As we stated we would be willing to refund the "in-office plan", but you had already received treatment and received a 20% discount on the treatment, and received an additional $250 off of your treatment that was completed in May. The office was surprised to hear from you last week requesting a refund on the "in-office" plan because you opted to go to another dental provider. Again, we appreciate you reaching out to us. If we can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the office. Um ok....Question 1 - Text is the best way to reach me, but not for something that needs to be discussed - then it is just a waste of time which was the point I was making. Question 2 - I received 1 treatment - a cleaning and xrays. The 20% and additional $250 were a "special" you guys told me when you called that MyDental and Dr. Schmelter were offering. Remember there were only a few spots available? Then you had to change my appt b/c the Dr. was out the day of my appt. Question 3 - I had no choice to go to another provider b/c YOU FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY & closed the office abruptly. I would contact the office but again - YOU FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY & the office is closed and has been since October 1, 2024 when you filed for bankruptcy. Discriminated against because my daughter is disabled and in a wheelchair. I setup the appointment, gave them the Insurance cards, showed up for the appointment. Todd M. Bonesteel, D.M.D. - Came out and told me that the rooms were too small for the wheelchair. Then he referred me to AT Still Dental College. I let him know it was a 6 month waitlist to get in and my daughter seemed to be in pain. He then told me the the College would be my best bet... I left and will never return. Actually lodging complaints with the State and the Insurance companies. This dental practice is the bomb!!! I was having discomfort in my tooth and needed to find a dentist ASAP. I called numerous places and could not get appointments for weeks out. I moved here from Colorado and was looking for a new dentist. I was told they don't do standard cleaning and that it would cost me $300 plus insurance to get my teeth cleaned as a new patient. Why is it only when you change dentist do they tell you your hygienist hasn't done a good job to prevent deep cleaning. Dr Tenney went far past what I normally get . I had a broken tooth and at the same time a abscess tooth. They got me in right away and he took care of both problems. My wife and i started at my dental about 4 years ago. Up until this year we were very satisfied with them. Now they have a new hygenist and she must be there to sell because she told my wife she needed 800.00 dollars worth of work done and told me that i needed 91.00 worth of work. We have never had that problem before and we always had our teeth cleaned there. My wife went to another dentist two weeks later for a cleaning and checkup, they told her that everything looked good and just come back in 6 months for another cleaning. I'm sorry to do this, but I very carefully went to my old dentist to see if I had a problem...or if it was the dental hygienist at Dr. Fulcher's office with the problem. In April, of 2024, I went for my free x-rays and dental cleaning. All was fine until the hygienist started measuring my gums. It was like someone was sticking a needle in each and every gum...plus my mouth began bleeding. She told me it was because I had lots of "pockets" and gum disease. I asked for a different hygienist and they didn't have another one. I asked to see the dentist, and he came in and without even looking in my mouth stuck up for his hygienist. After 75% of my gums were tested (and again bleeding), I walked out of the office. I saw my old dentist yesterday (May, 2024). My gums were tested again -- no pain whatsoever. No pockets. No bleeding. My teeth are in excellent shape. This dental hygienist needs retraining before working on any patients. I will never return, but I do recommend Dr. Fowler in Scottsdale. They are wonderful...more expensive but I've decided they are worth every penny! read more

My dental dentistry and implants is AAA five star dental office I've ever been in. I have been going through the process of getting snap-in dentures on top and bottom and they are coming out beautiful. I am a cancer survivor oral cancer and the doctors at other dental offices wouldn't touch me due to the amount of radiation but my dental dentistry and implants took that chance for me and I appreciate them very very much. What a great experience! Everyone was very nice and they treat you like family wanting to know all about you! I had a problem with a tooth, they got me in within 48 hours but asked first if I was in pain!
