The pin pad said I was refunded and then she crumpled up all my receipts, voided the transaction and said it didn't go thru and to get my bosses other card, next guest! Literally acting like I was invisible. I have never been treated so poorly FOR NO REASON. I understand retail is hard but that was completely uncalled for and unwarranted.

From the super casual clothes- with an unusual feminine bohemian style which I dig for weekends, to sporty, to more formal wear (think slacks, blazers and evening dresses). There are body lotions, soaps and candles as well- but clothes are the major pieces here. I like shopping for the best but- I also like shopping smart. I mean...don't you? Pricey? Yeah...but I usually wait for their sales (especially online sales now). Despite the complaints for this location, I have no issues with service at all. Interestingly the one sales lady working today was trying hard to convince a 5 ft tall customer that the poncho was "perfect for her if she would drape it differently" and a bit of creative styling ensued. No, in truth it looked awful on this petite woman like she was trying to get out from under a big blanket. Well the customer had enough common sense to follow her instincts "this is not for me", despite urges from the saleslady to the contrary. I suspect the saleslady sensed big sale potential as many things were being tried on and talked about for Ms petite and her adult daughter as gifts. I however, was completely ignored. Meanwhile, I poked around on my own, never once asked what I was looking for, while the declassee gum-chomping saleslady catered exclusively to the other woman. While I was approached for her to take the two items I found into the dressing room, she never inquired how I was doing and even in my departing "good-bye, didn't stop talking to the other woman or bother to thank me for stopping in. Mostly what you will find here are high end brands and the Rei brand is of good quality but if you're on a budget there is very little to be had here. With that said, I get a lot of use out of the clothing I purchase so it's more of a buy once cry once situation. A lot of places are moving to a smaller footprint and more online shopping. This doesn't really work well for me but it is kinda the way the world is turning.
