My favorite Thai place. Food is incredible and portions are large. Love the khao soi gai, crab fried rice, and sour chicken nest. Service is quick, and the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with flowers and art. A favorite place of mine to bring guests

Grabbed dinner with friends while in the area, after wanting to give this spot a try for quite some time. Unfortunately, I was not overly impressed with the service nor the food. While the interior was breathtaking, I found the overall experience to be lacking. There are far better thai restaurants in the area with friendlier service and dishes with more flavor at a better price.

Under the new management and renovation, this place is surprisingly a good competitor for fave thai place in the area! They have large portion sizes, even for the appetizers, and we got all this food for under $100. And a plus, super aesthetic inside, lots of florals and figurines! Service was great, our server was always checking on us to make sure we were okay! My favorite was the duck ka-pow, tender and crispy, and the pineapple fried rice to pair! Pad thai was surprisingly too sweet for me, but my dad really enjoyed it and liked that it wasn't too oily and saucy.

We went the night before valentine's day and the place was already decorated for it. Service was kind, attentive and quick. We loved everything that we ate. It is the best version of everything that you have tried. The prices are a little higher but worth it. The portions are good and we cannot wait to go back again.

Great food. Great decor. I've only been here twice, but each time I went it was a hit with my friends. The first time I went, I ordered the quack quack noodles and melon-flavored drink. I absolutely loved the quack quack noodles and would've ordered it again when I returned, but I wanted to try other items on their menu. The melon drink was decent. My friends ordered a bunch of food on the menu, and everyone enjoyed their food and drinks! The second time I went, I got the massaman curry with beef and calamari. While the curry was too sweet for my taste, it was still very palatable. The calamari pieces were quite large. I prefer them to be more chopped up, but they were still good. One of my friends got the shumai (I can't remember what it was called in the menu), and it was easily my favorite appetizer. One piece was more than enough because of how meaty it was. Honestly, one order of shumai was basically a meal. My other friend ordered the fish cake or other for an appetizer which was also tasty. They both also got curry, but I can't remember what they got. They both thoroughly enjoyed their food and experience for their first time here. This is such a cute place to bring your friends, family, and date to and have a delicious meal together.

My wife treated me to Father's Day lunch at my favorite local Thai restaurant. Appetizer Duck Rolls, awesome. Main course chicken and shrimp fried rice with Red Curry chicken. Awesome. Dessert stick rice with mango and ice cream (mango bit unripe) Enjoyable as usual. Great service.

I'm not sure what's going on but the past 2-3 months things have changed. They have forgotten my egg roll , forgot mu Thai tea multiple times, I'll say spices on the side and it's not. Food seems like it's cooked differently. I live in Ashburn so I'm frequent to that one as well and food the same perfect. But the Reston location not the same. Today I ordered the lunch fried rice got back to my desk and it was plain noodles with chicken and dry Peppers all over it. I have no idea what It was and it looked flavorless. I had to wait about 10 mins for my food but it's freezing I didn't want to walk back over there for the correct food and not one person apologized. The girls that use to be there would of gave me a Thai tea for free or at least apologized. I eat her at least 3 times a week so I think I need to find a new spot.

Have heard great things about this Thai spot from my family so I had to see for myself. I absolutely love grilled squid and this place did it right - great char, with a nice bouncy texture and an amazing sauce. The other items we got were solid. They didn't blow us away but were still good and at a very affordable price. They have a very aesthetic interior and drinks. Service was also very good as well. There were tons of other dishes I wanted to try so I will definitely be back. One of the better Thai spots in the area. I was in the area visiting a friend and we wanted Thai food. The place is decorated beautifully! Servers are super nice. We showed up with it a reservation on a Saturday night and quickly seated. Not pictured is the shrimp cake which was delicious and the mango soda. The sodas was delicious sweet and refreshing! Food was great! Flavorful and good portioned.

From the moment you walk into this place you will be stunned by how beautiful it is! This is a perfect instagram worthy spot but also has equally beautiful and delicious food/drink as well. Great for large groups, date night, or family dinner. Seats are very comfortable. Service is quick and so friendly! They put the order in as you order so service is fast as well! The food is soo delicious and fresh. My favorite apps were the dumplings, spring rolls, and crying tiger (you must try the sauce because it's the star of the show). My favorite entrees were the whole fish - fileted and easy to serve, it's so good, crab or pineapple fried rice (best fried rice i've ever had), and the pad thai. All of their dishes are beautifully presented and take so fresh. Finally their drinks...where do I begin?! I love that they have a large selection of non alcoholic drinks - my favorites are the mango smoothie and strawberry lychee soda! You can't go wrong with any of them though, and they're beautifully presented!

Chicken Satay
Preeti S.

Insta worthy ambiance! The food is really nice. And the drinks are over the top. Hands down the best in the area. I have been here few times and have been wowed by every drink, food and dessert order. This is my new favorite Thai restaurant .. would still be loyal to the old ones but this one will top the list for sometime. For this visit I had the chicken Satay, healthy rolls and the sticky mango dessert.

We were here for an early dinner on Saturday. Once we were greeted, we were told to pick where we wanted to sit. As other Yelpers mentioned, the dining area is small. We sat at a two-top next to another couple, who were clearly regular customers. After we looked at the menu and decided what we wanted, our server arrived promptly. For a starter, we both ordered "vegetable and tofu soup," which consists of "mixed vegetables and tofu in light broth topped with fried garlic and scallions." Sadly, it arrived at the table with no "fried garlic", but still had good flavor. We liked the variety of veggies: baby corn, broccoli, cabbage, snow peas, and carrots. We both thought that the broth could have been a bit more flavorful. To drink, I ordered a Thai iced tea, which was well made. My husband had a light beer. For my main course, I got "lava chicken". I asked if this dish had white meat, and our server said "yes". It consists of "lightly battered chicken stir-fry with sweet chili sauce, topped with scallions and carrots." I had never seen this dish on any Thai restaurant menu before. I would order it again; the sweet chili sauce had a little kick, which I didn't mind. The portion was huge! I took the leftovers home, and we ate them for dinner last night. The dish was still as flavorful as if we had just ordered it. My husband got the "cashew" entree and added shrimp for his protein. Besides the shrimp, the dish consists of "stir-fried cashews, scallions, onions, and carrots in sweet chili paste sauce." Both dishes were served with white rice. Thinking about the food we had, I told my husband it was made with love. His dish was very attractive-looking. In fact, the couple sitting next to us asked my husband about his dish and if he liked it. The server offered us a portion of ice cream; it had a great flavor. Every staff member we interacted with was very polite and friendly. One of them, an older man, insisted on boxing up my leftovers. I wouldn't have minded doing it myself. It was a nice gesture. When we left, the staff wished us a good evening, and we returned the greeting. We let them know that we will be back. Some things to know: they have quite a few tables outside. The restaurant is hard to see because it is set back from the main parking lot. If you see Qdoba, Thaitastic is a short walk around the corner. There is parking in the rear, too.

Service was slow due to this but not unfriendly or anything. Menu was varied and everything looked good. I ordered the Crybaby noodles that apparently was from a Netflix show? BF ordered Pat's Pad Thai and it looked great. We also got an appetizer sampler that had the best papaya salad I've ever tried. My noodles were super tasty but I would've swapped out the celery with...almost anything else--bak choy, scallions, cilantro, etc. Presentation was awesome and taste of everything was wonderful. I looked at everyone else's dishes and they seemed amazing. Prices were medium to high but portions were reasonable. Would come back if I ever visited One Loudon again!

The positive is that the food was fantastic. I ordered the Lamb Massaman, and my wife got a yellow curry seafood dish. Both were delicious and more than enough food for each of us, but it was so good we managed to finish it all. We're foodies, and honestly, we'd probably order takeout from here in a heartbeat. For takeout alone, this would be an easy 5-star review, no question. Now, onto the bad. I've been to countless restaurants, both great and terrible, and this was the first time I genuinely felt like walking out. My wife felt bad, but I actually set a three-minute timer, and the server barely beat it. And by that, I mean bringing our drinks (our very first order) after a 45-minute wait. When we first sat down, the server came by within three minutes to take our order, but I asked for a few more minutes. Ten minutes later, we put in the drink order. My wife and I couldn't agree on appetizers, so we asked for a little more time before ordering the entrées. Fast-forward 45 minutes, and we were still sitting there waiting on our drinks, while the table next to us arrived, got their drinks, and even received food all within 30 minutes. It felt like our server was far more focused on bussing and resetting tables to turn covers than actually taking care of the guests already seated. I told my wife we should just get up and go somewhere else; after all, date nights are rare for us, and we deserved a better experience. To make matters worse, when the drinks finally arrived, they were just okay; they tasted watered down and didn't impress me at all. Unless I see consistently great reviews down the line, I'm never setting foot in here again. The atmosphere didn't help, either. It was loud, with the background music turned down so low that you could clearly hear everyone around you shouting and laughing. The place would definitely benefit from turning the music up a bit to drown out the noise. Maybe my expectations were high, but at $28 to $30 per entrée and $16+ per drink, our bill came out to $110 before tip for two plates and two drinks. For that price, it was hands down the worst dining experience I've had anywhere.

We normally call our order in, but decided to try the online ordering system since we were out and it was noisy. Once we got to the website, we saw some coupons had popped up but it wouldn't allow us to apply to the order. We thought the coupons might've been a mistake, but we decided to bring it in to the store to show them and ask if they were valid. And if not, we were prepared to order regardless and just wanted to make sure the restaurant knew these were showing up on their website. The man behind the counter met him with such an incredibly bad attitude and was angry at my husband for even showing it to him. He basically accused my husband of forging these coupons or finding them somewhere else- when they are posted right on their website. His attitude was so incredibly off putting that we decided to get lunch elsewhere today. Maybe he was having a bad day, who knows. But all my husband did was go in to ask the question and tried to make the restaurant aware that it was on their own website. Unsure if we will be back here, there are so many Thai food options around.
