Her doctor is the wonderful Julie Bokser, but Dr. Bokser is on maternity leave and the wonderful substitute Dr. White was unavailable, and so we got stuck with this woman. I will never allow her near my daughter again. She is Rough and Unkind and in general projects a strong Negativity. Just what a sick baby needs, right? Upon walking into the room where we sat, she - not kidding - shoved the ear thinga-ma-bob into my daughter's ear. Ouch. My daughter exhibited an unusual expression of distress. Dr. Maisel then stuck a tongue depressor in her mouth and left it there with her mouth wide open until my daughter began to cry (and she's such a good baby, not a complainer). At that point she began to Yell to be heard over my daughter's cries. It became a chaotic and upsetting environment quickly. I left feeling that my daughter was traumatized. DO go to Tam Pediatrics. DO NOT allow Dr. Maisel near your children. There are too many kind-hearted, sensitive and creative doctors at the practice. repeat: Dr. Maisel is a sad excuse for a pediatrician. Avoid at all costs. Unless you like your children to be man-handled, then by all means, she's your gal.

I called (not knowing Dr. Brock had left) for a copy of a referral to a GI Dr. Brock gave at our last appointment so I could follow up with the GI. I was denied a copy of the referral, and when I asked if that meant that they were refusing to provide me with my daughter's medical records, the answer was yes and that I had to contact Dr. Brock directly at her new office. I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism. I called Pleasant Hill, and I was informed that I am far from the only one to have experienced this treatment. I might understand some less than cordial treatment if I was informing them I was leaving, but all I wanted was my kid's medical records. That this facility has chosen to put the internal fighting as a priority above patients is disgusting. I don't know that we'll follow Dr. Brock, but we certainly won't be staying here. We will miss Desiree, who was always kind and friendly, but I have no trust whatsoever in this place.

Went with my gut feeling and set up an appointment with him. He made us feel very comfortable. We weren't rushed. He answered all our questions and prodded us to ask more. By the end of the visit, both baby and parents were super satisfied. It helps that they are part of a big organization. Can get all testing done in one place.

I saw Dr Wigginton's glowing reviews I thought they were too good to be true. With this being my first pregnancy (and in COVID times) I had so many questions. Dr Wigginton was patient and calm, and always took the time to address everything on my mind and provided me with all the information I needed. She is also extremely personable and remembered details from my previous appointments and followed up on them and truly made me feel cared for as a patient. Jill, a nurse on her staff, was always friendly and easy to contact and I was able to schedule all my appointments easily as her schedule opened up each month. When it came time to deliver my baby (due on Thanksgiving week), she assured me she would try her best to be there. Lucky for me, she was on call that day and because of that, I had every confidence that my baby and myself would be in the best hands. The delivery went extremely smoothly and even one of the nurses that came by mentioned how much everyone on the floor loves Dr Wigginton. One caveat, she is super popular and books up, so be prepared to wait especially if you book an afternoon appointment and she runs late, but I do think that is a minor inconvenience to the amazing OBGYN that she is and great care you will receive.

They put lots of effort into upkeep, knowing well that toys and books can take a beating with younger kids. East Bay Child Development Center has terrific speech therapists and therapists specialized in helping in all other types of child development, including but not limited to physical therapy, etc. We went through 2 different speech therapists and 1 or 2 therapy students which was a little harder for our son to grow accustomed to because it would take him awhile to warm up (which I've learned isn't unusual for any development therapy center), but each therapist tried their absolute best to ensure they were giving him the utmost care and attention.
