When I asked them to move the truck they were hostile and rude and used profanity I do not care to repeat. I was horrified as I had my 2 yr old in the car. They then proceeded to laugh and make fun of me. I watched them move my neighbors furniture, and even if they had been professional I wouldn't use them. Nothing was wrapped or padded (chairs, tables, etc.), and they were very careless going up stairs. I can only imagine the damage they did. I've moved several times, and even the "cheap guys" use blankets and/or plastic wrap. They took a lot of breaks (it was only 78 degrees today and no adverse weather), and I hope my neighbor wasn't paying hourly (I have no clue). Overall, I just can't believe how I was treated. No one deserves to be verbally assaulted and made fun of (to the point of me crying in my car). Horrible people.

It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition.
