Needed a large balloon bouquet delivered the same day to a work colleague. I called mid morning and Balloons N Smiles delivered a great big bouquet within hours. Fair price and easy to do business with. If you're in the Round Rock area, I absolutely recommend. read more

They did such a great job with the setup. Leading upto the party I was pretty uncertain about the color combination scheme. I didnt have the exact image to show but they did a great job in understanding my idea and bringing it to life. Everyone loved the decor, it was just perfect. The wind was crazy that day (28mph) yet the arch didn't move even an inch :) They are so easy to work with and accommodating. They really want the party to be a success and they ensured to do everything to make it happen. Great work ethics & high on customer satisfaction Thank you again. Looking forward to working with you for my next event read more

BRETT & TEAM SAVE THE DAY! Man, I'll be the first to admit... I have Balloons n' Smiles very little heads up before my event. In fact, the guys had less than 24 hours to make my event happen and they executed flawlessly. I reached out to four similar vendors and all declined being able to give me a hand with such short notice. Brett on the other hand, promptly gave me a call to coordinate and make my vision a reality. Communication was excellent. Service was supreme. Product was amazing. Lots of smiles from these guys - 5 stars all day. read more

The interaction began normally, but before long, they ghosted me and didn't respond to my emails. Not much on customer service

Jenna and Brett were amazing! My contact was mostly with Jenna and she was so accommodating and patient. The room was set up exactly how I wanted it to be done. It was efficient and easy. I appreciate their fast service and good ear to hearing out their customers. read more

This company was absolutely amazing!! We had an event and had to set up a step and repeat. I had never set one up before and myself and another lady were looking at the instructions trying to figure it all out. Brett asked if we had done it before, we told him no and he said "Here, let us do it". He and his coworker set the entire thing up and installed a gorgeous balloon garland... He went above and beyond our expectations and will definitely be using him again!! read more

Brett at Balloons 'N' Smiles was a great person to work with, I recommend him for all your balloon-related needs! He agreed to come out to my wedding venue and blow up the giant balloons I had bought, and place them where my crazy self wanted. (He would have brought the balloons if I would have needed him to, but I was just extra prepared and got my own). He called and confirmed what I wanted done a few days beforehand, he and his dad showed up on time, made sure we liked where the balloons were placed before he left. And most of all, he made my crazy idea come to life! And I loved it, it was probably one of my favorite parts of the whole wedding. read more

Brett was great in helping to translate my description into an ideal balloon bouquet to send for my grandson's 1st birthday celebration. It was a big hit on arrival! All my questions were answered promptly and completely, and the arrangement lived up to expectations. I'll be using Brett and his team again the future I'm sure! read more

Very poor service. Bret received a pre-payment from us a few weeks prior to our event and on the day of the event (August 14th), he never called nor did he show up - VERY DISAPPOINTING. Our continuous calls and emails were left unanswered on the day of the event. Very shocking to us especially since we pre-paid, and he reassured us of this delivery. Finally, the next day we finally received a voicemail- THE DAY AFTER!!!. Bret stated he was very "ill" and that was the reason he couldn't do our event - UNACCEPTABLE.. Since then, we still haven't heard back from Bret and there has been no refund, there has been no response to our continuous emails. I caution those to be careful with giving any pre-payment to this person or trusting his word. To me this is the most disrespectful behavior I have ever come across in a business person. Shame on him. As of today, STILL NO REFUND or call or response. Be careful everyone! We will continue to try and obtain a refund from Bret no doubt. read more

Do not use this guy. He took a credit card number before the event from my mom and never showed. Never answered and never called back.

Bret was easy to work with, punctual, and very helpful in the process of determine what would work best within our budget In order to maximize the impact of our decorations. They delivered AND picked up, and even helped us save some of the milar (spelling?) balloons so that we could use those again in the future. A+++++ read more

Brett and his team were so easy to work with and created a great bday memory for my 7 year old daughter. I love that they will allow you to keep the sculpture as long as it lasts. We will definitely use them again! read more

Brett was fantastic. We were looking for 100 biodegradeable balloons for a balloon release at my father's memorial. He was very responsive. Delivered to a SE Austin soccer field on time and his care in meeting our needs really made this little family tradition great. We ideally wanted to keep local and didnt want to deal with party chain store. His prices were very reasonable and truly was helpful while on site. If anyone needs balloons for any occasion, please get with Brett and his company. read more

I ordered 10 enormous (36"!) multicolored balloons to serve as the ceremony backdrop for our outdoor wedding in Austin and five smaller balloons for our ring bearer to carry. Balloons 'N' Smiles delivered exactly what I wanted. Brett was friendly, responsive, professional, and very easy to work with, especially considering how many times I changed my mind about the order. He helped me get exactly the look I envisioned and the result was just wonderful--festive and colorful. He delivered on time and the price was very reasonable. read more

Called about 6 hours ago, left a message.

I was coming into town for a friend's graduation and needed to find a proper place to order balloon arrangements. I stumbled upon Balloons 'n' Smiles and emailed Brett to see what can be done. Brett was very friendly, professional and quick to answer all of my e-mails and we quickly established a plan of action. I gave him a price range and a basic idea of what I was looking for (an over-the-top bouquet of balloons that would shame anyone who tried to buy a similar arrangement at an HEB type store). I was very pleased with what I received and if anything, I was asked many times where I bought this arrangement. The look of envy upon my balloons was enough justification on its own to come back to Balloons 'n' smiles. read more

Brett was so easy and great to work with! I had an elaborate idea and detailed set up with about 20 or so 36" sphere and 36" letter balloons for our wedding reception. I sent him all the info and he made it happen. Leading up to the event, he was available whenever I had questions and we had a few phone conversations to thoroughly cover all the details. All the balloons created such an impact in the ballroom and we could not have done it without Brett. read more

Brett is a great guy, very communicative and easy to work with. He did the balloons for our Daughter's Bat-Mitzvah and everything was perfect! He listened to what we had in mind as of shape, colors and was very patient. He came to the Bat-Mitzvah venue on time for setup and I am very pleased to be able to recommend him to other people! Go local and get Brett for your event! read more

If you are wanting the most unprofessional, non communicating, unreliable service... look no further. We had a fairly large event and after coordinating a 4pm delivery (Thursday; not even on a weekend!) a huge disappointment. After being 30 min late...we started calling and texting and no one would answer. Another 30 min went by and no response! So finally at 5:30, Brett called and said that he wouldn't be able to get our order to us. He said he just looked at the GPS and it was just not possible! Are you kidding?!?!? Infuriated! If you're the owner reading this I stand by everything I said to you on the phone! You should be ashamed! read more

I contacted Bret on Wednesday for a delivery on Thursday. Requested a bouquet for my 1 year old granddaughter's birthday with a puppy theme. Not only was the bouquet delivered on time, the bouquet was way beyond what I could have hoped for - a puppy made of of balloons and balloons with paw prints!! I would highly recommend Balloons and Smiles and I will most certainly use them again in the future. read more

I've worked with Brett twice now - once for a corporate event and most recently for my son's 1st birthday party. Both times he promptly showed up with everything ready to go and was done in less that 30 minutes. His work is fantastic and the prices are super reasonable. I highly recommend Balloons 'N' Smiles to everyone! read more

Used them again and called at pretty much the last minute. Brett was great when i changed my mind 5 times, firming it up 2 days before. He got everything set up beautifully, the balloons lasted the entire day (i'm sure longer, but I only saw them that day), and he was able to customize it to exactly what we wanted. I will update with photos once they come back read more
