Shelf with 4 health dogfood has been empty for almost a week,bags of senior horse feed had standing water between them,had to pick through the stack to get bags,where the paper hadnt dissolve from the moisture yet.don't worry so much about greeting people,worry about customer service within your store. read more

I like this store, but don't like the Company much. Puyallup has become a city, not a rural town anymore. SO, to have Deer Corn in stock there, and not out where I live - it takes me 20 minutes to get the the Shelton Store....AND they will not ship to me or to the Shelton store. I guess I'm supposed to drive 90 minutes, one way, on a good interstate traffic day, to get to the ONLY TSC store in Washington state that has deer corn in stock. Other's have rated this store with low marks for customer service. I have to agree, since I did that drive and then could not get help out to my vehicle with 6 bags of assorted deer corn and sweet cob. I'm a 57 year old, 5'3 petite female, left to haul this stuff out to my car and load with zero help.... I had a staff member, at the Shelton Store, recommend me a "dry cob" since there was no deer corn. The deer do not like it and now I'm stuck with a 50 pound bag of what looks like dried oats (very little if any corn) that only squirrel will eat... read more

When I took Nori, my cat, in for a microchip, at the vet in tractor supply, they asked me if she was pregnant. I told them she was indoor/outdoor and that I wasn't sure, but already have her spay scheduled. The tech told me the vet would check and let me know, before any booster shots were given. When it was our turn, they asked me to stay back, then took her out of her carrier and held her down on the table. They injected her, without talking to the vet. They looked at me and said we just need to chip her and she's done. I asked about her being pregnant and I was laughed at. The vet then said those shots are going to deform all of them. I asked her to explain and she said the shots the techs gave her will deform all of the kittens and she will more than likely abort them all. I told them that I told the tech who checked us in that I didn't want boosters if she was pregnant and the vet threw up her hands and said well nobody told me, then laughed and walked away. She never once looked at Nori. The tech who checked us in admitted to saying it and that she thought the vet would be able to tell, but never once apologized for anything. The vet said I need to take her to my vet and have an ultrasound, but I can't afford that on a fixed income. Being blind and physically disabled makes life hard enough as it is, I don't need anyone's help making it worse. Apparently this company doesn't care about people or our pets. When I called and spoke to customer service today, they told me there is nothing they can do for me. No refund, no ultrasound at their clinic in the next town, nothing. The supervisor, Annie L. told me there is nothing they will do and then told me there is nobody above her willing to speak to me. I have never been spoken down to as much as she did, during a single phone call. I'm frustrated, I'm upset and I feel so guilty for taking Nori to that vet in Tractor Supply. They are not professional, they are not considerate and they only care about taking your money. Please consider going somewhere else with your furbabies. They deserve better, especially from people who are supposed to care for their health, but don't. I'm leaving this public for anyone who wants to share it. If you have a question or where to find something, don't bother the employees. They are more interested in checking their inventory or hiding from customers. Even saw a checker laying across the checkout counter like she was napping. The lines are incredibly long and I have never seen a second checker. Totally bad management. Love it here. Sometimes it takes a bit to track someone down to help you, however staff is incredibly friendly. Bought 8 ducks and 6 chicks from them and they have been incredible in their knowledge sharing of them. The coop I purchased is beautiful and easy to put together, so happy with every purchase and every interaction with the staff. read more

Been buying propane from my local store (Shelton, WA) for some time now, but will not be going back for that or any other item for that matter. They lost a loyal customer today with a complete lack or service or assistance. Very unhappy that not only did I not get what I went there for (although I am sure they have what I need), had planned on buying several large tanks and getting them filled but the store was an epic fail so went somewhere else...
