I cannot speak on the salon itself, only the lash artist Cristina Phillips…read more I've been going to Cristina IG is @fookyu_cristina since November. I always keep my appointments or try and reschedule if I have a sick kid or husband. I always pay without issue and always always tip. On 6/6 I had an appointment after work, like normal. My lash fills take normally 2-3 hours. Partially because I have a bladder disease and do take breaks to void my bladder. I let her know this day 1 because I don't want to make her late for other appointments or her family, etc. she never said it was a problem. Anyways after almost 3 hours of a fill, where my lashes were messed up from the prior fill 2 weeks earlier, I was shocked when I saw my lashes were NOT ok. Sparse and clumpy. She said she was sorry but I had so many baby lashes I couldn't have my full lashes. Paid $70 and tipped $20 cash. I drove home, which is 60 miles away. When I got home I saw just how bad they were. I messaged her and said hey it's not your fault but I can't do these I don't like them. She said sorry but then agreed to see me Monday, not Tuesday, and I said great. 30 min maybe we can get them fixed a bit. I showed up at 5:05pm on Monday 6/9. She wasn't there. The woman at the salon was doing hair and told me Cristina would be right back. 20 min later I messaged Cristina she didn't reply. She didn't even read the message. 20 minutes after that, I said I have to go. Salon worker apologized and said she didn't hear from Cristina at all either. I messaged Cristina and then decided to move on and try and find a new artist to fix and repair my eyes even if I had to be without extensions for awhile. After ONE ENTIRE WEEK, I got that weird message from Cristina. I had already moved on and found a girl who agreed to try and repair me. My eyes were bruised and in pain from the glue and clumps stuck on my lids. When I asked for a refund she blocked me from on FB and IG. If she didn't like me after 7 months she could've been honest. If she didn't like my queer family she could've been honest. I feel she purposely messed up my lashes and caused me pain and drama. Beware. I have many photos and my new last tech told me that Cristina glued the lashes to my LID. I am not perfect I pee a lot and I snore when I fall asleep, but I tolerated her vaping in my face when I was laying down and the 2-3 hour fills. Im sorry she hates me so much and I would like my money back.

We came in to have my daughter's hair done by Jaycie, and she did an amazing job with her color. My daughter was so excited and absolutely loved the results. I trusted Jaycie with my daughter's hair because she's been doing mine for quite some time. She's taken me from blonde to several other colors over the years, and she's always kept my hair healthy without causing damage. I'm so grateful for Jaycie's talent, attention to detail, and hard work. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend both the salon and Jaycie to anyone looking for quality service and gorgeous results!

I'm currently growing my hair long, I asked Kelli about what I could do with it. She suggested a perm. I was very hesitant as my last perm was in high school many eons ago. My hair was fried and I looked like bozo the clown for at least 6 months. Janet did such a wonderful job that my sister-in-law said I should have done it years ago. It looked so natural that I was asked by several friends if I had been straightening it all these years.

My mom needed a trim and a new hair dresser. She had the same one for many years at another salon, but each time I tried to call, I couldn't get ahold of them. The last time we went to her was 2021. And I believe she was getting ready to move out of state. So, it was time to find someone new. I dreaded the process because it takes so long to trust someone who will do the hair the way we like. Thankfully, I started searching in 2019. A few names came to mind, but I knew this is where I wanted to go! So I made an appointment with Morgan, for my mom. Morgan was amazing! My mom has moderate dementia and I wasn't sure how it would go. I had no reason to worry, Morgan was gentle and listened to my mom. Family commented on how good mom looked for Mother's Day.
