I ordered their Parillada La Fiesta. It was HORRIBLE! The rice was dry as chalk, the meat totaled about 2 oz, including chorizo that looked (and tasted) like grill scrapings, a paper-thin wafer each of scorched beef and chicken and three small shrimp. If you're still reading this, it means that you know what you're doing and you're unafraid. So go ahead and put the mild salsa they give to the tourists aside and order the hotter salsa... it will come in a small bowl and it will be hot and flavorful. Partway through my meal another lady took over and gave equally good service. Everything was very clean, but they were new enough it would have been hard to be really dirty yet.
