Lauren was attentive, patient, and gave us the confidence we needed to know our wedding would be perfect. When we were figuring out print options, we knew ours would be a little more tricky, because we got our tattoo artist to design custom tattoos for our table numbers. Because of that, we had a lot of prints, and we knew they all had to be perfect to show off the table numbers. At every turn, Lauren was more than helpful, and was able to show us multiple proofs of exactly what our brochures, bar signs, table numbers and everything else would look like. Her attention to detail gave us confidence everything would come out perfect, and it did just that! In addition, we had assigned tables for our guests, so we had a seat chart. She was so flexible on working with us, as we got married on December 3rd. Being the week after thanksgiving, we had several changes to our list last minute, and Lauren was always gracious and never made us feel stressed about those changes. Unfortunately iIt was too big to pack in a standard large shipping box so I bought two boxes, scissors and packing tape. I then returned to the store to ask for help packing it knowing they may understand what kind of padding it would need to safely ship. If you go to their warehouse, they have tons of stuff that you have no idea is available based on their basic website. For our event, I just needed 2 swamp coolers, a cocktail table and 2 high chairs and I recalled someone mentioning SoCo Partyland before so I swung by. TBH, if you do not meet Miriam or know a decent amount of Spanish, you are going to have to pull your translation app out and put it to work. For the items I needed, I was only charged $450 and that included delivery and pickup! You wouldn't believe the quote I received at other higher end rental stores; let's just say the price was a little over $1,000. They do not have a ton of stuff, but if you are in the market for a piñata or you are on a tight budget, I do highly recommend this store.
