I have had a very complicated health history but she has always been patient and extremely helpful to make sure I get all my medical needs resolved. I would highly recommend her to anyone . She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and again thorough. I am so fortunate to have had her as my Dr. I actually wrote this review several months ago before I knew Dr Shetty was closing her practice. I just I had forgotten to push the post review button. I am very sad to no longer have Dr Shetty as my Dr. I would have kept her as my Dr as long as possible. I am so thankful to have had her the many years I did and wish her the very best in the years ahead. Thank you Dr Shetty for all your kind and excellent medical help. Very Sincerely, Dorothy

I once utilized a Executive medical program and simply stated upon completing the program there was nothing that I learned that was new because Dr. Shetty had already provided all of the information previously. She has always taken the time to explain my blood work and never hesitated to order the proper tests to ensure whatever ailment I may have had was identified and treated properly. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Shetty as my primary care physician. Brandon

Cons - I made an appointment to have prescriptions refills. Dr Chen said it was mandatory to have…read morean appointment as it had been over a year since my last visit with her (not a problem). When I scheduled my appointment, I explicitly asked for a medication assessment, as suggested by my therapist due to escalating anxiety and depression symptoms. At no point prior to my appointment was I informed that they do not provide that service and the Dr seemed confused about it when I went for my appointment. Long story short, the Dr was completely insensitive to my struggles with anxiety/depression. She suggested I try drawing or hiking because hiking makes her happy, she also said that therapy should be working. Pros - I like that they are able to communicate via text, it's really convenient. Wait time was minimal when I went for my last appointment. Dr suggested a magnesium supplement Calm to help with anxiety. I purchased it and will give it a try. She suggested a referral to a psychiatrist, which would have been helpful know prior to that appointment. I'm sure she's great with some clients, the experience was just horrific for me personally so I will be seeking a new doctor.

I initially had significant reservations about choosing this primary care provider, specifically…read morebecause I had seen their low ratings on both Google and Yelp. Switching doctors is stressful, and those poor reviews made me seriously reconsider. However, after several appointments, both in-office and via telehealth, I am incredibly impressed and genuinely relieved that I chose this practice. My experience has been entirely positive and completely contrary to the ratings I saw online. The entire team is great, but the Nurse Practitioners (NPs) specifically have been exceptional and supportive. They have been instrumental in managing my health, especially throughout my disability, providing comprehensive care and guidance that has truly helped me. I especially appreciate the NPs' dedication to detail; they consistently ensure that all my blood work is up to date and that my overall medical records are current and complete. This level of proactive care has been outstanding. If you are looking for a practice with fantastic providers who combine modern convenience (telehealth) with comprehensive, thorough patient support, I highly recommend this office. The NPs have truly made a positive difference in my life and health journey, and I encourage others to look past the low ratings

NP Joanne Fascio gets a pass bc she was very helpful…read more However - if I could rate this place ZERO stars, I would. The prescription process here was a nightmare. They had to send me to 3 different pharmacies, because all businesses claimed to NOT receive the script or fax from this office. If it was just 1 or even 2, maybe its just an error.. I can understand that. But when it's 3 different pharmacies, obviously there's some clerical error or network issue. That should be a clear indication that something is wrong, and idk..maybe your team should follow up?? But no... instead, it was me that was calling back & forth, sending emails, requesting follow ups, talking to pharmacists... Why am I doing the job that the office workers should be doing?? Ultimately I decided to part ways because I deserve to receive better care and their blatant disregard to find a resolution was disrespectful. Don't waste your time here. They dropped the ball and never took accountability.
