OK... Here's an update... I came here for a second suit...I liked my first one that I purchased here and wanted another in a different fabric... So I made my appointment and showed up...Unfortunately, the salesmen/stylists that I dealt with the first time were not there...I was "assigned" this scrawny college kid who thought he was a badass in his crushed velvet purple smoking jacket...He looked like a cross between a magician and a bad rendition of Prince... Luckily my measurements and preferences were on file, there's no WAY I'm letting this kid dress me... So I chose my fabric and had them make a new suit based upon my last one...This kid was trying to get me to be more experimental in my choices and was insulted that I wouldn't let him advise any style ideas...All I want is a simple black business suit... I returned a few weeks later to find the same kid there...This time he was wearing a powder blue tuxedo jacket with a shirt not fully buttoned...He looked like a cartoon character... Luckily the suit fit just like my other one...But I have to say, judging by the other shoppers and these newer "stylists", this is NOT the place to get a business suit or anything done elegantly...It is a place for athletes or hipsters to have wild and crazy stuff made... Fabrics were nice, and so were the staff, but that's about it. I should know better than to get a suit in a mall. The jacket I received was ill-fitted and they said that they couldn't make any adjustments, and there's no refunds. So I took it to a real tailor who made it passable. Now the jacket is choice #6 in my closet and it's a new piece. You're better off spending a bit more at Suit Supply, Knot Standard, or Rabbi Tailor. Very disappointed. read more

Several months ago my husband purchased a suit from this location. (I am just getting around to posting because it went into the back of the closet and just pulled it out to see if anything could be done so that he could possibly wear it.) The jacket fit poorly and they were not willing to make any adjustments to correct it. As we continued to push the issue at fixing the jacket the salesmen asked us to step outside the store. We were not mean or aggressive in talking with him and felt very uncomfortable as to how we were treated. We had spent a lot of money on the suit and expected that because it was custom it would fit properly. The bottom line is nothing was resolved. We even reached out to corporate who wiped their hands of the situation It was a disappointing experience. I have purchased several suits over the years and generally have been pleased with the service. I recently bought some suits and I had a negative experience today when I went to try them on. I placed an order in July and due to schedule had not come into the store earlier to try on the suits that I had ordered. The sales staff had appointments and were relatively uninterested in helping me (presumably as they were not my original commissioned salesman). Salesman Jacob then asked me 4 times for my name, told me to make an appointment, told me to try on the suits at home and then proceeded to tell me they would not alter the suits as more than 30 days had gone by since my suits had come into the store (contrary to what I was told by my original salesman). I left the suits I had purchased and walked out figuring that I would call back later and speak with my salesman or the store manager via phone and resolve the issue. When driving back home, my wife called the store and Jacob identified himself as the store manager and started by saying to my wife "Look Lady..." and then hung up. My wife called back to be told "Listen Lady..." before Jacob hung up again. My wife phoned back and Jacob twice hung up again. It's one thing to screw up customer service with a guy but to talk to our wives like that is a major mistake! I certainly will not be buying anything else from Mysuit. There are plenty of other choices in this space and all are comparable/better in quality just most are based in NYC. I strongly recommend everyone to try one of those options before trying Mysuit in the Westchester Mall. read more

Got two pair of pants. Tried them on and determined they needed lengthening and the leg pant needed to have less fabric. Came back a second time and saw that another tweak was needed. For the 2nd tweak, salesman was irked. My wife picked up pants, when I tried them on, saw they still needed more lengthening. My Suit claims you could have free alterations but I was told there would be a $20 per pair of pants charge to lengthen. Never even worn them yet!! Terrible customer service. Will not see me again. I recently purchased new shirts from My.Suit and none of them fit. They refuse to do anything to rectify the situation and noted their policy on shirts is to not stand behind the fit. The fit, as they explained to me all depends on who measured you and maybe it will fit and maybe not, but you are stuck with it. BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE SHIRTS HERE, you might be left paying for something that doesn't fit and they won't fix it. I'm a previous customer. Walked into the store on a Sunday and they couldnt accommodate me. I just wanted to order a second blazer to one I have. Only 2 guys working and they couldn't help me. Unfortunately, while a good concept the customer service and desire to make things right once you have paid for your suit or tuxedo is horrendous and nonexistent. Made mistake of ordering my wedding tuxedo only to be disappointed with fit, slight alterations took 10 days, they can build a suit in 2 weeks but slight alterations take 10 days?...Ultimately fit was still not right and they literally shrugged their shoulders with no suggestions on how to fix and only excuses on how sometimes it's due to body type, how this is made to measure not bespoke, etc. Expressed how disappointed I was especially since this was for such a special occasion and not even an apologetic comment. I have had a lot of suits made internationally and was hoping to find local vendor I guess I will need to keep looking for a vendor who cares about customer satisfaction. read more

First of all this is not a custom place, they send their measurements to a factory where someone who have no idea what you look like does a very crappy job.
