My experience at the White Dress was anything but a disappointment. I was taken care of by Beth (owner) and Kim on my first appointment. I was swept away by all of the details to include a private salon with beautiful décor and accessory pieces to look at while I was waiting. Kim was very patient and accommodating to all of my needs and questions. I felt special, even beautiful, when we landed on the gown that I knew was for me. Beth's expertise and amazing style allowed me to add a custom feature (sleeves) to my gown that made it the perfect selection for me. My mother and I were provided champagne to celebrate as we finalized the details of my gown order. I made several trips back to the White Dress for my fittings, jewelry selection and gown pick-up. Lauren, Shana and the other associates I encountered were all friendly, professional and always made me feel special. I even received a hand-written note from Kim after selecting my gown. While all brides will have different styles and budgets, I would recommend the White Dress by the Shore to anyone who wants to feel like a princess during their gown experience. I couldn't find any I liked in my size, but he dug down into a drawer and found just what I was looking for. He also helped me select a stylish belt in my size. My purchases were quick and easy thanks to him. While at the checkout counter I asked why he was working in the store alone. He gave the same reason so many businesses are struggling to find help in these post COVID days. There's no incentive to work when the taxpayers pay so well with all the "stimulus" money on top of open-ended unemployment benefits. I just shook my head and thanked him for all his help.
