My friend and I were walking by and noticed the rooftop so decided to stop in for a quick drink. It is a cute little bar with a nice rooftop area. They also had some live music about to start but we were on our way out. I ordered an aperol spritz and my friend got the special, any flavor $5 mule! The drinks were good and not too pricey which was nice. A nice place to grab a drink and enjoy the nice summer weather. Will have to come back next time i'm out in the area. read more

Little Ricky’s Rooftop Bar - Cocktail Bars Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

First time checking out Little Ricky's. Went in with a friend on a Thursday afternoon. Only one group was there with us at the time. I thought indoor space was cute. The bathrooms were clean. The bartender was friendly. Thursday was $5 mules so I grabbed a blood orange one. Just tasted like a normal mule but I love ginger beer so I was happy with it and the price. The rooftop space was on the smaller side but they did a great job with spacing of seats so it didn't feel crowded A cute spot to people watch and relax on a warm afternoon. A band was setting up as we were leaving. Live music is always a plus in my book.yav8 I would come back during the week for a relaxed vibe and good prices. read more

I really enjoy the vibe of this place. Especially the rooftop. The bar was a little slow the day I was in so I felt like we annoyed the staff by being there. However, the vibe and drink was great, so I'll definitely give it another chance sometime. read more

Great place with great service. Fun bar. Would highly recommend for a laid back night out.

I've wanted to stop in here for quite a while and finally made the time on a recent Tuesday. I love the rooftop bar option. Unfortunately it was raining so I wasn't able to enjoy but the interior was nice. The photos of famous Ricky's along the walls were fun. The place was very quiet, less than 5 people but it had been storming. Service was great. None of the specials spoke to me so I stuck with a beer but I would like to come back and check out the roof! read more

I met some coworkers for a happy hour after work yesterday and we had a wonderful experience at Little Ricky's. The bar has a very cool vibe to it, with beautiful overhead lighting & unique artwork. The Bartender on staff gave us great service, refilling our drinks and even offered some recommendations on shots. I can't wait to go back when it's warmer and we can really enjoy the patio! read more

First time coming here and I will definitely be back! I absolutely loved the rooftop vibe--very classy and laid back. The drink I got was great--Jessie's Girl, I loved it. Very light and refreshing, not overly sweet. The bartender took care of us quickly although we had a larger group and were a tad chaotic in terms of split bills. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I've visited Little Ricky's a few times now and have always had a great time! Located in the perfect spot in Blackstone, the rooftop is a great spot to relax and people watch the street below! The entrance is up a few stairs, hidden behind a corner just off the main street through Blackstone. Inside, it's darker with pretty chandeliers. Outside, the rooftop is fun for nice days. Earlier in the night, there's a more relaxed feel and plenty of seating available. Later at night, it definitely gets busy and louder, so you should definitely plan your visit based on which kind of vibe you're looking for! The bartenders have always been super friendly and even when crowded, have been efficient making drinks. They have a menu on the wall of their specialty cocktails, and I love the Jessie's Girl. With the cucumber, it's super refreshing and perfect for the summer. They have a slushy (a mango margarita I believe), which was super sweet and a bit cough syrup-y. I luckily did not order one and just tried it from someone, but I don't like sweet drinks like that and probably wouldn't order it again myself. This is such a fun spot in Blackstone - definitely check it out if you're looking for a cool spot with outdoor space, especially in the summer. read more

Maybe this is a good spot for the afternoons but the vibe on a Saturday night was distinctly different than the pictures here would indicate. As a person in their 40's I was looking for a chill rooftop lounge vibe, but what we got was a standing-room-only party house, packed to the gills with 20-somethings. I don't recall seeing any furnishings at all and drinks were basically whatever kind of easy to open cans we had before we could quickly vacate. So... perhaps I'll try again sometime in the middle of the day? read more

Little Ricky's is a bar at a whole nother level in Blackstone- rooftop level that is! Love this place and the view of Farnam Street. Whether you go rooftop or chill in the bar area, this place is the epitome of awesome. Service is excellent and cocktail selection is well rounded. Looking forward to cooler weather with a cool breeze on the roof! Cheers Little Ricky's! read more

Little Ricky’s Rooftop Bar - Manhattan on the rocks! - Cocktail Bars Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

New rooftop bar in Blackstone. Great addition to the Blackstone bar scene. There's a small indoor seating area as well as the rooftop that gives a good view of Blackstone. Fun cocktail selection. The entrance is a little tricky to find - it's actually off 39th street. It's off to the right of Nite Owl. Look for the door with a horse on it. read more

Little Ricky’s Rooftop Bar - a statue of a horse - Cocktail Bars Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

Best location in Blackstone, bar none. Located on top of a building, you get fantastic views of Farnam, with people watching in spades. There's a lovely inside space with a wide selection of spirits, but the real reason to come is this rooftop bar. However, everything about this bar screams "craft cocktails" except the actual cocktails. Who puts a red plastic straw in an old fashioned other than Applebee's? I wanted to rush behind the bar and help my bartender. There no reason to put as more simple syrup in an old fashioned than a liter of 7-up. Please, please don't just throw all the alcohol in a glass with some ice... unless you're making Long Island iced tea. And a boulevardier should be enhanced by the Campari, not destroyed by it. Blackstone still has no great craft cocktails, but order a beer and enjoy the view. read more

This was such a fun rooftop bar in the Blackstone district! The views were awesome and the vibe was great. They had a large variety of cocktails, beers, seltzers, etc., and a handful of specials running as well. The cocktails I had, while tasty, seemed pretty weak, which is why I'm giving 4 stars. read more

Was looking for an outdoor venue for a cocktail in these Covid times. Little Ricky's fit the bill. They were offering a mint julep special, keep the Old Forester glass and koozie. Tasty enough. The rooftop environment was just what we were looking for, well-attended but we were able to find two chairs by themselves that felt safe. Service at the bar was snappy. Spotless restroom a plus. Parking in Blackstone a minus. read more

If you're looking for a lit crowd and a good time this is the place to be. Mixed crowd, friendly staff and good service.

I love this spot! I love the rooftop, it is heated during cooler weather and open during warm weather. It's in the middle of blackstone which is a perfect location! It's the only rooftop in the area as well. I love the coconut pineapple mojito! It's fresh and sweet(without being too sweet) and perfect for summer! I also love that it has fresh mint as well. Parking is a bit tricky bc the area, but it's worth it! read more

Perfect ambience. Very few bars hit the bullseye in that regard. Very hospitable and attentive bartenders. Always great service whether a Sunday afternoon or a packed Saturday night. Note- on busy nights, it's very popular with young Omaha natives. Probably not your social scene if you're in your mid-30s. On a weeknight though, bring a group of friends and have a great time even if you're not in your 20s. Plenty of space for 6 or more friends to hang out. Bar staff and bouncers have historically done a great job of dealing with any unruly or just overly drunk people. Never seen any problems here. read more

Little Ricky's is the perfect addition to Blackstone. It's fun place with great service, good but not great drinks, food delivery from Cheeseburgers or Meatball and great views of Farnam. The Mojito made with what I assume was Malibu Rum was tasty and decent priced at $8. They specialize in six or so drinks including the Mojito. They also have a small selection of craft beer. I can't wait to go back. read more

Love the rooftop space. Entrance is a bit hard to find on the back side of the other restaurants. Service not great, no food options.

My favorite bar to hit up in Blackstone. Though opening during covid times, they've done a good job at being able to keep the peace (and sanity) of the good ole Omaha folks. Theresa, one of the bartenders, is very welcoming and takes the time to find drinks that people would want to drink. They have drink specials depending on the night and 6-7 different beers on tap. My go to? White Russians! Only thing I would change- bring back Cider Boys on tap! They switched it with ShinerBock a few months back and things just haven't been the same :( Overall, would recommend if you're looking for a fun and new bar in Omaha! read more

I love this place. We really needed something new and refreshing during COVID and this place is great. Friendly staff, nice cocktails and if you haven't heard the serve the best cocktail in the world...the Boulevardier! Decor is amazing, love the lights! They also have a tabletop video game in a cozy corner. You need to come visit just be responsible: wear a mask, wash your hands and distance yourself. read more

Not much to it but it's all you need! Drinks, a place to people watch, and a good seat to chat with friends.

I love a good rooftop moment! The bartenders are swamped most weekends, but they never disappoint! Gina little early for prime rooftop seating--it gets busy on the weekends for good reason! read more

Unfortunately this was an all around bad experience. From the long wait for a drink to the overly aggressive security this place is not it. The bartenders acted annoyed when we greeted them with smiles. We witnessed a security guard putting his hands on women while "escorting" them out. His name was Quinn and as we were leaving there was a group of women calling authorities and stating that he had put hands on them. We witnessed him being overly aggressive. All around this was a bad experience and we will not recommend. read more

Beware of FRAUD! Two weekends ago, I visited this bar and ordered a vodka soda. After running my card and closing the tab, the bar tender handed me my card back without giving me a receipt to sign; the whole encounter was just awkward. The next morning, I looked at my bank account and noticed that ~$7 had been charged... no problem! However, after the tip was "included" and the charge was cleared, I was charged over $22 for one drink without ever writing in a tip or signing the receipt. The bartenders obviously think this is a good way to improve their tips at the end of the night. I will NOT be recommending this place to my friends. read more

Definitely worth the stop for post work HH, the rooftop deck is great, nice atmosphere and the drinks are legit.

Kind bartenders and's a cozy vibe! The heaters on the roof make it bearable, even in the cold.

Absolutely terrible doorman my boyfriend had an out of state drivers license and tried to act like he was trying to sneak in or cause trouble. Door man kicked him out for zero reasons. Acted like he was the victim and tried to start a fight. So sleazy won't associate myself with a place that has bad doorman that don't know how to handle their emotions. read more

I went on a Friday night for my birthday, and was served by the rudest bartender I've ever met. The middle-aged male bartender was short and unpleasant with us. He was dismissive and told us the bar closed at 1:30, when we know it closed at 2am. He also abrasively told us to finish our drinks so they could close. Also, the wine is from a box... yikes. Don't waste your money here, not a good way to end your night. read more

Went to this bar on a Friday night and had a decent night. Prices were a little high for the drinks and service was somewhat slow. After a few days I found out I had been double charged, as well as two of my friends. Additionally, one friend had one of the bartenders add an additional 15$ tip onto her 7$ ticket. Honestly, I likely won't be back to this place since I wouldn't trust the bartenders for trying to make a quick buck at someone's expense. read more

Would definitely recommend paying with cash. Myself and three other people in my party experienced extra and double charges on our cards. When we went in to fix it the staff was very nice and helpful, but could not do much to resolve it. I got charged about 4x my bill. read more
