I was honestly shocked by how I was treated. I live in this neighborhood and work in the service industry myself, so l understand that busy nights and difficult situations happen. That said, there is never an excuse to speak to a customer that way. I've never experienced such hostile and unprofessional behavior from someone while they were working. It was completely unacceptable, and I won't be returning.

She refused to serve any of us because she said that one of us was "too intoxicated", even though she clearly wasn't. She then stated she wouldn't serve our whole group and we stated that was fine, we just wanted water because it was so hot (102 degrees) further more we just wanted to use the karaoke room reserved that we had prepaid for. She then preceded to yell at all of us infront of everyone there and called us very derogatory names. She also told us we had to leave. We asked why and she kept calling us names and forced us out and made a scene to lock the door behind us while still yelling at us. We were also warned by bartenders at another bar that she was "awful and extremely rude" and that he "hoped she didn't kill our vibe". 0/10 recommend. I am extremely disappointed in this unprofessional behavior.

(Just because someone put their name in 30 minutes after I sing my first song, and it's before my second song doesn't mean that they can go first. Grrr, hate that.) The drinks are cheap & strong. I felt tipsy after one and a half and I'm no light-weight. The people are descent, not too many sceezy people, a good mix of ages (from 21-50 or so), And if you should be there for karaoke, they are not bad singers either, so you won't go deaf. The staff is friendly and fun too. The best part is that this place is hardly ever crazy packed. There may be rare times that it is, but I've only seen that happen maybe twice. (PS-Singing's on Saturday's and they're thinking of doing it on Wednesday's too. )

You're not expecting high class dining, but you do want what you're eating to be filling for the lower price. I ordered the cheesesteak and it was very good. I was surprised how fast it came out as usually it takes a while when others are also there, so that was nice. Manage expectations with food and drinks, it's the vibes here that you want, not necessarily great food and drinks. Laid back, casual, there are TVs ALL OVER, which is great if you want to catch a game. The service can be slow if they're really busy but it's quick if you come during slow times like early evenings on weekdays.

Good food, great service, Midwest ambiance…read more My husband and I went this past Sunday and really enjoyed it! Wings - 9/10. We tried 6 different flavors and they were all really good! I wasn't a fan of the garlic butter Parmesan one due to the small cheese chunks, but loved the all the rest (medium, hot, spicy garlic, GGQ, Cajun dry rub) Crispy and very saucy. They were also a decent size. Good sauce, flavor, texture, and size. What more can you ask for?? Also each flavor has to be a minimum of 5 wings. Sunday special - $0.99 wings! Burger 4/10. The burger was okay - nothing special, but the patty size was decent so we liked that. Could see ourselves getting it again if we were looking for the protein, but I go here specifically for the burger. Not much flavor. Service - 10/10. Our waitress was the best we've seen in a while. COVID really ruined the service in Omaha so it was refreshing to see a sense of urgency and checking up on us multiple times without it being intrusive or annoying. She was very kind, attentive, and tried to make small talk with us. It was sweet. My husband is very particular with his tipping, and this is the first time in a while (if ever?) I've ever seen him tip 30%! Ambiance - It's an older restaurant that's been here for years. Nothing fancy, but they had multiple football games playing on all their tvs and good food.
