On our FIRST transaction we were told about the frequent buyer program for the brand of raw we had been feeding. We had been shopping at Mudbay for months and they had not mentioned it once. The team here at firehouse goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best deal they can get ya and are finding the products you are looking for. They inform you of the frequent buyer programs, share the apps like Astro and Petz to make sure you can track along with them and get your coupons before shopping. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. We have been recognized by staff since our first visit. Our dogs are always excited to go shopping here and have learned where they can stop to get a treat. He does have longer hair than the typical Cattle Dog, but upon taking him to two other Petco locations, both of them stated he shouldn't have been changed to a long hair dog. The groomer seemed kind of bothered to groom him. The store side is usually well stocked, I think this location is awesome, except grooming is a bit mediocre.

Okay owners it is OUR responsibility to continue to reinforce what we learn in class at home to help train and socialize the dog. I have taken the tricks I have learned and even started to train my 4 year old Pomerania dachshund. This class has definitely made at Home puppy care much easier. She has a pretty solid stay and recall. She does "touch" with her nose which is very handy for many things. I am very happy with our progress in this class and recommend it highly.
