Ken and his team at Rothmans went to work before I even arrived to help me assure me they had what I was looking for (a Navy tux). They went the extra mile before they ever spoke to me, taking the tuxedos I was interested *outside* in the natural light so I could see their true color (something no other store thought to do.) With their responsiveness and expansive selection/inventory I purchased a last minute train ticket with one destination in mind, Rothmans. Today, service and vision separate the good from the great. Ken and his team at Rothmans are not only experts, but they practice their craft with a level of passion and dedication I have never experienced. When I arrived I met my "fairy g-dshopper" Maris. Maris spent the next *3 hours* with me - as my mirror, consultant and guide she ensured that I took everything into consideration and cheered me along the way. I could continue to write more and more detail but the reality is, you only need to know one thing: shop here always and often. With an unmatched selection, variety and winning team I'm lobbying Ken to open a store in Washington, D.C.!

I have never been to any Men's Wearhouse locations, but I needed to pick something up for my son and of all the research I did online, Men's Wearhouse had the what we were looking for and for a good enough price. Upon entering the store, I was impressed with the stock and neatness. Any employee I passed was friendly. I found the jackets we were looking for. One of the employees came over to assist, help with sizing, and after trying on one of them, it turned out there wasn't any there that fit my son. I asked him if it was possible to order one, since my son did have his heart set on that one in particular. The employee (I wish I had gotten his name) said he could call one of the other locations and I said I'd be more than happy to go there and get it. He found one in another store and that store said they'd hold it for me to get it the next day - which I thought was very nice of them to do. That was the extent of my time in there, but I was impressed with everything - especially the employee who helped me. Located on busy Central Park Avenue, it shares the space with a 'Fed Ex Office' and there is a small lot you can park. Good overall experience, even if it was quick. I'm definitely open to returning one day and will consider them an option from now on.

There were two cashiers in the children's department, each with a customer with about 8 items each. I was the second person in line. I ended up being online for over 10 minutes. One of the cashiers was rather SLOW! The cashier that ended up taking me was on her 4th person by the time I left, whereas the other cashier was still with the initial customer. Also, they ran out of supplies on this side and when they called to the Manger for more receipt paper, they were asked to come to the other side of the store to get it because she was with a customer. Well so were they and the line was getting long. They also ran out of larger size bags and had to go and get more as well. It's too early in the day not to be well stocked with the necessary supplies during the holiday shopping season. While customers were browsing outerwear and beachwear, the Marshalls team on the floor took the initiative to inform customers that a team member could scan any item for further markdowns before the customer heads to the cashier. A nice gesture on their part. Another customer service plus. The lady who checked me out was exceptionally nice and in a chipper mood. She folded all of my items so neatly, allowing me to easily carry them back to my car without a bag. I'll be back.
