Came here after Dr. Massen was listed on my insurance. The place itself is a bit difficult to find…read morebecause it's inside of a larger building with lots of other doctor offices, it's the first door the left and the second window down next to a dentist office. The receptionist was super nice, I was able to get an appointment that very day and once I came in everyone was so nice. They quickly got me inside and the nurse was very nice and attentive to all my symptoms. The doctor is quite the funny guy he cracks jokes as soon as he walks in, which is awesome but also I feel like it stops him from listening to me and taking me seriously but at the same time was funny enough to make me feel comfortable. He sent me away with some antibiotics and some lab work. I didn't get my lab results back until about a week later (even tho I remember him saying I would get them 2 days later) and when I called nobody got back to me I had to call again and speak to the receptionist directly. Overall I would recommend this office the receptionist/nurse is great the doctors pretty good. No real complaints but also nothing crazy.
