The longer I looked around, the more cool things I noticed like an air hockey table and figurines throughout. Also, the middle of the condiment holder was a fake (but very real looking) chicken nugget which was unique. They have two big screen TVs and they were showing a football game. We had the RI Food Fights Wiener coupons and this is the first place that had a menu specific to this event. My friend ordered the backyard hot dog and I ordered the Chicago dog with a side of fries. Our order came out after about 10 minutes. The hot dogs were grilled to perfection, pretty thick, long, and juicy. I couldn't tell if they were all beef though. Both the buns were toasted, but the Chicago one came on a bun with poppy seeds. All the toppings were fresh and had just the right amount of each. The fries were simple but very good - crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Our server was very kind and attentive. This is definitely a hidden treasure. One other plus is that they have a large parking lot.

Lots of retro decor (think Slimer from Ghostbusters, Hulk Hogan pillow buddies, etc). The walls are lined with arcade games... bring your quarters! Whole variety of seating, from tables and chairs to circular booths, and the like. The perfect space to settle in for a bit, especially on a rainy weekend evening. We were greeted immediately and provided with a number of menus... and what a menu! Lots of comfort food options ranging from apps to entrees, and a number of sandwiches and burgers. I was vacillating between the hot dogs and a couple of the chicken sandwich's and ultimately selected the Cool Ranch Ray with grilled chicken, cheddar, bacon, and Ranch dressing. It was delicious! Unfortunately, the fries left something to be desired as they were fairly dried out and a bit tough to get down. Perhaps a bit less time in the fryer could have fixed that. Dessert was a nice cap to the meal with Nutella empanadas. Yum! PB & Jealous drink... divine. Our waiter Chris was moving and grooving... never seeming to stop for a second and always finding time to check in with us. Pretty certain he was behind the bar AND waiting tables and kept up with it all. Bravo! Fun evening, great food. Will definitely be back.

The more formal dining area is in a separate space. The place has a conservative old fashioned vibe with dark paneling, well spaced seating with comfortable chairs (a plus indeed!) and although full allowed for easy conversation (another plus). Our server, Jodie, was cheerful, attentive and efficient. The piano player starts later which on this occasion suited us fine. We ordered drinks to start with: a Hakuna Mojito (in recognition of the Lion King where we were headed to next) for my wife and a glass of Pinot Noir from Elkton Oregon - all which suited both of us. We also had a large bottle of Pellegrino to wash it all down. A delicious Burrata, bacon wrapped scallops, well done crispy fries done just right, and a dish of Rabe and White Beans. The last is something that I would not have ordered but we decided to try it - I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by it. A dish worth having. I had to end up with a decent espresso. The check came to $122, paying with a credit card for the two of us, a little more than I expected but well worth it. We left our server a tip of some 24%. The meal and food might be worth five stars. We will see how it goes for subsequent visits. The restaurant is now on our radar and we will be back and also recommend it to friends.

Loved the spacious room, the country decor and the overall vibe of the restaurant. We all ordered pumpkin beers with fireball or apple pie whiskey and we all got the cinnamon and sugar rim - Delicious! Moonshine Alley has an "Appy Hour menu, with several 1/2 price appetizers, and ordering 3 appetizers was more than enough food for our party of 3. We got the naan pizza, the quesadilla, and the nachos. All were good, but the standout was definitely the nachos! I love cornbread, so I also got an order of that and it was amazing - served hot with lots of melty butter on top. As we were leaving, a musician was setting up, and I'm sure that there was a really fun night planned at Moonshine Alley!

It has an area to eat, but it also has a pool area, which is usually where I go. I like that you can order food in the pool area and don't necessarily have to eat in one specific section of the place. It's a very casual spot, so you can go with family, friends, or even on a date. It's very fun and entertaining and gives you something to do. The parking is pretty convenient. They have parking on the side of the building, on the street, and on the opposite side of the street as well, which makes it easy to find a parking space. Service: The service has always been pretty great, and they're usually quick with the food, which I like. I'll definitely be coming back with friends and family!

There's plenty of seating, the lights are low and cozy, and the vibe is super chill. The music was really good and we pretty much sang the entire time we were there LOL. The guys behind the bar were great, super attentive and helpful without hovering. We all ordered burgers with fries, and honestly, they were exactly what we needed. Fresh, juicy, and perfectly done. We each got a beer too, and while the first round came out a little flat, the bartender immediately replaced them without hesitation and made sure our water glasses stayed full all night. For three people, the total came out to about $60, which was not bad at all for solid food, good service, and a laid-back spot to unwind after a long day. It had more of a grilled-style crust, which gave it a really nice flavor and texture. I would definitely recommend ordering it "all done" if you like your pizza with a little extra crispiness. The burger was good as well. I ordered it medium, and it actually came out cooked correctly, which I really appreciate. The fries were also really good--they were the shoestring-style fries, which are some of my favorites. Overall, everything was fresh, tasty, and prepared quickly. I didn't love the calamari rings so I had several & let him go to town on the dish. He very much enjoyed all the garlic & hot peppers, especially with it dousing the arugula underneath. He literally ate every bite! Hubby wanted a meat pizza so he selected the classic cheese with the pepperoni add-on. I opted for the prosciutto & arugula. Both were delicious! The crust was super thin & crispy, the toppings went all the way to the edge. If I was going to nitpick, it would only be to say that we love our pepperoni with a little char & some cupping action. Hubby opted for a Peroni & I went with the red sangria (no ice). Both were delightful! We had a rotating cast of servers & all of them were lovely. The bar was pretty empty when we got there around 5:15pm but when we left, every seat was taken. Very nice evening out!
