She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed for our event. Her professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help made the planning process seamless, and I truly appreciated how easy she was to work with. What really sets Freedom Fun apart, however, is the quality of their people. While setting up for our event, I suffered a very serious accident that resulted in a significant injury and severe bleeding. In those frightening moments, Isaac, DJ, and Adam immediately sprang into action. They did not hesitate for a second. Remaining remarkably calm under pressure, they took control of the situation, did everything they could to stop the bleeding, and stayed focused until emergency responders arrived. Their quick thinking, composure, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. What impressed me most was not only how capable they were, but how compassionate and caring they were throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed with me, reassured me, and handled an incredibly stressful situation with maturity and professionalism far beyond their years. First, allow me to say that this really is a 4.5-Star rating. (Yelp should allow half-star ratings.) Now, on to the review... Since majority of this review will be good, and I'd like to end this review on a positive note, let me begin with why this is 4.5 instead of 5-stars. Equipment Pick-up: So, I think Tim could use some Logistics/Warehouse Operations training, in order to make his business run more smoothly and efficiently. The time it took for me to get my equipment checked out and loaded, (about an hour), was too long. All of the equipment should have been prepped and ready for pick-up at least a day prior. 1. The remote for the DVD player that was initially pulled off the shelf failed to work. This took 10-minutes to figure out. (Had to swap out with a completely different unit set.) Had this been checked the day prior, the issue could have been identified and another 'functional' unit could have been issued. 2. Equipment Checkout procedures: Simply put, a Checklist is needed here. No reason you should be relying on your "memory" to ensure all items have been issued to the customer. Create a checklist for both you and the customer and you won't have to, (after they've left your warehouse), 'text customers to see if you included a remote control in their equipment order'. Yes, that happened! While I understand he places his son in charge of running operations, but some training needs to be conducted here so that customers can be serviced in a much more efficient manner. Now, onto the good stuff. The Movie package I rented did much more than I expected! Setup was fairly easy. It only took me 30-45 minutes to setup because I did it by myself. With another hand, this is easily a 15-20 minute job. Everything really is 'Plug-n-Play.' The Projector worked really well at night, and was easy to operate. The sound was #AMAZING! Those Beringer speakers put out some serious quality sound. With the provided Mixer, adjusting the Treble and Bass made the music/movies very theater-like! Can't wait to do this again!!! I have used Freedom Fun for multiple school and church events. They are always kind, helpful and professional, but this last large event they helped our church with they went above and beyond. The weather was against us and their operations manager, Jason was on top of communicating with us and working with us to make sure our church was able to make it happen! The on site staff day of had great attitude even though I'm sure their feet were wet and soggy and that the day wasn't what they were expecting either. We rented the foam machine for a Kid's Foam Party for my preschool and it was a hit! The children LOVED it. Renting it from Freedom Mobile Entertainment was pretty smooth. My only one suggestion is to figure out a way for me to see the authorized waivers online. Having about 100 children participate and making sure all of the waivers filled out was a little challenging. Other than that it was great! The coach arrived early to set up and everything was ready on time. He was great during the entire event (9am-11am). The children are already asking when our next foam party will be.
