Expensive and disappointing. I ordered vermicelli with grilled pork, egg roll and shrimp cake ( which I had to pay extra for) totaling about $11. The dish came out with a thin layer of noodle, stuff full of bean sprout and lettuce, grilled pork tasted like microwaved with some teriyaki sauce. Egg roll was average fast food cabbage stuffing egg rolls, and the shrimp cake was missing. At the end of the meal, the server dropped off the shrimp cake without saying a word and walked away. The pricing is ok. If you like beef tripe with your Pho, you can ask the employee for it since the item is not listed on the menu. I ordered a large rare beef steak with tripe. Both were really good though I might just get the pork only because I would want more of that deliciousness next time. I kept eating despite being pretty full so that's a good sign! My go to for yummy pho! My favorite is the beef combo with brisket, tendon, rare beef & meat balls. Decided to try a few other items to share with BF tonight too: egg rolls were good but sort of typical to any Asian fast food restaurant. Chicken wings were pretty tasty, would get those again! One of the best Pho broths I've tasted in the area, and the oxtail is a wonderful addition to the soup! It's so soft it just falls off the bone. My husband LOVES the spring rolls, and I really mean love, like he'd probably choose those over me if he had to live without one of us. :p He also likes to get pho. I absolutely love this place and I highly recommend it. One thing I can say is that I know vietnamese food and My Pho is nothing less of what I expected it to be. Each time I get the Pho with meatballs and it has been amazing. You can taste the flavor with every bite and you can feel the love that has been put into the food. Also, the decor and ambiance is much better than the typical Vietnamese restaurants. It has a nice earthy feel and that paired with great food is a date night I don't want to miss out on. Nice friendly pho restaurant. My pho is the place I go to when I'm in Orange going to fisherman warehouse. The staff are friendly and easy on the eyes. We frequently order take out from this location. They have excellent Pho. We recommend the Char Chk, Char Prk, Shrimp & Veg (the Char Chk is the best). It's a hefty amount of Pho for the price. The employees are doing okay. They all spoke Vietnamese so loud that I can hear them. (I also can speak and understand Vietnamese). I ordered a regular plain Pho with no toppings. The problem is that they placed a huge gigantic ball of vermicelli and it's still dry and hard. I have to wait a few minutes for the noodles to be swirly and soft. Just ordered some pho and vegetarian spring rolls to go and I have to say I am impressed how they handle to go orders. Not only do they give you everything well portioned but they included packets of sriacha and hoisin sauce. Like most places they will give you your broth in a different container though the one with noodles is a microwave safe container. Even a small is a healthy size. Wasn't overly salty pho either.
