My pup seemed to like the raw food but it does give him runny stools (you can return the food if it doesn't work out for you). The cashier said the food goes into donation when returned which is a great policy instead of wasting it and trashing it.

Since then, they have been having high turnover and 3 different people have groomed him. Each one doing a worse job and, charging more. This last person Wednesday, April 10 was horrible. I asked them to thin out his hair, smooth out the sides. When I picked him up, nothing was smooth or thinned out. I asked her to try again and she just made it more choppy so I asked her if she could smooth it out And it got worse. He looked like garbage. I said never mind. They charged me $145 and I left. When I got home, I noticed quarter sized scrapes behind each ear, which were raw. Clearly they had been bleeding at the shop before I picked him up. I will never take my dog there again.

When I arrived at the store J was greeted by Toni and she was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and has extensive knowledge which was exactly what I needed in regards to which foods would work best with the types of birds I was looking to attract to my yard. I also wanted to make sure that I had food that did not leave waste like shells from seeds whichcab attract mice and rats. I purchased food without shells in a 20 pound bag as well as bark butter which is like suet and will give the birds extra energy in the winter. It also has hot pepper in it which will deter pests. I did not know that birds cannot sense the "heat" from hot peppers. Great place and even though it was a bit of a drive, it was totally worth it. My dog has been a customer here for food and vet care since he was a puppy, so I trusted them to…read moregroom him for the first time. While the groom itself looked fine, my dog was cut near his private area and this was not disclosed to me. My dog is very reactive -- there is no way this injury went unnoticed. The groomers requested I bring him in so the vet can take a look at th grooming injury and for me to be eligible for a refund. He was prescribed both a topical and oral antibiotic that he needs to be on for 2 weeks. This was presented as them "making it right," even though the visit was necessary solely due to their mistake. When I requested my refund, I was initially offered only $20 on a $140 grooming bill. After insisting, they agreed to a full refund -- and then immediately removed me as a client, meaning I now must also find a new vet as well. There was no empathy, accountability, or concern shown for my dog's wellbeing. Since the incident, my dog has been uncomfortable, wearing a cone, refusing to use the bathroom, and barely eating. I've had to rearrange my schedule and miss work to care for him. Mistakes happen. But how a business responds to them matters -- and this response was unacceptable.

My Labrador picked out herself some 12" sealed beef straps so I know that's what she really wanted (because she loved it through the cellophane.) Did you know your dog gets a free mini dog ice cream on their birthday? Neither did I! We were excited to pick a bacon cheese one out for her. I was also excited to find out that 12" twisted fish skins are only 99 cents. I went a little crazy buying goodies for the birthday girl and my other 2 fur babies. My bully is now eaten 6 this week. Haha. This is just a simple little experience that I can give my dog on her special day. We will definitely be back more than once a year for my good girls.
