After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

In June 2022, I signed a contract for a residential swimming pool project and paid a deposit. The agreement was contingent upon securing financing. Despite repeated efforts over more than three years, I was unable to obtain financing and formally canceled the contract on December 15, 2025. No construction work was ever performed. In addition, I personally paid for all permits, permit extensions, and design expenses related to the project. Despite providing documentation showing financing denial and making multiple good-faith requests, the company has refused to refund my full deposit. They have offered only a partial refund, even though the project never moved forward and no services were delivered corresponding to the funds being retained. I was transparent throughout the entire process regarding my financing status, yet that transparency has not been reciprocated since cancellation. Retaining a large deposit under these circumstances is deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, unfair to the consumer. As of March 2026, this matter remains unresolved, and I am pursuing formal complaints and legal options to recover my funds. Consumers should carefully review contract terms and fully understand refund policies before committing to any agreement with this company. Monique

My son wandered outside and the lady helping us stopped talking to let us know, that's an added plus someone who cares about kids and not al about $$! The project manager didn't show up when subcontractors were around, resulting in so much dirt being removed that we had to pay ADDITIONAL money to get dirt delivered. There was no attempt to even do a rough grade, just left sand and rock exposed to the elements resulting in the pavers to shift. 2. The install of the electrical equipment was put in facing the fence. My husband had to ask if we were expected to cut a hole in the fence to access it before they comprehended why it was an issue. 3. The filter was installed too close to the house, and it is inaccessible for proper cleaning and maintenance, even by a professional pool service company. When I brought it up I was told to completely decouple it from the piping to access it. Yeah, that's not how it's supposed to work. They then said the professional pool service company "just wasn't a good one" without even knowing which company it was. 4. The electric heater and wiring installed keeps tripping. When I brought that up, they just didn't respond. This was after they installed a gas heater knowing we didn't have gas to the house and that it was in the install notes to put in an electric heater. Don't worry, we got an extra $4,000 bill for that. 5. Following the installation of the filter and booster pump, they left it turned on and left running without the filter being engaged. When I reached out, they talked to me like I was an idiot until I took a video and sent it to them of the extremely loud metal on metal grinding noise that was coming from the booster. Looks like we get to replace that now. We are now working with a lawyer as they refuse to respond to us.

I'm still waiting for the winter cover I purchased and was supposed to be put on in Oct 2023, it is now March of 2024. I have very little confidence we'll ever get it. I also have little confidence the drainage pipe from the auto cover channel will ever be fixed. Without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a contractor.
