The bun was soft and I love the variety of customizations (many free!) you can make. If you don't get all the special toppings, it's reasonably priced too @$10 for the burger and fries. I got the California burger which was a mistake because nothing on it had any flavor at all, including the burger patties. They were also very dry. Fries weren't hot - they were barely warm, and considering that we came at lunch time on a weekday that was pretty unacceptable. My friend got the bacon cheeseburger which was a much better choice because the cheese and bacon counteracted the extreme dryness of the burger.
