What an epic birthday for our 3 year old. All 10 kids were easily satisfied for over 3 hours. The jumper was in great condition and safely bolted down to the ground. The combo jumper can be used wet or dry but we decided to leave it dry for the day. Pick up and drop off were incredibly easy, with no issues at all. They consistently communicate with you during the whole process. The best part about the whole rental was the early drop off and late pickup. Although, definitely not guaranteed, because of how busy they were, they dropped it off on Friday and picked it up on Sunday. We were able to not only play with it on Saturday, but enjoyed two extra jump sessions on the day before and after the party. read more

The slide was horribly dirty, filled with sand and old grass. The bottom of the pool was covered in sand dirt and rocks. Slide was dropped off a day earlier in the morning. The water was left on so the whole backyard was flooded when I got home and I spent 2 hours cleaning the slide. I had to shop vac all the water out so I could get all the rocks. When I sent a message in I was told "the guys have been working 7 days a week" TBH It's not my problem, I paid $550 and expect the service I paid for. Will not be using you again. read more

The wrong inflatable was dropped off the day before the event, i reached out prior to 6pm(closing) the same day it was delivered, spoke with someone that gave me the option to keep it and receive a $50 credit toward the next rental, I let them know I wanted the one we ordered. No communication after that until I reached out the next morning, they ended up calling my wife and telling her that the route was scheduled already and that they couldn't give us the one we ordered. Again no communication until they came to pick it up and we were told that the kid that dropped off our messed up another delivery, not the inflatable we ordered we asked. Cut to Monday WE had to reach out again and we're told that someone would reach out between 4-430, its not 530 and ive had to call 3 times someone picked up but didn't say anything all I heard was wind. RENT FROM ANY OTHER VENDOR IN THE CITY! My experience with Sandi's Moonwalks was the worst customer service experience of my life. When the bounce house was delivered to our location and plugged in, it blew out the power to the entire park. They left the bounce house laying on the ground and told us to go buy a generator. That was it. Amazing customer service! We did finally find a generator after 2 hours of scouring on Memorial Day weekend and when we got the bounce house partially inflated, we discovered that it was filled with dirty used socks from previous customers, dirt, grass, sticks etc. and was completely unusable. After 5 DAYS of unanswered calls and texts and e-mails to the owner, we finally got a response. I booked a bounce house for the wrong day this week and when I called Sandi's to try and fix the issue, they had already sent someone out to my house to bring the bouncy house over! If you are planning an outdoor family event, a bounce house from Sandi's is a sure hit! We rented the 5-n-1 Fun Town and also got the Popcorn-Bluetooth-Tables-Chairs Package (4 tables/24 chairs.) Everything was delivered a day early, and this made the party set-up LESS STRESSFUL. It was also great renting extra seating and tables--not to mention a Rock Blocker and a popcorn machine (including popcorn)--from a "one stop shop." Sandi's simply made the party experience so easy and so much fun! Remember, the tables and chairs are rentals, and used mostly at outdoor events with kids. They will arrive clean, but make sure to get some table coverings to hide scratches. This also helps for a quick clean-up. Regarding the popcorn machine...have a place to set it up as it is not on a cart nor does it have wheels. And take a little time to a.) learn how to use it, b.) prep popcorn before your event, c.) it's OK if you scorch the first batch. (heehee) We had extra popcorn from Sandi's, but we purchased even more popcorn kernels, popcorn oil, and flavored salt from HEB. p.s. Just realized I had not reviewed Sandi's Moonwalks after our party last summer! They were AMAZING! The evening before the party, they arrived and set up quickly. Their equipment was very clean and nice. There was a hiccup with them bringing the incorrect moonwalk; but, they remedied the problem without issue, and in plenty of time for the party. The way the schedule worked out, they actually didn't come back to pick everything up until the following morning, and my daughter of course loved the extra time on the moonwalk. Such a fun birthday! The bounce house I rented arrived dirty, food crumbs inside and their was a huge molded spot as if someone vomited and instead of cleaning it they left it and mold decided to grow. Vinieron a instalarlo el viernes y se fueron...llamé para que vinieran a arreglarlo porque los niños se cansaban para subir porque le faltaba mucho aire, vinieron, le conectaron otro motor de aire y ese problema quedó arreglado. Les comenté que la manguera que vá conectada para que el agua caiga y la resbaladilla se mantenga mojada no servía y me dijeron que ahí no podían hacer nada los niños se la arreglaron para solucionar el problema aventando agua con una cubeta cada que alguien resbalaba ..la parte que tenía al final se despegaba cada que un niño se resbalaba y los niños se la pasaron arreglando el "problema" cada vez que resbalaban. I ordered a water slide for my son's birthday, they delivered the night before which was awesome and they picked it up about an hour after our scheduled pick up time. The slide was clean and worked great! The kids had a blast and everything was set up and ready to go all we had to do was turn the water on and plug it in. The only draw back I had was that the employees who came to pick up the water slide just walked into my backyard without knocking on the door to warn us. It was very startling and unsettling that they didn't even knock to let us know they were there, they had not called ahead of time either so we had no idea they were on their way to pick it up. When we went back to talk to the employees they just casually apologized and said they would make a note of it. It doesn't take a lot of effort to knock on the door and introduce yourself, we have a dog had she been out there she may have gotten lose or hurt the employees. I would highly suggest to the company to train your employees to always knock and notify the customer that you are going to pack up and to the customers I would suggest asking for that when you order your equipment. Overall we enjoyed our experience with Sandi's Moonwalks. We reserved a combo bounce house/ water slide for my son's 6th birthday party and it was a big hit. The only downside to our rental experience was that the morning of my son's party the wrong inflatable was delivered. Party planning is stressful as it is and this little hiccup added more to it. However, with a few minutes to spare before the start of the party they delivered the correct inflatable. It would've been nice to have everything set up well before the party so that guests could enjoy the slide right away but we made the most of it. We also rented the popcorn machine, 2 tables + chairs and a speaker for an additional $80. We really enjoyed the popcorn machine. To summarize overall it was a great value for everything that we used but if there could be more checks in place to make sure the correct inflatable is loaded onto the delivery truck it would make for a more seamless experience and less panic for party hosts. read more

They actually delivered the bounce house (the colorful castle with slide and basketball hoop) early and were able to get it though to our backyard. They were extremely professional and polite.
