For my senior prom, I went here to get my tuxedo and I wanted it to be perfect. To ensure I got everything right, I asked Mr.Zemo if I could try on a couple different jackets and shirts. Every single time I asked for a new one, he groaned and acted like it was so physically taxing to take a jacket off the rack. Isn't that your job? Why should you make the customer feel badly for wanting to try on other options? At one point he even said to me, "the faster you try on the jacket the faster you get out of my store". Dude, I understand acting a bit offensive as part of a gag, but Mr.Zemo continuously crossed the line as it got to a point where I genuinely felt like he didn't want my business. I kept my composure throughout the entire experience which was hard because he was getting on my nerves, and I made sure I was respectful, but I was just interrupted with "WHAT?" Or some other bitterness. The quality of the tux itself was good, aside from some broken buttons on the shirt sleeve. In my opinion, I just regret giving this business my money because Mr. Zemo does NOT deserve it. Go to someone who is kind and willing to help rather than an old man who complains at every given opportunity.

Two days before the wedding, a friend suggested an alternation that would transform it into the perfect gown but I knew it was too late. I called every tailor I knew but no one was willing to help. With 24 hours to go, Abby returned my call. She opened her shop and within an hour, had the alterations done. She could have charged me anything but only charged for the hour's work! Had an absolutely horrible experience since July till today , went in too get fitted with my…read moregroomsman's and my father the first week of July for our tux's for my wedding yesterday (09/26/25) , everything was fine with getting fitted till about a week ago when I called and asked Sal when our tux's were going to be ready , I was trying too stay ahead , and got told that they weren't going to be ready till POSSIBLY Wednesday or Thursday , my wedding was yesterday on Friday , finally got a call that my suits were ready on Wednesday at 430pm , as soon as some of us tried them on the hems were breaking , and some adjustments needed to be done , no big deal .. picked everything up on Thursday and non of our suits were ironed , they had WHITE DOG HAIR on all of them , they had white stains left and right , me and 3 of my groomsman's buttons on our jackets ripped off a hour into wearing them , my fathers button on his vest broke , I got handed a pair of shoes that were STAINED with glitter and 6 month old dust , nothing but attitudes from Sal , I received a phone call yesterday morning getting SCREAMED at by him because my sister in law never got her son's suit from him demanding me on my wedding day to pay him the remaining $170 , avoid this place like the plague unless you want his white mastiffs hair all over your suits and if you want too be treated like a piece of garbage
