The receptionist was super nice, I was able to get an appointment that very day and once I came in everyone was so nice. They quickly got me inside and the nurse was very nice and attentive to all my symptoms. The doctor is quite the funny guy he cracks jokes as soon as he walks in, which is awesome but also I feel like it stops him from listening to me and taking me seriously but at the same time was funny enough to make me feel comfortable. He sent me away with some antibiotics and some lab work. I didn't get my lab results back until about a week later (even tho I remember him saying I would get them 2 days later) and when I called nobody got back to me I had to call again and speak to the receptionist directly. Overall I would recommend this office the receptionist/nurse is great the doctors pretty good. No real complaints but also nothing crazy.

The doctor listed and ensured all tests were under preventive care. Later, once i received the billing, i realized that Mr Grande had listed the tests that did not have coverage. Moreover, it was not a preventive test. I wrote more than five emails to him requesting for a clarification as to why the tests were ordered during preventive checkups. It's now Aug 2024, more than 2 months have passed, and so far, the doctor has not replied, nor has he called me to provide clarification. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional, and this experience has been so disappointing. The billing is secondary, but a basic courtesy to reply to my msgs or to call me did not happen so far. The patient relationship officer told me that Mr. Grande is busy seeing his patients, but they forgot even I am his patient. i lost hope that he would ever reply to me. Neither his staff is friendly. Cons - I made an appointment to have prescriptions refills. Dr Chen said it was mandatory to have…read morean appointment as it had been over a year since my last visit with her (not a problem). When I scheduled my appointment, I explicitly asked for a medication assessment, as suggested by my therapist due to escalating anxiety and depression symptoms. At no point prior to my appointment was I informed that they do not provide that service and the Dr seemed confused about it when I went for my appointment. Long story short, the Dr was completely insensitive to my struggles with anxiety/depression. She suggested I try drawing or hiking because hiking makes her happy, she also said that therapy should be working. Pros - I like that they are able to communicate via text, it's really convenient. Wait time was minimal when I went for my last appointment. Dr suggested a magnesium supplement Calm to help with anxiety. I purchased it and will give it a try. She suggested a referral to a psychiatrist, which would have been helpful know prior to that appointment. I'm sure she's great with some clients, the experience was just horrific for me personally so I will be seeking a new doctor.
