Unfortunately, I met Dr. Wynn after being diagnosed with breast cancer at the ripe age of 33. First stop on my cancer journey, the first place I went to, was Dr. Wynn. I was so anxious to meet him, I had so many questions, so many unknowns. 30 seconds into meeting Dr. Wynn, I was out at ease. A plan was put in place, I knew what was ahead, I felt secure/supported/understood. Almost 6 months later, 3 surgeries by Dr. Wynn and I and cancer free. And if I'm completely honest, their nurse, who is a patient of Dr. Wynn's herself, met with me one on one prior to one of my appointments, she had breast cancer herself. For some reason I connected with her and she helped me more than anyone else has on this ride. What she shared with me I can't share, you can't pay for that sort of support. I asked his opinion of what might be best for my face and he suggested a brow lift and a facelift which included my neck. The thought of the brow lift initially scared me so I was reticent and thought perhaps I shouldn't do it. What I loved was that Dr. Lavey did not push me into the brow lift it at all. After another consult I decided to proceed with the brow lift in addition to my facelift and I'm so glad I did. What a huge difference. I was given a prescription for a strong pain medication to use after the procedure if I wanted, but I never needed anything other than over the counter Tylenol. All that worrying was for not because there was no pain with my procedures! It's more of a weird feeling because things are tight and numb. Incredible! Despite my reacted requests to correct the paperwork, the staff and the doctor were entirely dismissive and refused to rectify the issue. This lack fo communication and refusal to follow protocol has severely disrupted my post-operation recovery. I felt he is rushed and unsupported during my recovery process.

I had biopsy results December 8th, had surgery on December 13th, referred to one of the top radiation oncologists in the Bay Area and started radiation treatment on the 19th and finished everything on the 30th. Maybe they are fine for post surgical pt…read morefor a few sessions for younger people, but absolutely do no go there if you are older, especially on Medicare. My mother used to go there twice a week and their work on her pain literally kept her alive. But last December, they announced that their OOP was increasing for 2026 from $9,000 a year to $22,000 a year starting January 2026. I was there when my mother was told of the major price increase. She knew she didn't have over $20,000 a year for pt. She got scared and upset, started crying and asked me to take her home. Because she was upset, they kicked her out. The Hayward clinic has treated both patients and emoloyees like that in the past. My husband is a lawyer and works with other injury lawyers. It appears this practice engages in Medicare fraud. My mother's pain got so bad this year, she just died. That tells us all that their practitioners are the best. They kept her alive. They filed a few claims with Medicare- listing services my mother never received - but within 6 weeks, it would have cost $220 for 25 minutes. Medicare is aware, but so far hasn't done anything about it. We do not know if Pacific has the same scheme with other insurance companies. Again, their practitioners are the best. But you pay a lot for ongoing chronic problems. We will always believe my mother would still be alive if she had the $22,000 annually. Lawyers are looking into their 2027 pricing, but no one will tell them or even take phone calls. So a few post surgical sessions -- go for it. Practitioners are good. Anyone with chronic problems stay far far away.

He schedules like 5-6 surgeries in one day like he's rushing to get as many patients in/out as fast as possible. so now my dad is seeing another doctor and said that he's seen several of Molina's patients come to him for help. Find another doctor/office and avoid him at all costs!! just look at the other reviews on here he's a terrible surgeon!! i wish i could give ZERO stars!!!

When she sat down with my husband and me to go over the recommended treatment, she jotted down the key points on a piece of paper. Looking back I realize how important that was. I never would have been able to recall the treatment plan (much less spell all those medical terms) without her assistance. Her presentation was calm and confident. It was her confidence and soft spoken demeanor that put me at ease. At the end of our first meeting, she shared a meditation app that she uses. I decided to download and use the app and I'm so glad that I did. On top of helping me find much needed calm during my treatment, a happy coincidence was that she used the app to play music during surgery. Hearing the familiar music made me smile and gave me an extra boost of calm going into surgery. Dr. Le-Tran is an excellent surgeon. My trust in her was well-placed. I look at my breast today in awe and wonder--that diseased tissue was removed so cleanly and what a relief to know the boundaries were clear. I was impressed with Dr. Le-Tran's work on my breast but I was asleep when it happened. I was awake when she removed my port and--wow!--what a relief. I didn't feel anything after the numbing medication. In fact, I didn't even know it was out until she asked if I wanted to see it. She distracted me with friendly chatter about Thanksgiving. For the care she provided I will forever be grateful!

I was so scared of getting hemorrhoid surgery since I read so many horror stories about it, but the pain was so bad, I started to research a more painless solution to the old school way of just cutting them out. I found a technique called HAL-RAR, and Dr. Achanta was the only surgeon in the area that performed it. However, after meeting with Dr. Achanta, we decided to do the Staple Hemorrhoid surgery. He knew I had a very low tolerance for pain, and took care of my anxiety both pre and post op. The healing time was painless! It was actually less painful that my daily hemorrhoid flare ups. It's been 3 weeks since my surgery and up doing everything I was before, and have had no flare ups! Highly recommend Dr. Achanta!
