The staff here is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to pet food and they are very personable.

People here are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. But the store is quite small and not much of a selection, but still it's a great place to shop considering they have a little bit of everything. read more

called to check stock before I made the 40 minute drive and was lied to for third time! as sad as it is to say, petco has much better customer service. read more

Small shop but excellent service. Always offers to carry bags of food out and helpful and knowledgeable information.

I've been coming to this location for two years with my german shepherd, Baine. The staff here is amazing and provide the best shopping experience. Andy always remembers my dog and I and is so respectful and goes above and beyond with any questions that I have. My boyfriend and I are moving in May and are very grateful to have had access to high quality treats during our dogs puppy years. read more

I took in a dog that was abused the first 2 years of his life. Sully has been with me for 4 years and has come a long way but is still high anxiety. I initially took him to Petpros to talk about his diet. They were so friendly and compassionate that we still go there to work on his socialization. Sunday was his 6th birthday and our visit turned into a party complete with ice cream. I am so thankful for the time the staff spends with him that we consider them our friends. read more

Great group of guys working here. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Russell has gone above and beyond for me a few times now, and I've even found out that they'll price match! Quaint little locally owned shop. While their selection isn't huge, it is quality. By quality, I mean that there are different good grades for dog food (for example), and they carry the higher ones on the list. If you're unsure, ask! Their staff have been nothing but accommodating and friendly. If they don't carry what you're looking for they are more than happy to order it for you and give you a call when it comes in. Located in a booming little shopping area at Canyon and 176th. Great little location. Ample parking and great store hours, open t'ill 8 during the week :) During my recent visit, I also learned that they work with a local mobile vet once a month as well as other dogtivities ;) read more

Always friendly staff, helpful and informative. Great quality dog food and treats/accessories.

I've been here several times and have always had a good experience. The staff is incredibly helpful -- greet you when you enter, answer questions, lay out every option available for whatever it is I need for my dog. I have nothing but good things to say about it! read more

My first visit was 5 stars all the way. I believe the manager was helping me. She must of been the manager because she was so sweet and talkative, attentive, and helpful. We just got our first puppy she helped with our questions. I bought a dingo dog chain, and some treats. The petite snacks worked great for our small poodle mix puppy. The lady also said if our dog does not the treat bring it back and pick a different one awesome service!!! Our dog loved the treats. 2nd visit oh where was the helpful lady. The first employee was a let down. Our puppy chewed through the dog chain and we just had her a month. The first employee just told me the obvious. " Well puppies do that" okay thanks for that. The second employee saved the day. She explained what she did with her dog to not have chew on the chain. She recommend adding a tiny bit of dish soap on it. Then she also recommended we get a rope one. We actually had gotten a rope great quality. That was from Tuesday Morning. We like the military discount they offer. I think I would only come back in if the helpful lady is present. read more

AMAZING! Go no where else!!! Pet Pros on 176th, is absolutely amazing! Anja, is an absolute doll. I am pretty sure she is the, "Assistant Manager" (for VERY obvious reasons). She is so kind and knows EVERYTHING!! Like everything! She is definitely a leader, for many reasons. And, she is young which always makes her even MORE impressive. She remembers my name and gives me hugs- ha! I mean really, who does that anymore (sad BUT true)! So let's talk more about Anja! If you want to learn about dogs, healthy food, random questions etc. SHE is your girl. But, the truth is, all three Employees that I buy from there, are absolutely amazing and they ALL deserve a praise! Thank You Anja, for being so amazing yesterday AND, always. YOU ARE GOING TO GO PLACES! - Brittany A (PinkPositive Girl)! read more

I have been coming here for years, the staff is always so helpful! They care about your pet here, not just the price tag!! My dog is breaking out and losing her hair really terribly, Karen observed we were purchasing products to rid yeast and suggested a different food to pair with the Zymox for overall greater results. It's definitely solved the hair issue and my dog is so much happier! Thanks again Karen, say hi to Jackie for us! read more

Great service every time I stop by. I've been there for their Halloween event & had professional pictures taken with my dog. There was another time when they even had a dog mind reader over there, which was really interesting and fun! James and Russell made recommendations on my dog' food and diet. So far, Scrappy loves Ziwi Peak and Primal. He has never looked so good! Only the best for my dog! read more

I used to love Pet Pros would recommend to anyone. Russel was a great Manager he helped my lab with stomach issues the last two years with his help has been great. Well.......unfortunately there's a new manager and she is not very nice unfortunately Russel has moved to the Milton store(lucky them!!). Was there yesterday and the new manager was very unprofessional. I will be finding a new store to shop at and that includes Chewy.com if I have to. What a shame. I also saw another unhappy customer when I was there. read more

A little over a month ago, we discovered through blood work that our eldest dog had extremely elevated liver enzymes after a visit to the vet. The vet prescribed some medication, and advised on switching to a low protein diet. My wife went into Pet Pros where Russell advised her to use a specific dog food, along with goats milk and fish oil. He continued with explaining the specifics of what we should do, how much and when. We followed the advice he offered, and a month later, the follow up blood work revealed a significant drop in liver enzymes, along with a significant increase in our dog's energy level and mobility. We cannot express how grateful we are to Russell, for his knowledge and his willingness to share it. read more

I absolutely love this store and their staff. Especially Russell!! You can walk into this store and be immediately greeted with a smile. If you don't need help, awesome.... they aren't pushy. If you need help, they are right there to help you, answer questions, offer samples of a new food or carry stuff out to your car. I have Bengals and Sphynx who always eat a grain free or raw diet. We have also taken in fosters who have a hard time eating or need extra TLC. I love finding a good quality pet store that has more than just the big name brand pet diets, but food that is great for your pet without a huge price tag. Some brands even have a reward program. If they don't have what you need, they'll order it. The store is bright, cheery and well organized without it being overwhelming. While not huge, the store offers a lot of different options and a little bit of everything for your pet. Since this place opened I don't need to go to three different stores to accommodate all my pet needs without breaking my wallet. Seriously happy you guys opened this place near me! :) read more

This location has both a manager and staff that exercise genuine care and support for pets and those that love them. Best pet store by far, prices are kind of high but worth the service the employees are incredibly friendly. The manager is very knowledgeable. I went here when my dog was sick and was refusing to eat her food. The young man who helped me was very sincere and concerned about finding a different type of food my dog might like. One of them was very expensive, at least to me, however the salesperson told me if my dog didn't like it to bring it back for a refund. Didn't really matter as my dog liked both types. The store is very clean and well stocked. I will make a point of returning to this great local store! read more

Doors ding as you come in; no one was up front but I heard employee noises in back. I wandered around for a few mins, looking in vain for something I've purchased there before. Still no one came out. The noises in back escalated to a woman angrily complaining to or confronting someone else, with some f'ing this and that. A woman then banged out of the back, exiting the store. No one else came out to help, so I left. I won't be going back. Hope the other person is okay! read more

I dig that they are local but unless you are in for pet food, the rest of their stock is kind of lacking. I will say they do have some super cute poop bag dispensers lol. Staff is super nice. My pup loves the grain free bulk treats and that is all that matters to me. If I was nearby and needed food I would def. stop in but this place is lacking in the one stop shop department. read more
