Our event took place Saturday, 4/26/2025 @3pm. Decorations and Set Up @ 2:30 pm Dinner @5pm Cake @6pm Clean up and Take Down @ 6:30 pm-7:15 pm All guests and hosts left the venue at @7:30 pm *Start to finish including setting up, take down, and clean up 5 hours* Contract Event Time: 3pm - 10pm (Rent Venue for 7 hours) Scheduled a tour and fell in love with the location, inside barn, plenty of space, AC inside the barn and completely closed so doesn't matter what the weather is the day of your event. In order to reserve the date, time, and venue rental a $600 deposit was required. The remaining balance/payment was due 5 days before our scheduled event date which was $1737.50. Complete cost we paid $2337.50. Renting the Venue - Barn, Audio System, Tables and Chairs, Tablecloths, full kitchen, 2 restrooms inside, swimming pool, outside bar area, outside smoking area, catering service, dinner clear plastic plates, clear plastic cake plates, clear plastic cups, napkins, clear plastic forks/knifes/spoons, and three clear plastic 5x7x2 to-go container. My friends and family helped take down the decorations, sweep the floors, turn off the music, turn off the lights, and pull the trash cans to the front to be taken outside. We had fewer than 40 people attend the event. A few issues I had during the event. The food was not warm at all. (close to room temperature) The drink station was to be unlimited refills, but once the plastic serving jug was empty it never was refilled. The sweet tea had a sour taste. Lemonade was very sweet. The amount of leftover food there was, and that I paid extra for catering, but was only allowed to pack up 3 small clear plastic to-go containers. I find was not reasonable. The rice wasn't fully cooked, and was not flavored/seasoned. We expected SPANISH rice, and that isn't what we were served. Thank you for allowing us to book our event at The Texas Hall Venue, but if I may be honest, I wouldn't recommend friends and family to use this venue, and I know my husband and I won't be booking any future events because of the experience. read more

We had an absolutely wonderful experience planning my daughter's Graduation Party. This venue is so beautiful, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We used their in-house catering service, and the food was delicious. I am so thankful we chose this wonderful venue. Yea I'll tell you. So I came for my cousins wedding, the chair I was sitting on broke and I fell backwards in front of the whole party. I am totally embarrassed by the situation. As a Nov 2020 Bride I can't thanks Texas Hall enough! I had a 6 month engagement and let me just say going with the venues all inclusive was an absolutely life saving! Set up, breakdown, sound, even part of the decor, and food(pst...go with the BBQ)?? So much stress was taken off my shoulders! I can't think of anything that went wrong that day, I had the time of my life. Simple, natural, intimate, Texas Sunset all I have are fond memories. Toni and her Team were great, always there to assist with any questions, doubts or changes I had. I honestly cannot believe how much we lucked out with this venue. From the beginning everyone was warm, welcoming, and super responsive. I was not the calmest bride and Tonie was so relaxed and present for us and ready to problem solve. Everyone was so impressed with how cute and picturesque the space was and also blown away by the food. We did everything we could through them and I still don't understand how we had a 100 person wedding for such a great deal. They also give you plenty of time for set up and clean up and it's easy and inexpensive to add on additional hours. We got married here and it was such a wonderful experience. We did the all inclusive package with the catering. Tonie was wonderful and answered all our questions in a timely manner ahead of our wedding (and we had a ton of questions). She made sure we had everything we needed the day of, made sure everything was ready for the ceremony way ahead of time, and checked in with us a few days ahead of our wedding just to see if there was anything else we needed. We chose off the Mexican menu for the food and it was so freaking good! We got tons of compliments on the ceremony location, how cute the barn was for the dinner, and the quality of the food. Wedding venues can be really expensive and The Texas Hall is an absolute steal for everything you get. I cannot recommend this place more highly. read more

Tonie DiGuilio, who runs the place, answered all the questions we had. Little did we know that the answers told to us and things we talked about would not be followed through on the day our wedding. The Texas Hall has the big red barn and a house that has been converted into a staging area for the bridal party. When we did our walk through, the house was very warm and we were assured that it would be very cool and comfortable for us to be getting ready. On our wedding day the thermostat said 83 degrees inside. It was a nest and we turned the temperature down. It never cooled down. Putting on a tux in an 83 degree house is awful. My wife could barely have her makeup put on because of the sweat. The house never cooled down. When I confronted Tonie about how hot the house was, she told me that someone must be turning up the thermostat. Not in anyway try to fix the problem. Out of the two bathrooms in the house one of the toilets was nonfunctional. Having 80 guests expected to use one toilet is completely unacceptable. We were also told that the sound system had a board with 2 speakers and a microphone so that all a DJ would need to bring would be a laptop. There was only one speaker, which was very soft and it was very hard to hear, and a microphone. There was a huge delay from the mic to the speaker and it was almost unbearable to use. While I was getting stuff set up people were coming up asking where to pick up chairs and other stuff. I had to tell them, with my tux on, that this was a closed private event. And they proceeded to come in. The entire time we had the venue people were coming and going, picking up and dropping off things they had rented from them. On top of all of this, Tonie was giving tours of the venue during our eloted rented out time. While my wife was getting her wedding dress put on and I was getting the decorations all in place there she was with more potential clients. She told us that they just showed up and asked if they could tour the place and she didn't know we would be in there. That was the icing on the cake. She should have just said no and told them a time to come back when it wasnt rented. I would not recomend this place to anyone even if they offered it for free. I really hope this revue will help you decide that this may be a cheaper wedding venue but it is Not worth it and the day of services will not match up with what they tell you from the beginning. read more

Recently had a corporate event here. Everyone was impressed. It is decorated for Christmas in December. We were blown away by all the decorations. Easy to find off Sam Bass. Heat and AC in the barn where our event was. If weather would have been better, we would have spent time outside as well. Isabella was great to work with. Definitely a local hit! read more

We had our wedding here on 03/23/2019. It was wonderful, Tonie went above and beyond and the communication was very fast. If I ever had a question (I was a bride that was planning her wedding so of course I had lots!) They were always accommodating and quick to reply. The price was very reasonable and affordable compared to every other place we looked at. The BBQ that was included with our package was very good. I really can't think of a negative thing to say about Texas Hall. They were so wonderful and professional. It was a perfect day thanks to them. read more

First of all, I can't even come close to comprehending how you could charge someone a small fortune to rent out a venue, and then believing showing the estate to other prospects all while there's a wedding already going on. A few weeks back I attended my best friends wedding as his best-man that was entertained by "The Texas Hall." Among initial arrival, both the house, where the wedding party got ready, and the reception hall were inexcusably Hot! The staff promised that the A/C's would be turned on prior to arrival insuring that there facilities would humanly accommodate there clients and guests. As a man of heavier-set dressed in a full suit on a Texas summer day, the last thing I wanted to worry about was not having A/C in our dressing and reception areas. Among multiple other concerning issues and problems these were my top two and will leave it at that. As far as my experience with The Texas Hall goes, I am left sourly disgusted in there lack of care and consideration for there clients who had exsasburated all resources into affording the best possible environment, for what was supposed to be The best days of there lives, but only to be left in utter disappointment and regret with there complete trust in a wedding venue that truly destroyed any and all credibility with many very good people. This is a real, honest review. The venue is nice for a small wedding reception but things happened on my sister's wedding day that I would never recommend this place to anyone. You can go to google and read a few reviews about that day. Two of the biggest issues that stand out is how hot the house was that they have the bride and groom and their parties get ready in. 83 degrees. I was part of the bridal party and we had to nearly fan the bride as she was getting ready. Second, the owner (Tonie) started showing the venue while we were all there. We paid for a specific time. 2 hours into that and we are setting up, a prospective client drives by with his fiancé and wants to see the venue. Well, you would think she would say I'm sorry, this is a closed event, please come back at x date. No, Tonie proceeded to show them around! That is so distasteful. You appear cheap by thinking you're going to lose a client. You have one right here who should be allowed to have the wedding of their dreams. Hardly. Just don't rent here. read more

This place was the perfect venue for my sister's fall wedding. Gorgeous grounds outdoors and beautiful ethereal indoor space. There was a perfect spot for everyone to get ready and the food, catering, and bartender service provided by the venue were all top-notch. The day of organizer was so friendly and on top of it. We recently had our intimate wedding of 50 at Hacienda del Toro and it was perfect! I only had a month to plan and immediately the staff began working with me to get everything ready for the big day.
