My sister's wedding was originally planned for 2020 but occurred November 6th, 2021. We meet Nida at a bridal fair in 2019 and she was giving a special when you place a deposit, which we did. We (sister, her fiancée, my mother and self) met for our consultation for the flowers and invitations shortly after the bridal fair. When covid hit we had to move the wedding to 2021. We kept in contact with Luxe and was difficult due to responses from email to weeks to return. Approximately 7 months before the wedding we had sent our guest list and photo for them to create save the date. We had difficulty getting responses through email, phone and text. We had a deadline to get them out due to our of country guests. They missed our deadline and then charged us fedex overnight charge so we could obtain the save the date and envelopes to get them out to our guests. After arguing with Nida for the charge she cash app us the cost back for fedex after explaining they were late. Every time we spoke she used the excuse that due to Covid and obtaining another job she didn't have time. We asked for a refund and would find someone else that could accommodate us. She apologized and said she would make sure everything from here on out would be done in a timely manner. Well that was a lie, we asked for a sample of our center pieces and she sent pictures that were not what we wanted and then the invitations had errors. We had difficulties trying to get ahold of her and updates as the wedding got closer. When I finally received a copy of invoice I noticed they charged more for center pieces then stated and double charged on other things. When I went over invoice she over charged by almost $500. Instead of trying to get a refund we asked for a bridal bouquet for pictures. The week of the wedding my mother and I made our final walk through of the venue (Los Willis, Fallbrook). I spoke to the wedding coordinator and she informed me that the florist (My Luxe) had not returned her phone calls or email asking for a copy of their insurance and an arrival time. I called and text with no response. The day before the wedding Nida called informing me that they will be there at 10am and she emailed insurance. I was very angry that the lack of professionalism and rudeness of her. Day of wedding when we were getting ready I received a phone call from the venue that they had not yet arrived and it was 11am. I called and text to find out what was going on and she informed me that I needed to relax and she would be there soon. It was not until 11:45am and she was rude to the wedding coordinator. When I went down to the venue to check on everything the coordinator informed me that she was directing her to leave the escort cards spread out on a table and we wanted flowers in different places. Now I am fuming I explained to the coordinator that I had a board for guest to read and the escort cards go at the tables and then corrected the flowers. During the wedding my mother learned that the guest at her table had used this company also for her wedding and had a horrible experience with this company. I will NEVER use them again and will make sure others do not. I have never been treated so rudely and seen a small business act so unprofessional. read more

I went in for a consultation a few weeks ago, drove from Riverside to Corona. I was very disappointed when I walked out, at the wedding expos and on social media their invitations look stunning, but when you walk in with an idea in mind, be prepared to hear money signs after every question. They were actually very limited on designing, I ended up getting quoted over $1,000 on invitations I didn't even like and was forced to settle with because of the limitations. Walking out, I was like "eff this, I'm looking elsewhere". Definitely won't recommend this place to anyone I know that's on a realistic budget. read more

The invitations were a part of the package that came with our wedding venue, but we were able to chose and design the invitations the way we wanted. BEWARE!!! Just as the review writer before me, I have had a terrible experience with Luxe. I am having my wedding reception at Skylinks golf course in September and their package comes with invitations from Luxe. We met with Andre some time ago and we chose simple invitations. I changed my mind and wanted something fancier so I emailed him to have a meeting again. Instead I get an email from Amy to proof the simple invitations. My email was ignored. Finally when we do schedule a meeting for 3/10, I get to their office and it is closed. We drove in traffic and in the rain from San Pedro only to have Nida tell us to meet her at a Starbucks 15 minutes away. We get there and she completely rushes me into choosing a color, mind you they were all terrible and not a good selection. She offered to give me free table numbers and 10% off because of the mix up. Although appreciated, I lost all confidence in them. I have been emailing them since Monday to please send me a check for the $100 I paid upfront and still haven't heard back. Of course, because their communication is absolutely terrible! read more

Their invitation letter is deigned more than beautiful. I love it so much. I am so appreciate that our reception venue recommend this company to me! The price is also reasonable compare to its design. I love it ! Escort cards are also elegant ! Thank you! Little tip: if you want them to print the invitation letter, you need to contact them at least 5 months before the wedding. They are too busy. I contacted them 3.5 month before the wedding and I thought It could finish within a week but I waited like more than a month . I received the invitation letters 2 months before the wedding, which is a very rush timeline for mailing out. So you must plan ahead to avoid any regret! read more

We later followed up with a face to face meeting with Nida where she helped us pick out the perfect invitations for our budget without compromising on style. Great advice. Truth be told, there was a little mix up with the digital proofs, but Nida agreed to meet face to face with us again, to review the proofs in person to avoid any further confusion. Great recovery! They caused me so much stress the morning of my wedding!!!! Please do not do business with these people! They are horrible! Overpriced invitations and horrible rental service! they showed up 2.5 hours late to my wedding with the rentals we paid for!! My florist was on time and ended up having to leave because she had another wedding to set up for so my husband and our wedding party had to set up all the flowers in the venue because we didn't have linens on the tables and no chairs!!! They are really unprofessional and extremely unorganized!!! We paid a deposit of $900 at a bridal show and later on they couldn't find their receipt proving we had paid! BTW the bridal show "special" is a lie, you can just walk into their shop and get the same "deal". They do not care about your special day and you do not deserve that headache on your wedding day! read more

We used My Luxe Invitation because it was included in our package through our venue. What a horrible experience! This is the only vendor we had that was unprofessional, unreliable, lacked communication, and just a pain to work with. We met with Nida and went over details on what we wanted on our invitations. We kept it simple and didn't add anything extra, just gave the information needed such as address of ceremony, time, date, the normal stuff. The only thing we wanted specific was the color of font and type of font style. They were so unorganized, they couldn't find the forms to fill out the information so she just wrote the notes on a blank piece of paper. We spent time looking through the fonts they offered and agreed on a specific style that Nida recommended. When we got our proofs, the font was not what we picked it, in fact it was the font I specifically mentioned I did not like. During our meeting, Nida recommended that we include our wedding website on the invitation so we agreed, when we got our proofs, it was not printed on it. Nida told us it would take 1 week for us to see our proofs, it actually took 4 weeks!! We figured we give them 2 weeks before we called for an update. We couldnt get a response until the 4th week. By then, the proofs weren't even done, we had to wait another few days to see it. Not once did we get an apology rather the excuse of "we're busy." So unprofessional! We didn't request to get the font and website corrected after seeing the proofs because we were scared that it would take another 2 weeks to get a response. Picking up the name cards was also frustrating. We were told a specific date and time. Then 2 hours before pick up time, I was contacted saying they don't open during the pick up time and to go later. They were the ones that suggested the time of pick up, not us. How do you not know your work hours? When we arrived to pick up the name cards, we had to wait for them to reprint it because they didn't check ahead of time that the font gets cut off. So we had to change the font to the font I disliked just to speed up the process. The experience was so stressful and frustrating. If you don't have to use this vendor, don't. We wouldn't recommend them for anyone even if someone pays you to use them. read more

The only reason I went with invitation company was because it was part of a wedding package with my wedding venue. So, it's all started of with the consultation we were excited to start getting our invitation going; we arrived to the offices on time for our schedule appointment and the showroom is closed! So, I called Andre and he said he was sorry and had to sound something for his kid and would be there in 20 minutes. I understand that children always take priority so no biggie! We went through the process of choosing the style of invitation and it was easy, we also added a few extra items to the invitation like a reception card and our envelope to be printed addresses and we paid for the extras that day! Then, was told you should get and mock of your invitation soon via email... so a couple months go by and still no temp sent.. I then sent them a email asking if the invitation approval was ready and was told 6 months before my wedding you have a long time before your wedding to you have to wait awhile till we finished them so I felt if a inconvenience to them! So I wait till 4 months to ask about me invitation and they sent me over the approval and invoice for the extra that were decided on. So beware cause they're out to STEAL your MONEY!! So I told them I already paid and they had no file or receipt.. Now I think he didn't even give me proof of purchase! But luckily I paid with Credit card cause that was the proof! I had to go through all my bank statement to prove I paid them and give them the reference number the should have kept track of in the first place! After all the payment was settle now I have to ask when can the get picked up because they're past the due! And I need them out asap so he expressed ship to my house happy I have my invitation FINALLY! Open the box to find the card I purchased is not there! So I called and text and don't get a response til 8 or 9pm very professional. Andre then told I only paid for one thing and not the other was extra! I have to tell Andre who trying to steal from customer what I paid for again! And was told I have to wait cause they weren't painted and they didn't have to color paper for the invitation! Have I can have to express shipped in 2 day or you can come get them in Laguna which now the new office was an half hour further then the old office! No offer compensation or sorry! I met Andre and Nida at a Bridal Expo, my fiancé and I fell in love with the invitations they offered and we agreed to have My Luxe Wedding create our invitations. The invitations are beautiful and great quality, but this company lacks communication and common curtesy. We were promised a pick up date for our invitations on the 21st of September and were given a time after 5pm before 7pm. We left Ontario and drove to their Santa Ana location happy to pick up our cards to be highly disappointed that their door was locked. We contacted Andre and was told that a "human error" occurred and he left the location. With being in traffic for almost 2 hours, this wasn't the news we wanted to hear as we lost trust in this company. He was apologetic and informed us that since we drove here for nothing he would drop off the invitations personally to my fiancé's location and make a late house call to accommodate us, we were ecstatic and no longer upset. He arrived at 1130pm dropped off the cards and left. As my fiancé reviewed the cards, our directions card was not correct as we made corrections from a sample they sent us via email a week prior with Nida and Production lady named Sepi. 2 days have past since our original pick up date and finally received all in whole but still incorrect as our reception time was not inputted in the invitations, we will not contact them yet another time and better off purchasing cards from Michael's Crafts and creating a card ourselves to correct their mistakes as they made us feel and given the impression as if we were annoying them. This business is completely unprofessional and lacks the communication needed for being a company who provides wedding planning/productions and floral. This is the only company in which have given us issues in our wedding process and would not recommend them to anyone for services. My introduction to Myluxe Weddings was through a Bridal fair event in early February of 2019. The vendor's booth caught our eye as we were 12 months away from planning our nuptials. We decided to attend the presentation, the presenter, by the name of Nida, appeared to be very knowledgeable about wedding etiquette and seemed to have a reputable business. The idea of a professional company to handle mailing our wedding invitations and creating a timeline for mailing of reception info to our guests sounded great! We stayed after the presentation and set an appointment with the Myluxe Rep and agreed to meet with Nida at her virtual office in Costa Mesa. We decided on the combination invitation/floral arrangement package. She showed us very nice designer wedding samples of invitations and we agreed to a timeline for the scheduled mailing. We agreed to the offer and signed a contract . Both Me and Fiance gave her a total of $1400 to deliver samples of the florals and invitations, to be delivered in a timely manner, to our designated wedding venue on a future scheduled date. We met up twice to see the samples but, since then, the communication from Nida, has been scarce and mainly consisted of brief text messages with very little responses. We have yet to hear from the graphic designer for the promised preview of our updated corrections to our invitations. While the recent and unexpected events of the covid-19 interrupted our future plans of a planned wedding date of August 30, 2020, our experience with Myluxe Weddings has not been a good experience. Myluxe is a virtual business, and they apparently subcontract, the invitations to a separate business for graphic design, printing and mailing and yet another business for the floral arrangements. This was problematic from the start. Myluxe Weddings lacks infrastructure so It is impossible go into a store to follow up, and they will only meet with you if and whenever you are willing to drive all over the city to meet them, randomly, at one of their Bridal fair events. I would not reccomend doing business with Myluxe Weddings. I am still waiting to hear from Myluxe to reschedule or discuss the future terms of our contract. read more

The unique benefit you gain working with this team is that all of their invitations are handmade. Nida is extremely creative and flexible when putting together a custom invitation for you. All of our guests were wow'ed with the Save-The-Dates alone, then everyone was floored when they received their actual invitation. We were fortunate enough to use them as our vendor for flowers, menus, and escort cards--as they are sort of a "one-stop-shop" which made our experience seamless, and tastefully elegant because of the consistency with their creativity in all of our decorations.
