We were excited to check out Firehouse when they opened in Puyallup, comparing food/treat prices and the location is much closer than any Mudbay. On our FIRST transaction we were told about the frequent buyer program for the brand of raw we had been feeding. We had been shopping at Mudbay for months and they had not mentioned it once. The team here at firehouse goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best deal they can get ya and are finding the products you are looking for. They inform you of the frequent buyer programs, share the apps like Astro and Petz to make sure you can track along with them and get your coupons before shopping. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. We have been recognized by staff since our first visit. Our dogs are always excited to go shopping here and have learned where they can stop to get a treat. We are so grateful for all of you, Keep up the great work guys!

I didn't realize just how great this store was until I had to run into a competitor store near our home. Wow, it was like night and day, the PetSmart Puyallup store on 31st street was far superior to the other big box competitor in all areas!! I also enrolled my puppy in the 6 week puppy training classes and our instructor has been very informative and helpful. My puppy had her first puppy trim with Ryleigh in the grooming salon and she did a great job! I also took advantage of the free puppy play date that they offer and it was a good experience for my puppy and the staff were great, and she even came home with a swag bag. Very impressed with this store and highly recommend it.

I'd recommend changing your google store hours. A hand written 'closed' on a "wet floor sign"…read moresaying your store is only open for grooming isn't sufficient. I'm looking for a wet floor, not your store to be completely closed at 8:48am, when Google says 7am open time. Do better Pet Smart. Don't worry, i'll take my $300 sale to Walmart across the street. Also, if you're going to kick me out, why don't you have the first employee i talked to do it, not 3 employees later after the first 2 so happily answered my question AND pointed me in the direction to find my product.
