Very poor service. Bret received a pre-payment from us a few weeks prior to our event and on the day of the event (August 14th), he never called nor did he show up - VERY DISAPPOINTING. Our continuous calls and emails were left unanswered on the day of the event. Very shocking to us especially since we pre-paid, and he reassured us of this delivery. Finally, the next day we finally received a voicemail- THE DAY AFTER!!!. Bret stated he was very "ill" and that was the reason he couldn't do our event - UNACCEPTABLE.. Since then, we still haven't heard back from Bret and there has been no refund, there has been no response to our continuous emails. I caution those to be careful with giving any pre-payment to this person or trusting his word. To me this is the most disrespectful behavior I have ever come across in a business person. Shame on him. As of today, STILL NO REFUND or call or response. Be careful everyone! We will continue to try and obtain a refund from Bret no doubt. read more

We had a fairly large event and after coordinating a 4pm delivery (Thursday; not even on a weekend!) a huge disappointment.
