The lime leaf margarita is honestly one of my favorite margaritas I've ever had. For appetizers, we got the furikake potatoes, cucumber salad, and crab cheese wontons. They were all really tasty, but my favorite was definitely the furikake potatoes. The furikake seasoning gives them the perfect amount of flavor and spice, and I absolutely love the lime leaf aioli that comes with them. The cucumber salad was probably my second favorite. It has so much flavor, and I could honestly eat it all day. The crab cheese wontons were my third favorite, and my favorite part of those was actually the dipping sauce. For our main courses, we got the Korean fried chicken, tom yum noodles, and Three Treasures. My favorite was the Three Treasures. It's a vegetarian dish with stir-fried potatoes, eggplant, red pepper, and garlic sauce, and it was just incredibly flavorful. I was really impressed with how much flavor they packed into a vegetarian dish. The tom yum noodles were a very close second. They had shrimp, king trumpet and brown and white beech mushrooms, tomatoes, tom yum sauce, and spaghetti. Once again, the dish was just an explosion of flavor and really unique. The Korean fried chicken was my third favorite, but that definitely doesn't mean it wasn't impressive. The sauce on the chicken was to die for. It's a spicy garlic gochujang sauce, and it was absolutely delicious with the perfect level of heat. And then there's the Hong Kong French toast, which is one of my favorite things at this restaurant. It has a crispy cornflake crust, kaya coconut jam, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. It is seriously out-of-this-world good. If you're looking for an excellent place to eat or somewhere you want to take someone to impress them, I'd definitely recommend The Ginger Pig.
