Deanna made the hands down best Old Fashioned i've had in years. She suggested the pretzel bites... so. good. Deanna also kindly made cocktails all evening and there wasn't one that wasn't perfect & so tasty. Cindy was my bartender before Deanna got there and she didn't greet me or offer me anything to drink for roughly 45 min... i didn't get too offended because she did have a party but then i noticed she had other help behind the bar and even they didn't serve/greet me. I've also been to Pipeline where i've seen Cindy behind the bar, and it was the same treatment. Seems she might just get a lil too tipsy on shifts? I have been back on most Sundays because I know Deanna will be my girl behind the bar. Deanna is a dime & 10/10 service. Cindy... not so much. Thank you, Deanna for easing my anxiety, great cocktails & your kind heart.

She doesn't even act like she enjoyes working with people. This past weekend, February 8, 2025, she was just as standoffish as when we interacted this past summer. She would ignore me, when i asked of a drink, she even spoke to her co-worker/bartender in a whisper about me and this second bartender treated me the same. It was so obvious that other customers tried to intervene. Let me say the 'lightskinned bartender'actually started to cuss out a gentleman that tried to buy me a drink. It was horrible. I left in a gush of wind because, I was truly embarrassed. If I knew the owners, I would of let them know how badly she embarrassed me and I don't even know why. I will not be back and I'm sure my little money won't matter but just think if she is doing this to others. I am suggesting that maybe she should take a break before it gets too crowded. May she she realize that nobody is going to tip her if she is not friendly. She needs a customer service class. Nobody owes her anything, it up to her to create an environment where everyone feels like, comfortable and want to return. LIT.
