Mural Salon, I love it, and have been going there since 2018. Tonya is an expert color and cut stylist. I highly recommend.

Justice is absolutely the best. He left my hair not only looking amazing but also feeling extremely soft. Thank you J. Make sure you call for an appointment The only thing is they need to update their website, which hasn't been updated since 2021 I believe I saw. read more

I had a great experience with Erica; she listened to me and made suggestions accordingly. She was patient, we played around with a few scenarios and I am very, very happy with the ultimate result. She is also just a pleasure to work with. The salon dispensed with the overhead of a receptionist and passes the savings on to clients; I recommend Mural without reservations. read more

I was traveling on a 3 week trip. While in Reno I needed a root touch up. The salon was able to get me in on short notice. Justice did a great job! read more

Wonderful service. Justice was welcoming and very professional. My hair looks smells and feels better than it has in years!

Justice was awesome! I arrived right at time, he greeted me at the door. The salon is very nice and very clean. I only wanted a trim, a few layers and my side bangs cleaned up. My hair felt so much better after my appointment. He was so easy to talk to and relatable. read more

The salon was very nice. Erica did a great job listening to what I wanted. She also went out of her way to educate me on new styling techniques. read more

Yesterday was my first visit to Mural Salon and it was the best hair appointment I have had. They were able to get me in on short notice and the whole experience was so smooth and easy. Isabella was so great and made a long hair appointment go by quickly! She is not only friendly and makes you comfortable, but she explains what she is doing and why she is doing it, through the whole process. I appreciated that even though we were talking as she was working on my hair, she was still very focused and would often ask for my onion on things as she was working. My hair turned out great and I have definitely found my hairdresser from now on! read more

I love this salon! Every time I come in a leave feeling amazing. The actual salon is so pretty plus they serve wine which is always a plus :) love my hair every time I leave here. read more

Exceptional work and Service I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Isabella Parker and let me tell you I will not be going anywhere else. She was prompt, ready, and greeted me with a smile. She made me feel so beautiful and secure every step of the hair coloring process. Her work is outstanding and she has a wonderful personality to match! You won't regret giving her your business! read more

This salon itself is nice but my haircut is awful. My hair stylist was very nice, but Amanda made my hair SO choppy and it looks nothing like the picture I asked for. I didn't notice it too much in the salon and it wasn't until I was home when I could really see how bad my hair is. The first picture is what I asked for, the second picture is what I got. Very choppy and very very uneven. My husband comes home from a deployment very soon and I'm extremely upset that I made the wrong decision and didn't go with a different salon. read more

My first visit at Mural Salon was absolutely what I needed! I came in for a facial and Megan is an absolutely wonderful aesthetician. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She is very knowledgeable about the products she uses and makes sure that whatever she uses will be what's best for your skin and takes time to understand your skin needs. I left there with fresh, bright and a very happy face. read more

Not friendly.... Got totally ignored for 20 minutes standing at the front desk by the door. Two hairstylist checked out there clients and turned there backs to me as if I was a ghost. It was sort of embarrassing since people were in the lobby. I get that they were busy and probably booked out but still I didn't receive a simple "hello". Ugh. It also didn't help that I was the only person of color there that wasn't receiving any communication so.... I'll just stick to them not have good customer service for potential clients. They didn't want my business and I read that nice and clear. read more

I've been going to Tonya for YEARSS and I won't let anyone else touch my hair. If you are looking for a great salon to go to for all of your needs this is definitely the one! All of the ladies here are all genuine and sweet! I will forever be back read more

Cherie is the bomb regarding cuts and color! One happy customer. I'm always able to make a timely appt with her. When you first get together, she likes to be on the conservative on cut n color til she gets to really know her customer and their hair. In the past, I've had a number of stylists who just keep cutting and cutting. Thinking their style would look better than what their customers want. Cherie is the opposite. She really listens to her clients and what they want. read more

Shelly did an amazing job on my hair today! I've been hesitant to trust someone new with my hair after my friend, who has done it for over a decade, moved far away. I was referred to Mural by a friend, whose hair always looks incredible. Shelly did some lowlights and a 3-inch cut with long layers to break up my old summer ombre and add dimension while still leaving some of the lighter end effect. She worked with careful precision and was just genuinely lovely to chat with. While cost of hair services is usually not a concern for me considering quality is top priority, the prices here are very very reasonable. I will definitely be back again! read more

Mural Salon - Needed a quick cut to trim out unhealthy ends. I was not disappointed . Thanks Tanya!! - Hair Salons Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

I love my hair! Silvia gave me a great cut, a drastic change. She took 16 inches off and wow, I am getting nothing but compliments and it has only been one day. She was great about it, she took a little at a time to make sure that I didn't get shocked. I have very think curly hair, so I was worried. I brought in a picture and she matched it exactly, and then she gave me other options for the style. FANTASTIC, I would recommend this salon to anyone!!! Thank goodness there are still hair artists out there!! read more

Megan Griffin is an amazing esthetician! I got the eyelash boost, eyelash and eyebrow tint and also a Vitamin C peel and boy way it amazing! I have blonde hair so being able to see my eyelashes and eyebrows without makeup is weird at first but now I can't go back to blonde! The peel was great on my sensitive skin, there was zero irritation afterwards and my skin is glowing! And the brushed she used are sooooooo soft!!! After asking for her help finding a skin care brand she, she actually looked at my face and actually listened to the issues I was having and then, after research, introduced me to the amazing skin care brand that has changed my life! I have always had bad acne (cystic and hormonal), I even saw a dermatologist and tried thousands of different skin care brands with little to no results and instead of going on Acutain I tried the Sorella Apothecary and my skin has never looked better after only 3 weeks of using it! I was able to go out, without makeup! After years of hiding my face I have gained my confidence back! I can't thank her enough! SERIOUSLY GO SEE HER! SHE CHANGED MY LIFE! read more

Literally spent 2hrs+ making sure each curl is strategically placed constantly asking how I like it so far and if I need any water, coffee, wine etc and I was seriously shocked when I saw the price as it was way lower then I had expected, considering the princess treatment I had received. Most Stylists will say "It's a pair of shears, NOT a magic wand!" Lol. But in the hands of Cherie Meyer, those shears ARE A MAGIC WAND! I presented Cherie a unique challenge. Not only had I not cut my hair in a year and a half, I've had some significant hair loss on the crown of my head, mainly on the left side, from taking Xarelto. I showed Cherie a picture of what I wanted, soft subtle layers and almost all one length. Omg, she's AMAZING! I got all tingly when she washed my hair and scrubbed and massaged my scalp, I'm like BUTTAH!! And she really took her time listening to what I wanted, and then executed my hair cut beautifully. She took her time and made me look and feel beautiful! I really liked that she explained what she was doing and why. The whole salon is setup very nice, and they offer you a beverage when you walk in! My cut was $40 and worth EVERY penny! I made an appointment for December before I even left! I've always had a full head of thick, luxurious hair, so this hair loss is throwing me for a loop, but Cherie MADE IT WORK! I'm feelin' myself y'all! Cue the Beyonce!! For sure check out Mural Salon and Cherie Meyer or any of their well trained and friendly staff. Bonus...it's in the same shopping center as Pegs and Baked Bear! I'm glad I've finally found a new Stylist!! Support Local and Happy Yelping!! read more

Sheila was recommended to me and I was sooooo nervous. Why? Hadn't had a professional haircut in a LONG time. Long hair..you trim yourself? But time had caught up with me, and I needed a STYLE! She was so great and I LOVE my hair now. Gently layered and looks great without a blow dry. Wash and wear layered bob. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Salon is clean and not cavernous, so you don't feel overwhelmed...and location one block back from Sparks Outlets works for me ...as I come a distance! It's worth it. read more

Amazing shop! Everyone there is so talented and does beautiful work! Highly recommend them for hair.

Really disappointing customer service. I arrived with my daughter to her appt right on time (according to my clock). The door was locked and the closed sign was already up. I tried calling, no answer. I sent multiple messages to find out what was going on (I had multiple confirmations via text). About an hour later I heard back from the person we had an appt with. She said there is a 5-10 minute late policy and so she left. I was there, waiting for half an hour. Not only did she blame me for the "miscommunication", the confirmations made no mention of the policy on being late. Incredible amount of attitude and very dismissive. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone - especially busy parents! I moved heaven and earth to get to this appointment on time (and did!) - and all she told me was "good luck." Obviously she is not concerned about getting new clients. Which is fine. If she can afford to close early, she doesn't need the work. Lesson learned! read more

Cherie was amazing. Same day appointment on a Saturday - lucky as the haircut is AMAZING and we will be back!

Salon seems nice, however don't let them book you with Laurie. She is completely clueless about all aspects of hair, coloring, cutting etc.

I love this salon! Very friendly people. The decor is modern and classy. Sylvia Garcia is my stylist and she does a superb job on my cut and color. I feel like a million bucks after my appointment. Also very reasonable price-wise. read more

Had my color done with Shelly yesterday and it was my first experience with Mural Salon. It was a great experience and I am very happy with the color! The salon is very clean, comfortable, and decorative, and I was welcomed by Sharyn, a wonderful receptionist! Tracy Caster does the best pedicures and gels! She is always on time, creative and i get asked almost everyday at work who does my nails. Im not into long, tacky, dated looking fake nails and she does the best gels that are always tastful. The women that run the salon also work there and they really excel in customer service. They always make sure i have something to drink and make every customer feel welcome. read more

Had a very pleasant experience. Cherie cut my hair. I was hesitant because I have had the same woman cut my hair for 15 years but I just moved here so I needed to find someone else.
