following morning to make sure that it hasn't changed, and it remained the same. - The newly painted wheels, while now sporting a beautiful color, does have a lot of grease, fingerprints, and dirt/dust on them. I was told to give them a few days before I give it a wash, so I did. Not a huge deal, but I'd imagine the "WOW" factor can be slightly improved if the customers arrive and see perfectly clean, freshly painted wheels on their ride. Overall I highly recommend this shop. Very communicative and professional. My Wheel Guys - they definitely know what they're doing. Give them a call if you're looking for a good wheel repair shop and/or just want a new look to your car's shoes. read more

I wanted to spruce up my 2015 VW GTI and recently had it wrapped. I knew updating the rims (satin black) would help make the color pop. I can't believe how amazing they turned out! My wheels where cracked and looking faded. My Wheel Guy came thru and got them looking brand new again. Update: My cracked wheel was leaking air and was still bent. I tried reaching out multiple times and got no response. They did a good job with the color but the wheel has to be repaired somewhere else to stop the leak and it was found to be still bent. Had to pay another shop $175 to fix it again and had to take more time off work. read more

I also purchased brand-new black lug nuts so the entire setup would look clean and finished. Unfortunately, the service experience was very disappointing. When the work was completed, my brand-new wheels looked like they had been handled very roughly. The lug nuts looked worn as if they were years old, and my center caps had visible scuffs and surface damage. It appears the wheels were treated very aggressively during installation. The service manager who took my order also did not seem to listen carefully to my requests about how I wanted the wheels positioned and mounted on the van, which caused confusion and delays. I had previously left them a low score, and this is an updated review. I gave them more business hoping that this time things would improve, but I am even more disappointed with the outcome. Overall, I feel that my investment in new rims and tires was not respected, and the service quality did not meet the standard I expected. I feel that the damage caused during service outweighed the value of the work performed, and I am very dissatisfied with the experience.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

Whatever the issue, they're always transparent about your vehicle's needs and they keep you updated on the work being done via text and a link that takes you to your car and it's work order. Honestly, I truly trust this place. They've never been dishonest about the work needing to be done...And yes I'm female, but I was also an F16 jet mechanic in the USAF... So I do understand vehicle maintenance ;)

Nothing but satisfaction! I needed repair work done to a rim on my car (curb rash) and of all the places I called these guys were my choice for good reasons. Paul took my call and was incredibly helpful. Had me send some pics to him as I was stuck at work and he got back to me very quickly to let me know they would be able to help. Very polite and professional. The very next morning I took my car in and they took care of it. Quick, convenient, and a friendly staff. The price was very good for this field of work and I have to say the results were incredible. A shout out to AJ the repair man that took care of my 2016 camaro SS. I've been wanting my calipers painted for awhile, and I had some rim damage from the previous owner I've been wanting done since I got the car. I emailed Bryan about both of these jobs, and he got back to me within an hour (it was also not during business hours). Dropped the car off on Tuesday and got it back by the end of the day Wednesday. Amazing craftsmanship and it really shows. One of the best parts about My Wheel Guy is that you get to the pick the color, you just need a paint code. Best prices in town! Don't go anywhere else. My 2012 Toyota Prius Plug In has special rims only available for this model. I got too close to a curb and scratched them up pretty good. I took my Prius to Paul at Kwicksilver and in just 45 minutes my special rims looked brand new again. I don't know how they do it, but they are absolutely fantastic, very professional, and very fairly priced. They also fix much more severe damage than what I brought them, including straightening and welding bent rims. I'm very impressed, very pleased, and highly recommend them. A+ experience. read more

This is my third time coming to my wheel guy and I don't think I will ever go to another place. I call myself an expert at hitting my rims at Starbucks drive thrus so my rims have seen a thing or two and every time I have messaged them, they are quick to respond and very friendly. My rims always come out looking brand new. This time instead of buying after market rims for my car like I usually do, I decided to keep my original rims and powered coat them black and I love it so much. Such a great experience getting my wheels powder coated. I wasn't even considering getting them done so soon, but the price was super reasonable and they gave me out the door pricing simply by sending a picture of one wheel via text. Their coorespondace via text was SO good and super convenient. My wheels came out beautiful! Way better than I could've imagined. They even stored my truck inside the shop at night for security. I had nasty curb rash on 3 wheels. I went to this place thinking it was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but instead these guys did it for a fraction of the price of all the other people I'd consulted with and they had it done in an hour. Later that night, I scratched the wheel again, so I went back the next day and not only did they take care of it for me but they also did it free of charge. Purchased a new 2022 Range Rover HSE Dynamic, a beutyful vehicle with plain silver rims (UGH!). Spoke with My Wheel Guy regarding what I designed and wanted, and they were most responsive and helpful in explaining what they could do. Detail painted to match the vehicle's color (Lantau Bronze) with powder coated black and clear coatings. Got a little curb rash on my front passenger rim being dumb on the day before Thanksgiving. Immediately called Kwicksilver and they said yeah we can get you in no problem. Service was quick and easy gave me a competitive price and had me in and out within an hour. Great guys and honest upfront. Told me since it was a milled rim it might not be perfect. There perfect and mine must be different, as I can't tell the difference from my other 3 rims. read more

Brian and his staff were awesome. Very friendly, professional, honest & helpful. They sent my rims off to get chromed out and they were returned in the timeframe he estimated. AMAZING JOB PAUL!! My girlfriend ruined 3 out of 4 of her beautiful set of 4 brand new BMW rims that I bought for her by jumping curbs, chasing wilderbeast through the jungle and driving over live grenades... Dropped off my 2006 Ford F-150 to get some work done on my rims along with replacing all 4 tires! Very pleased with the customer service (They offered coffee or a bottle of water in the lobby when my car was first being worked on) and the prices offered by Kwicksilver!
