From the bottom of my heart, I truly could not recommend Rachel & her team enough!! I found Rachel when I was in the market for a florist for my Spring '24 wedding. I sent out countless inquiries trying to see who could give the most bang for my buck of course. There was just something about Rachel's proposal that stood out from the rest & something about her that really made me *trust her vision.* Over the course of a few months, every time Rachel & I would text, I would give her an idea of what I wanted & she would respond with her insight - blowing my ideas out of the waters! LOL Trust me when I say, just trust her recommendations & suggestions bc she is the professional & this is her expertise! I did just that & goodness, Rachel gave me my absolute dream florals at my wedding. I would like to add that the rental company I was renting my sweethearts table from told me a week prior to my wedding that my table was left out by another client in the rain & that it was pretty much ruined. Rachel came through for me with her beautiful glass sweethearts table at no extra cost, literally saving me so much stress. It also looked 10x better than the one I was going to rent LOL The only issue that I had was that my guests took home some candle rentals so I would highly recommend for all brides to remind the DJ to make an announcement that only florals are up for grabs! Thank you again Rachel!!
I was recommend to Rachel by my wedding planner. I initially did not want real flowers due to the costs. I had a certain look I wanted to go for and florists were going to be expensive. I also had more themes going on than normal weddings. My wedding was at the Grand Californian and I wanted a Princess themed wedding. Each center piece was going to be themed a different princess. I did not know if a florist will do that because normally they are usually the same look high or short. Rachel had a good price and was able to work with me. Not only that she was ok with my best friend doing florals for the cocktail so I can cut down costs. She is able to keep her overhead down because she has no store front so that is why she is able to give us such good prices. When we saw the reception, my husband actually cried because our vision came true. We were so happy and please with Rachel's work and fully recommend her.
Rachel and her team were an absolute dream to work with and exceeded all my expectations as a wedding florist. From our first meeting, I knew I didn't need to reach out to anyone else--she came highly recommended by my wedding planner, Ann (Plans by Ann), and I quickly saw why. Rachel took the time to really understand my vision, working within our budget while offering honest, expert recommendations. Her guidance helped me narrow down what would look amazing and what wouldn't quite fit the style I was going for, which made all the difference. What stood out was how well Rachel understood my love for neutrals. I had this idea in my head, and with her expertise, she helped refine it and turn it into something even more beautiful than I could've imagined. I would send her photos of arrangements or ideas I wanted to explore, and she was always spot-on with capturing the vibe we were going for. She truly brought my Pinterest board to life in the most magical way. I never thought I would get emotional seeing my Pinterest board come to life, but Rachel and her team made that happen. There aren't enough words to express how amazing she and the team accomplished what we envisioned for our florals. A huge thank you for bringing our floral vision to life in the most beautiful way. The arrangements were absolutely breathtaking and truly captured the essence of what we dreamed of for our wedding day. Every detail was perfect, and we are so grateful for their creativity, hard work, and passion in making everything look magical. Tip for future couples: let your florist have as much freedom to express their creativity. One of the things I appreciated the most was how genuine Rachel was. It felt like I had a big sister by my side, guiding me through the decision-making process. She never pushed her ideas but instead collaborated with me to create something unique to my style. Every conversation with her was full of warmth and care; you could tell how passionate she was about what she did. And then there was my bouquet--wow! I loved all the arrangements, but my bouquet was something special. I can't even begin to express how beautiful it was. I was in awe when I saw it for the first time, and it was honestly one of my favorite parts of the wedding. Rachel captured everything I wanted and more, creating an arrangement that was stunning and personal to me. If you're looking for a florist who is incredibly talented and a joy to work with, I can't recommend this floral team enough (110/10 would recommend). She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, and her dedication showed in every aspect of her work. I'm so grateful to have had her and her team as part of our wedding, and I know anyone who works with her will feel the same! Shout out to KimFilms for getting amazing shots of their work!
Flowers Everafter is the absolute best florist in town and in the wedding industry!! Rachel and her team went above and beyond for my wedding in September 2023. From the moment we had our initial meeting, throughout the planning process, and even after the wedding, Rachel continues to exceed my expectations. Rachel is extremely detail-oriented and will go through multiple floral designs, mock-ups, etc until you are happy with your product. She is an effective communicator and responds quickly. She and her team are the most talented floral designers and delivered beautiful flowers for both my tea ceremony and wedding day. The proportions of my bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets were perfect. I love how she added orchids in my bridal bouquet to match my husband's orchid boutonniere. The flower girl crowns and baskets were so cute! I absolutely loved our tall centerpieces that she placed in elegant vases. In addition, Flowers Everafter produces the most creative and beautiful ceiling installations. I was nervous about how the white lanterns from Vietnam would match with the overall rustic vibes at The Ranch at Laguna Beach. Rachel and her team put my concerns at ease and produced the most beautiful lantern installation for my wedding! They also provide candles and other rentals, such as, acrylic easel stand. When I look back at photos from our wedding, I am beyond happy that our flowers were gorgeous, classy, and timeless. Rachel picked the most beautiful colors to complement my wedding day perfectly. Thank you to Rachel and her team again for making my wedding floral dreams come true. I love you so much !!
I cannot express enough how highly I recommend this business for your wedding, and for ANY occasion. They do much more than just flowers too, although it is their main focus. The ladies have a true eye for arrangements, and a both a heart and professionalism for this business. I was able to get a GREAT deal with them for my wedding day. Do not be hesitant about telling them what you want in regards to colors, themes, and budget. You can share your other invoices/quotes with them, as I assure you, they'll beat any deal you get. They consistently keep in contact with you up to your event day, and after. They shop for flowers consistently and will you additional ideas or items they see to let you have a feel of what you're getting. You also can sign up for mock flower appointments with them. They have two beautiful arches, and possibly more in their stock. I defiantly recommend them, as they make a wonderful decor and entrance appeal! They also provided a boba bar, with full set up. They decorated my cake, additional tables (rememberance, sweetheart table, sign in tables, the who shabang!) With the labor and sweet touches they did for my bridesmaids, groomsmen, mother and I .... I am so happy with them. Book them!!
Rachel and Van were such a pleasure to work with as I helped plan my brother's wedding! As I was planning the wedding, it was really important to me that we found a florist that was within our budget, transparent, responsive, attentive, and overall someone I clicked with. The Flowers Everafter team was just that! I had a phone consultation with them to just gauge how working them would be like on the wedding day and I knew within the first 5 minutes that they would be the team for us. I loved how they were up-front with everything and really used the Pinterest floral inspiration board to create the flower arrangements. I didn't even feel the need to meet them before the wedding because of how prompt they were with answering any questions. For my brother's wedding, they created 4 different types of boutonnieres, bouquets, centerpieces, gazebo piece, aisle bouquets, and floral cake decorations. They showed up right on schedule on the day of the wedding and didn't cause us any stress to an already hectic day. All of the flower arrangements were beautiful! I would highly recommend them for any floral decorations you may need.
When I started planning my wedding, I had a really hard time finding a florist that was affordable for what I wanted. I was quoted 8-10k by other florists and that was their starting price! I was losing hope over finding someone I could actually afford, until I messaged flowers ever after. Not only did Van and Rachel work with MY budget, but they were also very professional. I'm super particular and Van and Rachel made sure to send me photos and even made suggestions on the arrangements, etc. I'm also a very simple person, but these ladies added their touch to add some "oomph" to my arrangements and boy did they deliver. They truly listened to what I really wanted and made sure of it by communicating with me. Everything came out to be exactly how I wanted and more! Their work exceeding my expectations for sure. I highly recommend these ladies for not only your flowers, but for balloon arches as well! Thank you ladies for making the process with flowers SO easy and for making my wedding as beautiful as it was! Seriously the best ladies in the business.
I cannot begin to explain the work Flowers Ever After did for my wedding. They took my vision and made it a reality. We happened to have a huge heat wave the day of the wedding and they went over and above to make sure the flowers looked fresh and vibrant. They took the stress away from us. I am SO happy we found them. My wedding planner kept saying what a dream they were to work with. I still cannot believe all that they did. Amazing taste and incredible talent.
I am so fortunate that my wedding coordinator (Radiant Love Events, another great vendor BTW!) put me in contact with Rachel of Flowers Everafter. While I love receiving bouquets, I have a very limited floral vocabulary (i.e. i know roses and peonies but not much else). I also was working with a pretty tight wedding budget, and was unsure that fresh florals were something that could fit into the plan. After a super productive call with Rachel to discuss design and wedding part size, she put together a proposal that covered everything my husband & I wanted, respecting our budget constraints. She was able to provide bouquets & boutonnieres for the bridal party, bouts for our wedding sponsors/godparents, and centerpieces for the reception. I share the overall look I wanted, and Rachel took care of everything based on her experience and expert eye. Rachel was great to work with through the planning process; I reached out to her periodically with inquiries and she was always communicative. I inquired about incorporating particular flowers into the design, and she made recommendations based on which ones would be able to withstand the weather for a humid June wedding. On the big day, she delivered everything right on time, and even provided an extra bouquet for the photographers to use for styling purposes. I think the photos speak for themselves! I am so glad to have worked with Flowers Everafter and plan to work with them again anytime I have floral needs.
Covid wedding here! We pushed through with keeping our wedding date while maintaining the health and safety of all our guests. Our backyard wedding had all of the PPE bells and whistles. I'll keep this short and sweet so that it's read! Rachel and Van masters of their craft! 1. The proof is in their pudding! Vans eye for her beautiful flower creations is compared to none! She will take your vision and magnify it by 100! 2. Communication and Follow up is ALWAYS timely. We had our entire wedding planned 1 year in advance and due to COVID we were left scrambling to change it all last minute. Rachel and Van were in constant communication with us the entire time and never left us feeling stranded with no hope. 3. In the midst of the pandemic we were scrambling for ideas on where we could host our canceled winery wedding and looking for the safest options to host our immediate family. With the support of Rachel and Van we were able to have the most beautiful dream backyard wedding. They completely transformed my mother and father in laws house into a dream. 4. The quality of every arrangement is only of best quality. A true testament of their taste and only providing the best for their customers. 5. Flowers Ever After will always be our florist for any and all life events for my family and I! I heart Rachel and Van!
Gave Rachel and her team less than 10 days to decorate a cake, an arbor, mini bouquets for shepherd hooks, welcome sign, boutonniere, and brides bouquet, lets just say I'm beyond grateful. She came through and everything was beautiful. I can only imagine what they can do if we had more. Love love their energy and creativity.
I can't say enough good things about this company. Van has such an incredible eye for design, whether that's with flowers, balloons, or overall event design. She has a broad range of styles and her designs always leave me breathless. I've had the opportunity to work with Van on most of my events from weddings to birthday parties, baby showers, and more. She never ceases to amaze me with what she comes up with, and the end result always exceed my expectations / vision. Rachel is on top of things, very organized, and a great communicator. I highly recommend this team if you're looking for beautiful designs and great customer service. I will be a lifelong customer and happy to refer them to all our family and friends!
It is so rare when someone or something leaves me speechless. But, from the moment we made the decision to work with Flowers Everafter for a Bride's wedding bouquet and a Groom's boutonnière, we knew we were in great hands! Rachel and her team took a simple vision and turned it into something spectacular! They have an eye for detail unmatched to what I have seen! They exceeded my expectations and everything came out so beautiful!
I highly recommend Rachel and am so blown away by our wedding day flowers. It was beyond what I thought it would be and I'm so grateful for Rachel and all our help during our day. She truly understood our vision and the flowers were my favorite part of the day. Not only did she understood my vision but also provided recommended and tips based on what I liked. I was so surprised with how everything turned out and she made all my Pinterest boards come to life. The decor and rental she provided also were so pretty and I'm beyond grateful for how amazing everything f turned out. Thank you Rachel for such an amazing day! read more

I've been ordering arrangements from Flowers Everafter since 2020, so it was an easy decision when I picked them as my wedding florist for 2022. Rachel and Van are both unbelievably amazing and talented. Their attention to detail is immaculate. From the beginning of the process, they presented a detailed proposal with visuals, floral options, and pricing breakdown so everything is transparent. I also love how they explain the cost to help you understand the pricing and how it's comparable to industry standard as florals pricing can be shocking for bride and grooms to be. They were the only vendor that took the time to do that for an initial consultation which I appreciate as I know not all vendors will commit to that much work yet for prospects. But trust me, florals really make your wedding and bring everything together, therefore is worth the cost! (I increased my initial floral budget but have absolutely no regrets hehe.) Rachel took the time to get to know me and made new suggestions that she thought was more me and she couldn't be more correct! I trusted her professional expertise and not only did her and Van made my wedding dream a reality, but they made it even better than what I imagined. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done to make my wedding so special. From vendors to now friends, they have partake in so many occasions in life. I highly recommend them to any bride and groom looking to bring their wedding vision to life! read more

Van from Flowers Everafter is incredibly gifted and has such good taste when it comes to floral arrangements! I had two different wedding ceremonies and had Van put the bouquets together and couldn't be happier with them. I also had her designing my floral arch for photos with guests and cascading floral arrangements that hung from the ceiling. I received so many compliments! I've seen her other floral designs for other weddings, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, anniversaries--you name it--and am always impressed by her attention to detail. I'd love to sign up for those weekly or monthly flower delivery subscriptions from her--it's amazing how happy some fresh flowers can make you feel! Oh, one last important piece of information: VAN IS AMAZING TO WORK WITH, she's upbeat, creative, and funny! read more

Planning every detail of my wedding was important to me. Rachel and Van made my flower bouquet and the boutonnieres the way I wanted. I know I had a vision of what I wanted... Rachel and Van made my vision into a reality. It only took a few questions for Rachel to get a sense of what I needed. Perfect timing and her communication skills were amazing. She made me feel that I was her only client and order. That is what makes a business stand out. The flowers were just beautiful giving them emotion and memory. My to go florist now! read more

Rachel and her team created a beautiful cross for my fathers funeral. They created exactly what I wanted, I was so impressed with the outcome! The flowers were fresh and they stayed fresh for the remaining days of prayer. Their prices are by far the most competitive in the area. I will definitely be using them in the future. read more
