2 years Update guys, He's finally 2 on 4/20 This little guy has been my best friend! A little energetic for my taste but he's truly healthy and strong. Biggest downside!!! Puppy land has the absolute trash costumer service! Don't believe anything they say about " paying you back". In all honesty, I love this dog but I wouldn't recommend it for the $$$$

UPDATE: RIP Mowgli After $10k+ of medical care, Mowgli passed away traumatically from a seizure that wouldn't respond to medication. We are devastated, and our 4yr old is still asking about him. DONT BUY FROM HERE! If I could give this store negative ratings, I would. I bought our $4,000 AKC Frenchton from Puppyland. He developed EPILEPSY with grand mal seizures which had resulted in numerous ER visits. They said they were investigating implying they would reimburse for his care and asked to all of his VET notes which took a long time and to gather. It's been over 6 months and despite my numerous calls and emails, they've suddenly stopped responding. His meds cost around $200 a month, assuming there's no big events requiring injections and such. While I love him very much, NEVER BUY AN ANIMAL FROM HERE. It has been SO hard to manage this!

I've never been a fan of puppy stores, I have always been an advocate for pet adoption. But three weeks ago we walking into Puppylannd just to take a peek and have our daughter interact with some puppies. The staff were very pleasant, professional and accommodating. The facility was very clean and the puppies were well groomed and all appeared to be in good shape and spirits. Long story short, our daughter found her match. Price range $$$$$$$ was way more than I would have ever imagined paying for a puppy, but at the end of the day we walked out happy & excited. Our vet examined our puppy and found him to be in great health. And best of all our pup made himself at home since day one. He's been doing great with potty training, no issues with leach walking and sleeps throughout the night in his kennel. And he has been wonderful with kids, and socializing with other puppies.

We had the best experience here today. It's hard to believe five star reviews because they are usually a bunch of mumbo jumbo written by people who know the employees. I don't know any of these people. I'm not even from this state, so all of my interactions and impressions are first times most of the time. I've been without a dog for years now. My partner was ready and I can't tell you the first thing about buying puppies . Ive always done rescues. I have a chihuahua and a cheweenie. We wanted those specific breeds. We saw a beautiful one on the website and took our chances. She loved us and we loved her immediately. Nathan, man you are an amazing associate. Super knowledgeable and patient. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Felt like I was buying a puppy from a close friend. Caris, thank you for making us feel like family and stepping in for Nathan when he had to step away for a moment. I wish I knew the manager's name. She was also super cool and sweet. We don't get this much attention and patience anywhere else. If anyone wants to argue with me about price, I'm ready. My coworker-who's is an feeder--wanted to charge me $7000 for a puppy and it wasn't going to come with anything. I'm paying less and left puppy land with food, pet insurance, a cage, treats, shampoo, activated micro chip (in my puppy), puppy pads, conditioner, etc. The list is endless. He even gave me some tips on military deals after all of the perks run out, which is not for awhile. Yes, you may run into financing issues and hiccups if you don't have funds or decent credit. This wasn't our issue. You have six months to pay of the principal before interest kicks in if you choose the puppy payment option. You will also be there about an hour for paperwork. We were there for awhile because we wanted to spend time with our puppy until we can pick her up. She was just transferred there. All around five starts for everyone.

Had a great experience at Puppyland. Everything was explained, had the puppy I wanted, and she's been a great pup. Very friendly, loves to play with her toys and people. Staff was very helpful. Went to the vet and everything checked out well. Brought the Bichon for the wife for an early Christmas gift because she was bugging me for a small, white fluffy dog ever since our Min Pin that died of lung cancer. That was around a year ago now.

I see many reviews here that are just ridiculous so I wanted to provide my experience. First off, you have to follow their rules to see the puppies which I appreciate. It helps keep the pups safe and safeguard from stealing. I went in randomly to look and see if they had a Pomeranian. They had the cutest little fox face Pomeranian so I brought my husband back to look. We sat and played with him for awhile. He seemed very vibrant, healthy, and definitely show quality. My husband had to have him so we took him home. Puppies are pure bread with breeder information provided. They come with a month of AKC pet insurance which pays for your first exam. They ask that you take your new pup to the vet after a couple days. He also came with everything you need to get him home and cared for for at least the first month. We took him to the vet and just as we thought he is very healthy. We have had him for over a month and I am actually shocked that he hasn't had any digestive issues as purebreds seem to have. Overall we couldn't be happier. I must mention that they are pricey BUT they do provide the opportunity to walk out with a dog as opposed to meeting a breeder and getting on a list and waiting for months. We liked that as we had been looking on rescue sites for years with no luck. You need to do your due diligence in making sure the dog seems healthy and fit for your life. Dogs don't magically come trained although we were told he was already partially trained and he was even though we were skeptical. They will require a lot of your love and attention to grow up to be an amazing companion.

Why is this business not disclosing their price?

Because they are like a puppy broker. They get dogs from outside breeders and sell them. The problem with this is you don’t get to see the conditions they were born into and what the parents look like. Those are two very important things to check… Read more

I had no intention of purchasing from her due to location, Meadow Run is in Washington, I live in Minnesota. I spoke with her over the phone and I could hear how passionate she is about all her dogs and puppies. I actually found it really affordable to take Alaska Air out and Delta back the same day to pick up my pup. Lisa has been a great mentor and is always available for questions. We really feel like a big family as she maintains a Meadow Run Family Facebook group so we can all chat with each other, ask questions, bounce ideas off of each other based on our experiences, and cheer each other on. I own Vinnie, who has shown in conformation and competed in Rally and will start In agility. Lisa is there for it all and keeps up with her puppies activities. This is all in addition to how she starts her puppies ENS, desensitizing activities, a lot of human activities (she shares a lot of live videos of puppy activities, play, cleaning, grooming etc!) You can't go wrong with joining the "Meadow Run Family", the support system is the best! I will definitely get another pup from Lisa in the next few years.

This review is a warning to anyone considering a purchase from this breeder. We purchased a puppy…read morefrom here about 10 months ago. When we came and met with the owner he seemed to know his dogs well and gave us a good pitch. A few months after receiving the dog we were told he had Nystagmus. Due to our ignorance of dogs we didn't see the signs when purchasing the dog simply because we didn't know what to look for. This is something the breeder should have known and in my opinion did know about. He sold us the dog anyway. The vet, specialist, and other people in the industry we have talked to have confirmed they would have saw the signs. He has been around dogs his entire life and I would expect the same. When I called to ask the breeder about it I was blown away to find out he didnt know which of his dogs even had our puppy. I realized that he was likely breeding litters from multiple dogs (which he has at the kennels) and selling people on that they came from one of the dogs there (who has a better bloodline). He was very rude on the phone, talked down to me, and did not take any consideration. Out of consideration for his business I waited a long time for him to follow up with me about the concerns. He did not follow up and didn't show us he cared about the situation at all. As a customer this is frustrating. We have a puppy that we are stuck with. We are now are stuck with the issues it has and the medical bills. I wanted to share our story so that someone else doesn't end up where we are today with our dog.
