If I could give more stars I would! I took a damaged iphone to My iFix to try to recover the photos. This iPhone wouldn't charge or even turn on. When I connected to a computer, it didn't even register as connected. The man was really determined to get my pictures off of the phone. He did several things until he was able to get a very faint image on the screen that could only be seen when he shined a flashlight on it. Then he tried a number of ways to access the photos and download them for me. In the end, he was successful in backing up the entire iPhone onto my laptop in iTunes so I will be able to transfer everything to another apple device. So now I not only have the photos, but all of the contacts. Even though it took a long time, the prices was so reasonable. I really appreciate his efforts and also the help of another employee working there. read more

I wanted to try this place out in hopes to find a cheaper price given the Yelp reviews about deals but when I got there they charged me automatically more than expected $99. Since I drove all the way out there I decided to take the difference which I wasn't to pleased about.. The women was nice so it made all the difference. I waited and came back when everything was done my phone was completely fixed looked brand new I was happy but with no screen protector!! So I was hit with another $20 dollars!! For something that cost $10 at the other shop I went to called phone Phix & he gave me sweet phone protector for free to!! I didn't get any of that service here very disappointing & when I got the phone back after her first (attempt) on professionally placing the screen, she gave it back to me with an AIR BUBBLE and tol me that it would go away in a couple days -_- so she told me.. That after paying 119 dollars she was going to send me home with an air bubble that interrupted the color on my screen??? She said it was a " hit and miss" when I know that wasn't the case she probably didn't want to put up with my questions because the guy at phone Phix had NO issues!! So I told her to do it again and when she did it came out perfect ! Just an example of lazy work when she really doesn't have much work to begin with. So I finally left and tried to unlocked the phone with my thumb print & that was deactivated?? I don't know why but I wasn't going to leave until everything was fixed so after 10 min of trying to figure it out I had to go BACK.. She fixed it again but ultimately guys my phone malfunctioned after it was supposably fixed the key board wasn't working properly the microphone is raspy now.. Just awful.. I have used these guys a few times - to replace a broken screens and today my phone wouldn't turn on at all. About a month ago, they replaced the screen on my iPhone and replaced the screen protector as well. It was $150, which isn't inexpensive, but a lot better than having to replace the phone. I didn't have the text message receipt - I had deleted it. Of course, the receipt would be on my cc statement. I was in a rush to get to an appointment, and couldn't locate the receipt via email. They fixed my phone and honored the warranty, and i don't know if the repair was related to the screen replacement...but...they replaced it free of charge. The whole process took 15 minutes. A service rep at the AT&T store suggested I check Dr. Apple out when I showed up with my daughter's iPhone C with a smashed screen. Let me first start by saying I made the mistake of going to the Apple Store after my new iPhone screen popped up and when I tried to push it back it shattered the glass. The cost to repair this? 160.00! I made the unfortunate but yet good fortune of finding Hugos kiosk off of Leucadia Boulevard directly across from the Shell station while running errands waiting for my phone to be fixed. When I asked him how much he said $100. Such a deal! I took note of this went back to Apple paid my money and went on with my life but not too happy about the money just dished out to Apple on my new phone repair. Three weeks later my glass had cracked again! remembering Hugo I immediately took to the kiosk and one hour hand it was ready. My brand new iPhone 6s flew into the toilet . Of course I did not buy insurance and was going to be on the hook for $600 if I couldn't get it fixed. After visiting the Sprint store and being told that my phone was shattered beyond repair (the worst they had ever seen) and I could not retrieve anything I had on it, I decided to try this out. I wanted a new screen so at the least I could get my pictures, contacts, etc before going through insurance. My phone is now as good as new with a new screen, home button and back case for the same cost as my "insurance". I didn't think there was any hope after the damage to my phone but they did an amazing job! This Place is awesome!!!! I cracked screen and the back of my 5S phone cause my son dropped it on tile floor. So I was told by my cousin about Dr. Apple and how they had pretty good pricing. So I took my phone down to the shop and it was less then 30 min. to fix. They also recommended that I put a screen protector on as well cause it helps prevent the screen from cracking. so I got my phone fixed front and back, screen protector and a case all for a pretty good deal. $200 I called other places and they were going to charge $200 just to fix the front and back. There is a Pei Wei next to their kiosk, and while eating lunch I set my phone down on a counter with water all over it. I got water in the speaker above the screen on my iPhone 6. I tried calling people and could hardly hear what they were saying. I was thinking of going to the apple store thats just a shopping center over from the Pei Wei but then saw the kiosk outside. The man working knew exactly what to do and literally within 3 minutes he had fixed the problem. He didn't even charge me for the help too! I am so happy and amazed at what Dr. Apple could do for us. My son and I are not due for upgrades for 6 months. My son's phone had been dropped twice and had a cracked screen with white and black lines going through it. I thought for sure he was done. I took it over there and was told it was an easy fix and he needed 30 mins. I told my son this will be amazing if it really works. We went back and the phone works better then before!! I dropped my phone in the lake and in the toilet and it was kind of working but shutting off constantly . Dr. Apple said he could replace the battery. I can not believe it but it works great now!!! He saved us so much money with not having to buy new phones or upgrade our service with our provider. We should be able to make it until upgrade time or longer.
