On this Friday, we arrived at 730am to a 1/3-filled restaurant. We waited about 30 mins for our food, as it was obvious someone in the kitchen arrived late or just didn't come to work. I have been a customer of George's for over twenty years. I have enjoyed many meals at the…read morerestaurant. Last night i decided to take my daughter there for her birthday. The service was very slow even though it was not crowded. I was surprised that the prices were listed as Market Price. So I am not sure how they decide what to charge per day. My daughter ordered prime rib. It was very dry and more fat than meat. My husband also ordered prime rib and his was the same way. I ordered Fries with my steak and they were so well done that it was like eating potato chips. I ask for new ones. My steak which I ordered Medium Well was more charcoal than not. The total meal was disappointing, then I got the bill. The prime Rib was $65 and the chopped steak was $32. My bill was $200 and I could have gotten better food at Outback. I am not sure what has happened, but it has become very obvious that the owner is using cheaper ingredients but continues to raise the price. I would encourage people to not waste your money. I hope they listen to their customers and make some changes! Price per person

The atmosphere reminded me of a NYC bustling bistro where the "cool kids" hang out. Our waiter was knowledgable of the menu when describing a few entrees I had a questions about. My salad did arrive with way too much dressing for my taste, and it was quickly exchanged for a new salad with the dressing on the side. Everything was delicious. A nice place for a date, group dinner or just a time for a nice meal out. I do have to say that the noise level got pretty high on the Friday evening we were there, it was a full house.
