Dr. Shih went on about how he struggles to save money and that he's also poor, taking care of his two children. He stated that if my parents don't want prescriptions (which they clearly receive from specialized doctor's they have been seeing for MANY years) that they should find another doctor. When my parents asked the nurse whether they should make another appointment, Dr. Shih appeared and said he'll no longer see my parents. Long story short, the Dr was completely insensitive to my struggles with anxiety/depression. On the way out, I asked to pay, and I was told that I would be billed "later." Some time later, I received a "final notice" for a bill for $30. When I called in to ask what the hell was going on, the front office told me that they had made the decision to "terminate me as a client" for non-payment.
