I came in to be measured for an out of town wedding where the garments will be rented by a different business. These guys were extremely professional and friendly, despite the fact I am not a paying customer. If I ever did need to rent - this would be my first call. read more

I can't imagine why I would go to another place for a rental. You are all taken care of in this family owned place. The selection is good, service is friendly, and final alterations are done in minutes on the spot. Your suit is pressed and ready to go. The staff runs through a checklist to make sure you're not missing anything. Prices are cheap. read more

My experience and the rental did not meet expectations at all. To start I came in for my fitting 4 months prior to the event which was a destination wedding in Mexico. My flight was scheduled to leave at 1130am on a Wednesday. As of noon the day before my suit still had not arrived. Luckily I received a call at 4pm saying the truck was finally there (they close at 530). When I arrived my suit was unaltered which really makes me wonder what was the point of the fitting? When I tried the pants on they literally would not stay up without me holding them. They told me I was a 37 inch waste (I'm actually a 33) so they had to significantly take in the waste which meant waiting again for an hour when I should have been able to walk in, try on and leave. When I questioned why they were so large I was spoken to very condescendingly with them continually saying "you don't understand" or "you have no clue what I'm talking about". So now I was wearing a pair of pants made for someone probably 100 lbs heavier then me. The pants were so baggy it looked like pants made for MC Hammer. So yea horrible service and I would have no confidence in their fittings. I would highly suggest finding another place. A two star rating might even be generous. read more

I walked in and said I needed a Tuxedo, they asked the occation and instantly were measuring. Less than a minute later I had a shirt and jacket to try on. The motto on the web site "If it's possible, we'll do it .. If its impossible, we'll find a way." Everything was perfect for the day. These guys are great! The Customer Service is outstanding, and they will go out of their way to help you out. Although I didn't rent a tux/suit from them, I needed Dress Shoes for my brother's wedding and they were able to deliver. One of the groomsmen is a giant and wears size 14 shoes. At first, they told me they didn't have size 14 available which was understandable. However, I received a call from them telling me they did some searching and was able to come up with the shoe after working with their network. So at the end of the day, all of us were able to wear the same shoes for a great price. I was very pleased with them and would recommend them. read more

First, the tux selection: Fab. We're doing a 1920s wedding, and Leigh had exactly what we needed--a morning coat setup with an ascot. Our experience was so good that we ended up asking all of our groomsmen to get their tuxedos here. Second, the incredible service. I had a weird problem where I ended up buying a wedding dress at the last minute. It needed some massive alterations done within a week's time. Panicked, I called Leigh and asked for some suggestions. He in turn suggested that I bring the whole hot mess into Ridge Squire's tailor, Carlos. A week later, I was nearly in tears of joy. Carlos had a really hard job to do and he managed to make everything okay. The price was super reasonable--about $100 for some major tapering and hemming--and I was thrilled. I'm taking all of my alterations to Carlos from now on. He and Ridge Squire deserve the repeat business, and I deserve a great tailor. It's a win-win for everyone. Prices are super fair, the shopping experience is great, and you just cannot beat the service. read more

It was an absolute pleasure working with Ridge Squire for my March, 2014 wedding. My husband and I shopped around at some large tuxedo rental chains and found them to be overpriced and impersonal. From the moment we walked into Ridge Squire and were greeted by the owner, Lee, we knew were in very capable hands. The staff is very knowledgeable, and were able to put my husband into the perfect tux on the spot. They were absolutely delightful to work with throughout the planning process and were able to easily accommodate our many groomsmen who live in other states. The selection is fabulous and they are able to accommodate all shapes and sizes. In the few days leading up to the wedding, all of the groomsmen picked up their perfectly tailored tuxes without any issues. My husband and his groomsmen all looked flawless on our wedding day. Ridge Squire is reasonably priced (they were significantly less than the large chain rental places we looked at) and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. My husband and I so appreciated their attention to detail and personalized friendly service that made working with them an absolute pleasure. Took my son here for his junior prom. Lee and his staff are total professionals and made the whole process very easy. My son is very tall and lanky and he is hard to fit. They provided his whole outfit soup to nuts and l will just say they turned my duckling into a swan. I couldn't be happier and I have three more proms in my future and I'm coming here for all of them. read more

The experience couldn't have been easier. When the pants came up a little short for my taste, they lengthened them in about half an hour. Further, on the return due date, we had a big snowstorm, so I called and they said, " no problem, bring it back tomorrow" . That is the way to treat a customer! Highly recommend! read more

The people were nice enough and getting set-up was a quick process but the tuxedo left a lot to be desired. The pants and jacket weren't even pressed. I asked them if they were going to press the suit at the fitting because I noticed it was looking rather worn. The pleats, and front/back crease on the pants, were pretty much non-existent when I put it on for the big day. The jacket also looked like it had been worn several times since it had last seen an iron.The jacket sleeves unrolled where they had been folded back to the right length, they didn't seem to be stitched in place. I should have checked the tux before I left the store, after the alterations had been made. The shirt was so thin it was practically see through, so I bought my own. read more

Lee and his staff were absolutely great to work with. I live out of state which meant I had a short window of time to come in and see what I could possibly wear for my wedding and Lee was very accommodating. They have a good selection at reasonable prices. Even though I was out of state the staff was very easy to work with and met our every need. All of my groomsmen live out of state as well and they were able to get fitted and send in their measurements. . Alterations were incredibly easy to schedule; most groomsmen received excellent fittings just based on measurements but for those who did not, Lee and his staff were able to make last minute adjustments the day before the wedding. Ridge Squire is dedicated to customer service; we were allowed to leave our suits at the hotel desk and Ridge Squire picked them up the next day. For a wedding with a mostly out of town wedding party, this is an essential service!. I would definitely recommend Ridge Squire to anyone getting married that needs a suit or tux. I think everyone looked great and they were very easy to work with. read more
