If I could give zero stars that would be too high. Ordered a bag two weeks ago, which they charge immediately to my credit. Then they sent me a notice of the shipping information. When I check with them by phone today, they said shipment would not be made until tomorrow at the earliest. Why provide me with a tracking number that doesn't exist and my account should not be charged until merchandise has shipped, not when order is placed. To top it off when I called, the person on the other end was very rude and would not listen to my complaint. Have never bought from this site in the past and would never do so in the future. read more

I've been shopping here mostly for handbags and smaller accessories on and off for almost double digit years. Friendly and helpful staff. They carry a variety of brands- there's something for everyone with such a wide range of styles. I've bought a few costume jewelry pieces which I love as well. I highly recommend them. Lovely, sturdy satchels and totes which I still treasure. I've also had nothing but great experiences each time I visited whether or not I ended up making a purchase. I've only shopped at their Chappaqua location so far so this review is specifically for them. They also carry sleep and loungewear. Small boutique but great sales staff! Wifey dragged me to every Wolford store on the planet, both in California and New York, only to hear the sad news that the color of the top she wanted was no longer available. Fast forward to a hot tip from a business associate (male!) who told me about this little store and how he'd been successful in buying gifts, don't know for who, but does it really matter? I called, a very nice lady replied on the phone - they called Wolford directly and got the coveted item - in the right color. Turns out this little shop has special connections with Wolford corporate. They take Amex, no tax, no shipping fee (to California), and wifey is happy again. Highly recommended! read more
