Lots of fun for preschool to preteen. This is a giant playscape that will entertain for hours. There are slides, swings, a zipline, crawling, climbing, jumping--its great exercise for the kids & adults can fit as well. Also theres an arcade to the side. If you're a parent bring a jacket because its very cold. read more

Let me start off by saying how excited we were to try this place out. Upon arrival, ALL the glass windows and doors had fingerprints and smudges across them. We got there right when they opened up, so there is no reason why they shouldn't have cleaned the night before. We then walk in and It stinks like pee big time! We decided to leave. How can the employees not notice any of these things upon entering their job site? Either they don't care (its a bunch of kids working there) or they're so used to the smell that it no longer bothers them. It just feels disgusting in there!!! Needless to say, we won't be returning and would rather take our little one somewhere else. read more

5 starts for fun- Huge playscape for the kids, lots of seating for adults, clean, doesn't feel crowded even when there are a lot of people, secure exit. Cafe needs work- cheese pizza was burnt the 3 different times we've ordered it. They never refilled their ice today even an hour after I told them it was empty. Would be nice if they had a recycling bin for all the plastic cups they go through. read more

Mt. Playmore is awesome the only thing I had a problem with is the baby area is hardwood flooring, and you are required to wear socks. I seen more than a few littles fall over because they are just learning to walk or their socks slipped! My child rode one of the little tyke trucks on the carpet area just fine so I'm not understanding why not carpet that area also. Oh! And there needs to be a gate of some sort at the front its too easy for kids to run to the automatic doors out into the streets and the workers won't stop a running kid!!! Other than that its a great place I will be back . read more

Pros: Awesome indoor playscape that grown-ups can climb too but that is also easy to observe from the outside. Enough staff. Cons: Expensive ($10 per kid.) Deafeningly loud-- like high school gym loud. If you have kids who get easily overstimulated or get easily overstimulated yourself, this place is not for you. Plus, any of the limited activities that are calmer (i.e. eating, merry go round, arcade games) require even more money and are still visually stimulating. They need soundproofing and at least one free, powering down activity before I go back there again. read more

It is fun. It's not awesome for kids under four but my two year old was still able to maneuver around with little help. read more

The place is clean and seems decently kept and for the price they charge for the monthly membership it's fair. My one complaint is the food. I'm not talking the quality (cause normally you can't really expect huge things from kids places like this) which is actually pretty good. My gripe is what's in stock versus on the menu. I've had multiple times found the item I would like is out of stock or simply does not exist according to their employee working in the section despite it being offered on the menu. read more

Fun for kids as far as playing in the main playground. The games steal your tokens and give you very little tickets when you win. Jumpoline us better. Oh yea cheap expensive food. read more

UPDATE: I changed my star rating from 1 to 3 because of the disinfectant precautions that are taken per vendor comments. However, the facility was not messy by just a bit of kids running wild. The mess was unfortunately enough to send my husband and oldest child running for the doors. We have 3 kids so we know messes. Sadly, this was just complete neglagance on the staff's part. Too bad because my youngest can't stop talking about the place everytime we drive by. --------------------------------------------------- YUCK!!! Fun for the kids but germ infested! I took our kids here once and will NOT go back. It's a great setup for kids to get those extra wiggle worms out, but it's also under kept. Food on the floor, trash on the tables... not including it looks like the place needs to be disinfected. It's not a healthy environment for anyone. read more

The kids LOVED this place! It was chaos but totally worth it. I wish there was wifi. I read somewhere there was but the employees kind of acted like "yeah right" when we asked them about it working. The pizza was actually good and reasonably priced! To the people complaining about unsupervised kids and lazy parent... Get off your high horse! That's part of why I liked it. It takes more than just me playing with my son to teach him valuable life lessons in communication and cooperation. I play with him all day! I need a break! That's why I brought him here! A few times he didn't want to share the bouncy thing, but eventually some kid pushed him off. He was asking for it if you ask me. I saw a few climbing UP the slides and got hurt when other kids came flying down them. But those kids that got hurt didn't do it again. Boom, lesson learned. This is not a place for helicopter parents. You're not "lazy" or a bad parent if you let your kid run wild at a playscape made for running wild. Put on some headphones, Kick back, and enjoy the natural lessons your children will definitely learn in that kid cage. I would've given 5 stars if the wifi worked. Oh and more massage chairs. A bar would also be lovely. Like Schlitterbaun... Without water. read more

Mt. Playmore, this place is very dirty. Playscape is too huge and not adequate for children age 8 or older. The arcade games, machines are very old and very used. Many of the arcade games did not work and not marked unusable. The women's restroom was very filthy. The entire area inside smelled of mold and mildew. We visited Mt Playmore, and what a shock- pay $9.99 for each child and $1 adults to go inside. And still you have to purchase tokens in order to play out-dated and used arcade games. Mt. Playmore needs to follow suite similar to Chuck E Cheese. Chuck E Cheese does not charge adults and children to enter. Plus, Chuck E Cheese has better, new and cleaner arcade games. The staff at Mt. Playmore are unprofessional, perhaps too many teenagers working. We did not eat at Mt Playmore, however, I'm sure the food is over priced and taste horrible. read more

Kids have a chance to play and run and jump). Kids get hit and pushed as well. Nobody watches them, employee are busy talking or rotating from frond desk to food stand. They need supervisor in the play area. Observe kids. Parents look at their phones rather then pay attention to their kids( Bathroom was somewhat clean... Some workers are pretty nice. read more

Bathrooms could be maintained better. Little kids cannot reach the paper towel dispenser. Smelled pretty gross the last time we were there, 2 weeks ago. No sign indicating you can't bring outside snacks in. The front desk teens said we couldn't bring in our food even though there was not a sign or any indication that it wasn't allowed. They even seemed confused when I mentioned you are supposed to have that displayed somewhere. Either way, kids had fun and we will most likely return. I recommend they display a sign at the entrance indicating no outside food. I also recommend they clean nightly. The smell is indicative of uncleanliness. Still, kids had fun and we will return. read more

We have been coming here for years and have watched it evolve. I love the upgrades that are going on. The owners really care about their business. The toddler room is nice and clean with fresh paint, carpeting, new toys and lounging chairs. Their nursing room is a Nice bonus. Their kitchen and food options have also been nicely upgraded. We already loved coming to playmore but we love it even more so now. Also they play great 80s music read more

Do not have your child's birthday party here. We were loyal customers. We would go with our Moms group, we would go on special days, enjoy the food and the playscape. Not anymore. We will never step foot into a Mt Playmore again. Have some had a good party experience? Sure. But is the risk of an awful day for you, your guests and your birthday girl/boy worth it? No way. There are so many other options: We Rock The Spectrum, Little Land, Loco-Motion Inflatable Play, Hop N Happy, Almost Grown, Hoppin House, Catch Air, Jumpstreet, Pump It Up, Inflatable Wonderland, Hang Indoor, Jungle Island, Epic Fun, Jumping for Joy, Indigo Play, and I could name more. Don't have your party here and regret it like I did. I have waited a few months to post this review so it wasn't done in anger, so that Mt Playmore had a chance to make it right. They haven't. After you pay a deposit online if you have any questions there is an automated system on their phones that goes to a voicemail that no one checks or responds to in a timely manner. Once booked, there is little communication and when you do get someone on the phone for questions they aren't sure of the answer. I knew that we were going to have more adults than children. I knew we needed the biggest room, and I was told that request would be fulfilled. We were put in a room that didn't even have enough chairs for the 20 child party I signed up for. I called the day before the party and the day of the party over and over to update the child count and confirm details but never could get anyone on the phone. Once we checked in I tried to tell them this in person and they said, "no problem". I was supposed to have a party host in the room at all times. She was not there, my best friend served food and drinks to the party. We continually had to go find her and ask for things that should have already been in the room and supposedly provided: cups, plates, napkins, plates, no tablecloths. Refills, fruit and veggie tray I ordered in advance and pizza were late and had to be repeatedly asked for. My daughter didn't get her cape, flashing birthday badge, the 2x motion simulator ride, her 2,000 tickets. The entire party was supposed to get goody bags. Didn't get those either. And the temperature. It was hot. It was so hot in that room. They brought us a fan because the temperature was so uncomfortable in the room but there was no where to plug it in. It was a disaster of a party. When our time was up in the room we moved out to the tables by the playscape. A young girl came up to me and asked for me to pay. I made my way up to the register to pay and be refunded for the 5 arcade cards and she said she couldn't do that, only a manager could. I said I would wait. 5 minutes go by and I returned to the table because there was no one at the front desk and no manager had come. Later on, a manager came up to me and said, "you wanted to speak with me?" I said yes and he walked me back to the party room while I told him everything that had gone wrong with the party. He showed me how my party room had a new lower ceiling that caused the heat and he was so sorry that they couldn't get it cooled off in there and it was something they were working on. He told me how my party host was new and he was so sorry, he would speak to her. He apologized over and over. The next thing out of his mouth should have been, "how can I make this right?" Instead, he said he could not refund me the money for the cards even though I tried to update the party count several times. He said the manager that could do that was not working tonight. I told him he should call her then. He said, "So, you are refusing to pay?" I said, "No sir, I'm refusing to not be reimbursed for cards I am not going to use when we have had such an awful experience, it's the least you can do." He kept repeating, "So, you are refusing to pay?" I told him to call the manager that could do something and I returned to my table. He told me he would call the cops if I don't pay. I told him he was more than welcome to. 3 times this manager came up to my table of my family standing over me with confrontational attitude demanding for me to pay, threatening to call the cops. I had the cash and game cards in my hand ready to pay. He would not take them. We waited for him to get a hold of the manager and he said he couldn't so we left. He was rude and confrontational with my family and followed us outside. The party was on a Saturday. I called Sunday and Monday and did not hear from the GM until Wednesday. She was very short with me and started with asking for my payment. I told her my story and she said that wasn't what she was told from the manager on duty and she would have to review the video footage. She called back and said she watched the entire time I was there and agreed my party did not go the way it should. I'm out of room for this review but you get the point - stay away! read more

Came to Mt. Playmore, was having a decent time, we went to get something to eat pizza and shrimp server put the food on the other table before putting it on our table but left some food on the other one. We thought it was ours and got it, manager came with the chef and told us we reviewed the security footage, like if we had stole the Crown Jewels and they were the police and saw that you took something food that didn't belong to you. I explained the situation to him, but still if there was a mistake first off this isn't a 5 star restaurant we didn't talk a $20 steak, it was a mistake, it was shrimp and fries and why did it take to two people to pick up food? Was it that difficult to talk to someone? This was an embarrassment for them as well as us and they made the situation a whole lot worse. If this is how they treat their customers, then totally not worth coming, urban air and Austin park n pizza isn't that far. Sad my first time here was a less then satisfactory one. read more

So i wanted to come check this place out as my daughter is turning 4 and i was considering having a big birthday party here as we have relatives flying in from Out of state the whole works. The place is cool lots of things to do for all ages in my opinion. The party rooms are pretty plain and kinda ghetto and makes me feel extremely claustrophobic nothing special thats for sure..But there is one thing really bothering me this place is really dirty. The floors are disgusting and the hallway floor entrance to the party rooms is down right filthy!!! There is food and trash all over the ground. We were the first ones here right when they opened so there is no excuse for that at all. Makes me wonder how hygenic this place is with their food handling etc. I mean there is no way you cant see that when u walk in. Also there is a pungent pee smell in here. I don't think Ill be having my party here. read more

I wanted more out of this place. But that didn't happen. :(. Pro: great Indoor place for kids to play The staff is friendly. Mostly high schoolers with there Sumer job. There is wifi. Con: The price. Just to come watch I had to pay. And yes it's only a dollar for adults but it's still the fact that I had to pay to sit. The amount if seating in the play area is limited. I wish there was more seating. All in all it ok but it should be cheaper for what your getting. read more

Please revamp the toddler area! It has gone to ! As much as there is for older kids, you'd think they could beef up Kiddie Kanyon.

This place is huge! I love all the comfy seating and everything was clean. Really crowded on weekends---I couldn't keep an eye on my child but I am probably a bit more uptight about that. All the other parents looked happy and relaxed. They do some sort of reptile show on Wednesdays. read more

We did not even get to experience this place, didn't make it past the counter. I am 26, I brought my little friend who is 25 and has Down Syndrome. He is a very sweet soul and loves jumping/climbing/jungle gyms so I thought this would be a good fit. I checked the website to make sure adults were allowed up into the playscape and not only are they allowed but "encouraged" to play and climb around. Upon arriving the manager came out and said my friend was not allowed to go in and that we had to have a child with us to enter (it says this nowhere on the website or anywhere in the facility). She said it was only designed for children and he could not go play (the website says the equipment is designed for adults). I argued this saying that was very discriminatory and she finally decided to let him in. She charged him as a child (10$ as opposed to 2$ for adults) and said I had to stay with him the whole time. It does not say anywhere that adults have to always stay with their children. I could not believe this ignorant manager and how she treated my friend, seemingly just because he has Down Syndrome. My friend was upset and embarrassed and said he did not want to go anymore so we left. Shame on her for treating us like that, all should be welcome unless specifically stated in their policy and the manager should not be allowed to make up rules based on her stupid prejudice. read more

Love this place! It has the perfect balance for the children and the adults... Plus all of the space has any cramped indoor place beat!!!!

Huge play area for kids and adults. Gonna have my kids bday party here. So far 5 star I'll update it after my kids bday party.

This place is great! We brought our 2 year old here as soon as they opened at 10 am and by noon there were a ton of kids and we had a tired toddler. We were leaving to get lunch elsewhere and were informed that we could come back the same day with no extra charge. The facility was clean and the staff was courteous. Parents are allowed in the play area which I loved! This will definitely be a go to place when we visit Austin as a family! read more

During my recent visit to Mt. Playmore was exceptional & outstanding. Manager Chris B. took very good care of us and went above and beyond for my family and sons birthday. I can't thank him enough for going the extra mile for us. Mt Playmore is a great place to spend an afternoon. My 8 year old loved it. He got a lot of exercise, played a few games, and met some new friends. It's big enough to keep children entertained, but manageable so that I could keep my eye on him. The staff is friendly, professional, and hard working. In addition, they are very conscientious about safety. They use the same stamp for each member of the group and verify the ultraviolet stamps upon leaving. There is ample seating for adults. I've been here several times and my 5 year old always has fun. The food is pretty good too but the main reason I'm writing this review is to commend the great service I received on my daughters birthday 8/16/18. I showed up with a small party expecting to put together some tables and just let the kids play. The manager Chris that was there decided that he would make my daughters birthday more than just a regular play day. He gave her a lighted button and cape and really treated us like we had rented the place out! Granted it was a Wednesday and pretty slow but heck it really made a difference to me to receive all the help and be waited on like we like were special :D. Chris really went out of his way to make my daughter have a blast including sending her home with a giant bouncy ball and souvenir! I'll definitely come back! I'm not giving 5 stars because the restrooms were not cleaned completely and in the past there has been a little foot smell in the jungle gym so maybe those things can be improved on. All in all, affordable and fun for kids! read more

Revised review - manager responded! I went from 3 to 4 stars & added mor explanation! We had a birthday party November 2014 not long after they opened. It was great. Clean, food was good. Staff was great helpful & nice. One of the best birthdays we have had. Fair priced too. We went back this November 2015... It was dirty & stinky up in the net play area. A lot of the games messed up. However the staff did get us refunds on the games that messed up. The ticket cash in area for toys she was cool & patient with Hailey my daughter. The staff was less then enthused to be there - Up at the front desk. That's that teenage attitude we all know well. They were not rude but not happy outgoing either. My 1st review was not clear on this opinion so I have explained better. The kitchen staff was helpful when I was displeased with the pizza, it was to well done pizza. The flavor was not to our liking. I let the kitchen know & they refunded me my money & were extra helpful. The food was not as good as last time we were there but the staff was great at fixing that for me. However the manager wrote me back on this review & that impresses me! A lot. So I amended my review from 3-4 stars & added more explanation. The manager seems to really care & that's what matters. read more

It was a great play experience! Kids had a good time. It was very clean, costumer service was great.

It's rainy/hazy Friday morning and the place is virtually empty! This is one of the most affordable kids entertainment places we have been. $55... Unlimited 2 hour game play, admission for 4, and lunch for 4!! The playscape is HUGE!! And, the food is better than the last 2 places we went for dinner! It was well worth the hour drive from hour hotel! Also, they must be making some renovations because the are converting their lighting to LED (according to the hubs). There are only 2 things I can find wrong with this place. 1. The smell is a little strange. But, I am sure it is probably something to do with the size/open space (something like that) and, it's time for some new seating in the center of the playscape. The current seating make me think of a very very low rent questionable Dr office. But, again, the only expectations here were for family fun! And, that is what we have! So, 5 stars for making my kiddos happy! read more

I want to write this review to remind parents of something. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF YOUR KIDS. Do you go to a park and expect your kids to be monitored by the city? No. Of course not. Same with this place. This is a place to go to have jungle gym fun, and arcade fun. Not to just sit on your phone and have other people responsible for your kid. Yes, the people employed are young and sometimes they will try to be responsible and look out for the young children, but they are not trained to deal with your children. It is obviously a fun place, but if you don't want to pay attention to your kids or look out for them then you need to take them to a daycare where they are trained to look after your children. I see nannys that can take care of at least 2-3 young children and still keep them behaving, but an actual mom can't take care of her one child without complaining to one of the staff that this place isn't safe? And i also see dads who try to play with their children, but many moms like to give dirty looks to them. Why? These dads are trying to play with their own kids, but they obviously feel super uncomfortable by the looks these moms give them. And they are the same moms who are sitting on their phones and not even bothering to try and keep an eye on their child nor interact with them. PARENTS. Just remember where your priorities are. Instead of complaining about other people. Why don't you take a good long look at yourself and see where the actual problem is. read more

I agree with the other reviews that the playscape is fun for the younger kids, but that's about all this place has to offer. The older children repeatedly hit their heads on the low bars... two of my three children came home today with injuries--one of them is complaining of neck pain because she hit her head on a bar, and my oldest son got his hand stuck under one of the plastic strips and twisted it backwards when he was running (they may say that adults can play along with their kids, but in reality, that only works if they are only 3 feet tall). As for the prices being reasonable, I completely disagree. There are hidden fees all over the joint, esp. in case you want to bring your own food. Since the menu was so expensive (8 bucks for a stale sandwich and old, burnt fries, not including a drink), we brought our own food. When we called to book ahead, they said it's no problem to bring outside food if you go into the other eating rooms...forgetting to mention the price. Look, we're WILLING to pay the $25 rental price for a party room, if you at least let us know that we have to do so before we go, so we can come prepared, you know?! We were hosting a school field trip, and so we were on someone else's budget. We got there with our party of 20 kids, and there we were told that we'd have to pay for the room....they had us hand over the food, and told us that they would take it in there for us when we were ready to eat. When the time came, they wheeled our cart of sack lunches in the room and told us (at that moment, mind you) that we had 40 minutes to eat and get out, or else we'd have to pay for an additional $25. Have you ever organized, fed, and cleaned up after 20 preschoolers? You can't easily do it in 40 minutes, I'll tell you that! And if they were hoping that we would purchase food at their in-house restaurant, then maybe they should have had it open and staffed....at 12:00 pm it was closed, while there were staff members sitting talking in the cafeteria area. Can you imagine that I had to go and ASK for someone to open it up so we could buy some sodas?! If you are willing to pay through the nose for a great and keep getting surprised about paying for poor service, then definitely choose Mt. Playmore. read more
