I called to confirm, and a staff member assured me they accepted Giftly, so we went ahead and purchased the cards. In the third week of June, my in-laws tried to use the gift cards, but were told they weren't valid. It felt like a complete scam. I called again, and the response was indifferent they didn't seem concerned at all. I was frustrated, but tried to stay polite. How can a legitimate business allow this kind of confusion? If they don't accept Giftly, they should make that clear or take steps to remove or clarify the listing. And if someone else is misusing their business info, they should at least be aware of it. What's even more frustrating is that someone told me on the phone they did accept Giftly was that misinformation, or a misunderstanding? This situation caused unnecessary stress, and luckily we got the reimbursement for the credit card directly with Giftly. I hope Chi Nails takes better care to manage how their business is represented online and ensures their staff is better informed.

Alternate seating. Movable plexiglass which made sense as they would be easier to clean too. The nail technicians are very good here and I am always pleased with the results. After trying a couple of other places where they were less than stellar, I guess I should make an effort to travel back to New West to have my pedicure. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 PM for a 60-minute service, but I was not brought into the room until around 1:25 PM. By 2:27 PM, I was already back in my car, so it did not feel like I received the full service I paid for. I was also unhappy with how my hair was left afterward. It was still half dry and not presentable to walk out with, so I ended up leaving with my hair tied in a bun instead of properly finished. Unfortunately, this experience also ruined part of my Mother's Day celebration, which made it even more upsetting. Sadly, I will not be returning. Update: After I originally posted feedback about my experience, the business first offered a partial refund, then agreed to a full refund. However, they later stated the refund would only be processed if I removed my Google review. As of now, no refund has been issued. I no longer feel comfortable with how the situation was handled.
