I completely crushed my screen and got it replaced here a couple days ago.. Quick fast convenient. However I noticed an issue with the screen not working properly. I called and let them know and they were more than happy to assist me. I brought it in today, he fixed it right away (within 15 mins!) and even threw in a screen protector for the inconvenience!! Things happen, and my ifix handled it perfectly. Hopefully I won't be breaking anymore screens,but if I do I know where to go and I'll definitely be recommending this to anyone who needs a repair. Don't even THINK of going anywhere else to get your iPhone or iPad fixed. Best customer service ever! I brought my phone here after I shattered the screen. I also asked them to replace the battery as it was no longer holding a charge. The wait time? Twenty minutes! Awesome! When I returned they told me that the battery just appeared to be loose (or not making a proper connection or something like that) so they tested it to see if it was still good. Well it was so they didn't replace it. Of course they could have replaced it and I would never have known I was buying something I didn't need. Boy, I wish they repaired cars here! Dropped my phone in the toilet, did the rice thing for a few days, and then my home button stopped working. Siri would start talking to me randomly, and i couldn't get out of any apps. Went to AT&T and without insurance, they couldn't help me. They suggested i walk over to the kiosk. Talked to the very friendly staff there, they took my phone, handed it back to me in minutes, and everything worked perfectly!! Not sure exactly what he did, but it was such a quick fix!! I went in the first time to get my phone fixed in June because my phone's charging port no longer worked after being submerged in the ocean for 10-15 minutes. It worked great for about a month, but yesterday it stopped working again so I went in today and since it was within warranty they replaced it for free even though I didn't have a copy of my receipt, which I really appreciated because they could have charged me. Took in my new iPhone 6 with a cracked screen and Dr. Apple fixed it within the time quoted and did a beautiful job. The parts for this phone are expensive because it is new but he was able to do it for $150 and I added the tempered glass for $20 which he put on for me there as well. I was very pleased with this price because I had been told by another repair shop by my house that it would cost over $200 for this fix and that would not have included the tempered glass. That place also said it would take about an hour to fix while Dr. Apple did this repair in 20 minutes. I definitely recommend this place if you have any Apple repair needs. My iFix is great! Knowledgeable, friendly and fast. My iPhone screen got broken a few months ago and I used a mobile service that was really highly reviewed here on Yelp - my phone started acting weird right after (dialing other numbers and opening apps while I was on calls), the tech told me that the screen would be more sensitive after it was replaced so I wrote it off as that even though it made the phone really hard to use. Fast forward to today, my screen got cracked again and stopped working so I took it to My iFix. He quickly replaced the screen and found where the previous repairer actually damaged the phone to make it act that way without me even telling him about it! If you want a business to follow through with their word, DONT GO HERE! I dropped off my husbands phone on Wednesday morning, the owner told me it would be ready by 5pm. He failed to call me to tell me that the part he received was broken and he couldn't fix the phone until Thursday, so my husband drove 20 minutes out of his way just to receive this information. He proceeded to tell my husband he would get the part by Thursday at 10am and it would take him 7 minutes to fix it. I was there on Thursday at 10:30am and it was still not ready! When I asked him why he didn't call me to inform me, once again, that the phone would not be ready when promised, his reply was "your husband didn't tell me to call", why does the customer need to tell you how to properly run your business with good customer service! If you make promises to your customers that you cannot fulfill it is absolutely your responsibility to advise them of any changes! I will never be going back here again and would never recommend this place. read more

I received a gently used iphone with a broken touch screen and was referred to My ifix for a speedy, reasonably priced repair. They were able to diagnose the problem immediately and quoted me a price and repair time right on the spot. My phone was done within a few hours and for upgrading to the higher quality screen they threw in a screen protector. I also had a laptop with issues and they recommended a place to go for that repair as well! These guys are the best! I thought my 6s was a fancy paperweight after a bad red wine party incident. The charger port & headphone jack were victims of a sneaky spill and I didn't figure it out until the next day. The Genius bar advice was to buy a new phone -- but I still owe $$ on this one & since it's out of warranty by a month, I had no other option.
