They were very helpful and made sure that they placed everything were I wanted it. They even called me when they were stuck in a little traffic on the way to deliver, but I was ok with it because the drop off time was hours before my event. I love that they offer super early delivery as early as 8am I believe, which gives you time to set up everything as you wish. They also don't rush you for a pick up time. They picked everything up at 7pm per my request that time. I also rented the small bounce house again this past Sat just because my son and daughter loved it soo much! They dropped it off at 8:30am and picked it up right about 8:30pm. They very fast and efficient and I will continue to use them again & again as well as recommend them to my fam & friends. We were trying to book for our daughter's wedding and kept getting the excuse of "we're in transition." I understand moving locations, but when a customer from out of town is trying to come by multiple times to look at colors of linens during the business hours listed on the website and no one is available to help, that is a problem. On Sunday, I had requested an appointment for Thursday, called, emailed and took off work to try to efficiently make multiple appointments in the area, and was called on Thursday by the owner George Torres while already driving and told that no one was going to be available for me to stop by and that I could come back the following week, if I wanted. Then, my quote that they had sent me was removed, even though I have pictures showing that it wouldn't expire until June 9th and had not asked them to remove the quote. So I sent in another quote request the next week with no response, tried calling multiple times leaving a message to please provide me with a quote with no response again until I finally emailed asking someone to please reach out to me to schedule an appointment to look at linens. The other owner Nina Torres called and told me that they thought my quote request was "a mistake" and had already booked 2 events for that same day with people who had been previous customers so " I guess that's for the best," she said. Well, I guess they aren't looking for any new customers and won't ever get my business or recommendation. Horrible experience!
